whoa you both have uh quite a connection really because now if it wasn't for Orlando's partner Katy Perry you would not be sat here right now because Katie was a judge was the judge on The X Factor that actually put you through to the next round here is the moment change your life have a look at this and by the way just if you're likable it's talent and you have a seat of it [Applause] [Music] of course you're in wow that has been I cannot believe you pulled that together that is fantastic what do you the universe is this a simulation or remember about that day tell me what you remember about it oh my God is that the moment that really changed your whole thing my audition was going very South Orlando and um Katie just kept me in the competition because if it wasn't for her I definitely would not be here and she knows it [Applause] when you walk off stage that day what's going through yeah with the whole time I'm walking onto the stage and I'm just thinking like that's Katy Perry that same Nicole like the whole thing was like it looked like a postcard it didn't feel like it was real because I'd watch the show for so long on TV and Katie was out like her you know like Pig peek when we're talking like Teenage Dream five number ones that year from that year I think it was 2010 or nine whatever it was um so I was just blown away by that firstly then I do the audition you know Cheryl says no um Cal puts me through she saves me um and it was just mind-boggling little did I know what was to come afterward but yeah [Applause] if it wasn't for Katie and when we see each other still we you know we have a an embrace you know thanks and uh that's right that's cool man well I'm done talk about this for going full circle because you are now uh in one of these seats because you're one of the coaches on The Voice yeah I know you've already started I think you're going to be so great at this I think you are I think you're going to be so great at this how's it going are you enjoying filming the show yeah no it's been unbelievable so far you know with Blake Shelton Kelly Clarkson Chance the Rapper and it's it's just um it's just the rapper yeah wow he's so cool like I mean that's a great lineup it's an unbelievable lineup but um and are you enjoying are you enjoying you know yeah yeah the first time they did that I was like do it again do it again it's um it is really cool I do think the show would be better yeah if they walked out and all the judges were looking at the singers if you don't like them you have to go now we know what you're going to be doing after me you cannot wait for the series I'm so happy you're doing I think you're going to be absolutely uh brilliant Ali I really really do
