KLM 737 Economy (Extra Legroom Seat) 🇮🇹 Rome - 🇳🇱 Amsterdam

good day one wfly Squad welcome back to my Thursday TR report my name is Jaden currently we're at RS F machino Airport Terminal 1 today we're going to fly km Royal Dutch Boe 737 900 ER in economy from here to Amsterdam now without further Ado let's go and side and check in Rome Airport Terminal 1 handles only domestic and shenen flights the check-in Hall is really nice very bright high ceiling and looks really modern like many airports in the world that Air France and km both fly to they share the same checking counters at Rome airport I have Delta Gold which is Sky teite Plus and that allows me to use Sky priority throughout my journey at the airport that includes priority check-in priority baggage handling and priority boarding and once I've passed security I can use the lounge for security there's no priority for status holders or business class customers from memory but certain credit card holders like American Express Platinum and MasterCard World Elite you can use it at checking just now I ask for extra liqu room seats which km label them as economy Comfort the staff said I could have it for free but 6'4 can't he won't have to pay because he doesn't have any status well I'm too kind to leave him alone in standard economy so I'm going to sit next to him in standard economy eligible Travelers on on km with lounge access can use the plaza premium in the shangan zone it's a nice little Lounge but it can get busy I'm really really impressed and surprised by the food offering they're currently offering breakfast they've got sausages bacon boiled eggs scrambled eggs and Waffles the cold food selection isn't to B either the presentation is spot on everything is delicious including the hot soup for coffee lovers you can head to the bar for Bara mate coffee after that lovely breakfast we headed to the sofa where there's easy access to a power supply so that we can charge our phones there are shower rooms in this Lounge but I didn't have time or the need to check it out in each toilet cubicle you'll find a c hook but they've decided to put toilet paper on it after a while they started serving lunch they look really really good as well so of course we're going to have some they have roasted chicken noi fried rice and some vegetables we both really enjoyed our time at the plaza premium today it is indeed a bit busy but outside it's worse we're now going to head to our gate for our flight to [Music] Amsterdam from from a distance you can see lots and lots of Alitalia Triple 7 looks like won't fly them again I wonder what they're going to do with them maybe Virgin Australia their partner Airline down under should take them here's how aircraft they'll bring us to Amsterdam sadly it's not a 73 7900 only realized just now when I saw the plane that it's got changed to a 800 series the aircraft is 16 years old Papa Hotel Bravo x-ray Yankee attention please passenger toer flight 1602 please proceed TOS all for spe hello [Music] hello welcome on board this is business class every seat has a headrest we're now down in economy the seats are functionally the same but in standard economy there's no head rest and you've got less leag room welcome to km 737800 my seat today is 22A that's the view the seat here you go quite basic cup holder cut hook trade table how do I do this a there you go very tiny good for a sandwich and drink they won't be serving us a full meal seat pocket Li room not too bad us ports better than Turkish Airlines I think but still not too great so again there's no head R today we're on a refurbished km 737 the newest seats don't recline halfway through the boarding process a cabin crew came to me with her iPad she knows that I'm a sky te Elite plus member she came to me and said it looks like you fly with us often can I offer you emergency exit row with extra L room of course we took it so here's my seat now 16f not the best upgrade but it's much appreciated to Amsterdam our flight time today please like comment and share approximately half half an hour after take off the cabin crew began the service in economy on today's flight to Amsterdam we're given a sandwich and a selection of drinks the sandwich is a chese sandwich for beverages everything is free of charge from hkin beer to soft drinks coffee and tea where flying to the Netherlands of course we're going to have some hinin the sandwich wasn't my thing but 6'4 loved it overall it was a really good offering especially if you compare it with other European airlines like lansa ba and finer it's pretty much on par with Quant service welcome on board km 737 economy labat Tre this is the one at the back um we're halfway through the flight and the laugh is kept quite clean left the wooden floor down there we got one C hook right here right now our journey today started at rfu machino checkin was quick and easy there are so many air and km counters security was quick and easy as well you can keep everything including liquid over 100 ml inside your bag today we were able to use the plaza premium before the flight it was a nice Lounge great food though a bit busy at times today we got a refurbished km 737 it features the Boeing Sky interior with boot lighting and larger overhead Locker bins the larger bins were ially useful because a people have basic economy FS so a lot of hand carry luggage on board and B it's currently winter so a lot of people got coats and jackets with a larger bin people were able to store their things quickly and therefore speed up the boarding process cabin crew today were really friendly and really appreciated the status recognition and upgrade on board as for the efir it's quite expensive if you just do one way from Rome to Amsterdam eer is about 30% cheaper however if you are connecting onwards with KM the airs should be cheaper a few more words before I finish so today I had a really good experience with KM I would fly with them again thanks for watching see skipo airport a very massive airport indeed we're now going to head straight to baggage cllean hello hello got a broken suitcase when I got it it was slightly open and the lock was unlocked I went to km baggage services and filed a report they later compensated me60 Australian dollars for the next tonight we're staying at Hampton by Hilton the one right next to Arena Boulevard station a journey on the train from the airport takes about 15 to 20 and a ticket ca for 50 look at this station so big and the train as well so long so we just walked out of the station we're going to get into the rain thankfully the hotel is just this big fat blck here we just made it and I stepped into a puddle H welcome to Hampton in Amsterdam Arena so we got queen bed with a separate sofa bed lovely shower unfortunately no rain shower you got shampoo conditioner and body wash the room's quite narrow but it's a cheap room it's hamping in so they'll do we also get free breakfast so obviously I'll be sleeping there 6'4 would be sleeping there lovely Arrangement The View communist going to that station how would you pronounce that I have no idea am BMA aren a it's not Arena it's aren a although it's boring outside we're going to take the train to Central Amsterdam and check out what it's like we just made it to Central [Music] [Music] station we just left Italy and we already missed their food so our first meal in the Netherland Pizza I got the vi we're now going to take the train back to Arena station and check out a city mall [Music] tomorrow the location of this Hampton Hotel is amazing less than a minute walk from the train station and one train ride away from the airport and Central every rate at the Hampton Hotels entitles you to free breakfast so 6'4 just went out for a walk uh weather today doesn't look too bad ah ah I just hit myself um it's raining at the moment but it should stop at 10:00 a.m. and it should be clear for the rest of our time here in Amsterdam I'm currently editing a video because it's something I have to do unfortunately even when I travel and you know what's the most annoying part to be honest it's this fat microphone here it's heavy and when I fly with Airlines like uh stingy Airlines it's difficult cuz you know I can't throw this away so after this we're going to obviously do more sing in Amsterdam including the many museums that they've got to offer here we got a public transport day pass today for [Music] €9 [Music] you going successful T at all time [Music] s [Music] [Music] you I found the legendary straight toilets [Music] from also ag50 and from syney I book to A8 we're flying Iceland there tomorrow they don't S free food so we're going to buy some St f for the flight and here this yeah we have a moment of silence for 2
