aloha guys so i am going to use the leftover veggies from the other night my teriyaki bowl that we bought at teriyaki madness because there's like masses of amount of veggies so here i have eight eggs that i'm just going to quickly beat up and this is a real simple egg foo young recipe that doesn't call for much ingredients like literally i have show you show you and then to make the sauce i'll need to show you again sesame oil and then oyster sauce and then anything to sweeten and then of course i'm going to add a little twist and i'm going to add some of that better than boolean veggie base so um we'll get that all beat up and then i'm just going to throw in a cup of bean sprouts what is egg foo young without bean sprouts right and then i'm just going to chop this all up i'm not going to use all of it i'm going to use some to garnish when i'm complete so it's funny because you know um my nails have like little nicks on it from cutting so i'm just going to put i had four stalks of green onions i'm going to take about half of them or no three fourths i don't need much to garnish and i'm just going to throw that in here and then i had a quarter of a small onion um and i just chopped it up i was supposed to make this yesterday and i didn't so i just chopped up the onion and then i'm just going to chop up this mushroom so that is a quarter of a small onion and then we're just going to chop all this up and we're going to throw this all in there as well so this was what did i have three mushrooms or two mushrooms and then this is half a pound of um bay shrimp cooked already and we're just gonna roughly slice this all up as well we still want chunks because we want to actually bite into a shrimp and then throw that in there and then i'm going to take um let's see and this is a mix of cabbage broccoli and carrots so this is two cups of vegetables and i ate quite a bit so this is two cups of vegetables and it could be whatever you want to put in and i'm just gonna just chop this up and then that will all go in here as well i'm going to dump all this and then check out my new um tablespoon and teaspoon and i'm going to put three tablespoons of shoyu and then we're just going to mix this all up i'm going to get rid of this fork i'm gonna grab my spoon and then we're just gonna mix this all up just like that and we're going to have some eggs hopefully we can get some we can grill tonight let's see but this will be a side okay i'm gonna move over okay guys so i'm on the other side of the kitchen and um i have my mixture right here so all we did so far was um we have the half um a pound of the base shrimp cut up a cup of um bean sprouts and then about two cups of whatever veggies you want in this case i am using left over veggies from a take out dinner so my um my pan has already been heating up and then i also have my water boiling on this side so i'm just gonna spray the pan i use the avocado oil spray or the olive oil and then i want this like kind of hot so i'm gonna turn this up to nine just to pour the initial first batter in there yes i am loving all of these so i bought this one at foodland and i was all like this is all they have there's got to be more size searched amazon and i found the whole collection and they only had these through that and then i was like i really like these and they're so pretty so um search amazon and they were called pop bamboo island bamboo packa pakka wood i was like telling my husband i really like these go ahead grab them i think because the name was paca anyways so this is um pretty hot so i am going i'm going to cover this whole time and then i'm going to let that go for a little bit and i have this going for the gravy i'm going to use this to flip because i'm used to it i was afraid to flip it knowing me with my luck it would be everywhere on camera so i should have had this going sooner so do um make sure to get i did lower my heat um once i put the batter in i just wanted to initially initially um solidify really quickly and then i turned it down to seven and then you guys know that eggs do cook fast all the vegetables are pretty much cooked um the shrimp make sure you do use if you do use shrimp um to get it already cooked so i'm going to do another one we're gonna let that cook and i will be right back once this starts boiling guys okay guys so i have my water boiling already and i am going to add a teaspoon of olive all right not olive oil sesame oil and then i need something bigger i'm going to add a quarter cup of oyster sauce and this is two cups of water that's already boiling so two cups of oyster sauce oh let me get this off the pan so you know when i wasn't on camera i tried to flip it and i was too scared so far i have like one two three so it looks like it can make about five okay back to this the sauce so i put a quarter cup of oyster sauce a teaspoon of sesame oil i'm going to do a tablespoon of the um of this the better than boolean seasoned vegetables i don't want this too sweet so i'm gonna do just a teaspoon this is not gonna work teaspoon i i rinsed my spoon already guys so i washed it actually month fruit you can use whatever you want to see um sweeten it just a little wait okay then i'm going to take wash this a generous heaping tablespoon of cornstarch and then i'm going to add about a quarter cup of water and then again you can begin whatever however thick you want it um you can you know you can use more but where did my spoon go and then i turned the heat off but it's still boiling but i'm just going to pour this in and then sauce you can make it thicker but i'm trying to use as little bit of cornstarch as i can because i still want it to be considered keto or very low carb i should say and we have a
