- Today on "Low Carb with Jennifer," I'm going to show you how to make this keto crustless pizza. Okay, let's get started with this crustless pizza. It's going to have a sausage and cheese base. So we're going to start with one pound of sausage. You could use Italian sausage but I like to use just plain old breakfast sausage. So are we going to cook and crumble this until it's cooked all of the way through. Okay, we got our sausage all cooked and crumbled. I've got two cups of mozzarella cheese here. I'm going to put half of it in with the sausage. (upbeat music) Then I'm going to mix it up. And then I'm just going to put it in a single layer. Okay, I've got one cup of Rao's Marinara Sauce. It's a low sugar marinara sauce. So I'm going to spoon it on top of the sausage and cheese mixture. Then you start to spread it. And now we've got some sliced, it's about a half of a bell pepper, sliced. We're going to put on top, and you don't have to use bell pepper. You can use whatever you like. I really like the bell pepper. I'm going to put four ounces of sliced mushrooms. (upbeat music) Now I'm going to layer some pepperoni. I'm using turkey pepperoni, just because I don't, this has got plenty of fat. It doesn't need all of that from the pepperoni too, but you can do whatever you want. Okay, now I'm going to put the cheese on here, the rest of the cheese. And you can layer this however you want. I think in the recipe, I said put the cheese then the pepperoni. It doesn't matter. Just do it however you want. And then black olives, and this is optional. I like black olives. Okay, this is ready for the oven. 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Okay, our crustless pizza is out of the oven. It looks, I know it's amazing. This is like the best meal prep. It's four servings. Each serving is about 500 calories, only three net carbs. It's so filling. Let me show you how amazing and cheesy and delicious this is. Oh, yeah. (upbeat music) It's really hot. Just came out of the oven. Mmm-mmm. The pepperonis get crispy.
