any of our competitors I personally and strongly feel that we provide an on-time anytime operation we are very flexible in what we do Colette is adaptable and there's no other air carrier around that can do what our team of people can do the colletta team is very resourceful in what they do and just the teamwork alone is what makes us successful basically we have the ability to shift move quickly and adapt to the customer demand so we can move an airplane and be in position within four hours of call out from the customer that gives the competitive advantage over our competitors in the field where they take maybe several days to structure a trip or we can do it quickly Coletta's Air Cargo services are on demand 24 hours a day every day their customer base includes the Department of Defense and other government agencies the United States Postal Service ACMI for other carriers Charter Brokers and Multinational Freight forwarders and agents when we entered into an agreement we really care about giving you a quality product and and making you happy and making you want to come back and the philosophy starts within the company as far as how we treat each other and everybody on the team in general but we treat our customers the same way and we do everything that we can to satisfy you and and to make you happy with the product that you're getting from us and you're not going to get that from other companies maintenance we fly we have a PMA shop we make our own Parts other airlines don't do that those are all separate companies serving as the eyes and ears on the ground to support Coletta pilots during each Mission operations is basically the nerve center of the airline the control room is occupied with trained seasoned professionals 24 7 365 days a year call us up and ask us the most craziest question of where to go what to take and when to do it and our answer is not no our team will look at that and find a solution for you the customer to make that demand happen for you we're still going anywhere at any time in any given moment we could receive a call and we put a plan into action to try to make things happen that's just what we do here is we find ways to make things happen Coletta seeks and will only employ experienced Pilots with exceptional Aviator skills often referred to as stick and rotor skills they have successfully recruited over 800 of the finest pilots in the world today the recently acquired triple seven simulator residing in a new 55 000 square foot training facility ensures that all aviators are up to speed by having our own training facility and simulators it allows us to control the schedule we're not depending on other customer and third-party vendors in order to get our pilots in there we're able to get our Pilots in-house through training and out online and Revenue Service as quickly as possible our Pilots are the face of the company the mechanics that are on the ground working on aircraft have been through the training school in Oscoda they've had first-hand experience with the aircraft Coletta's maintenance base located in Oscoda Michigan boasts over 500 000 square feet of Hangar and engine shop Space full of state-of-the-art tools equipment and Technology the maintenance Personnel averaged 20 plus years of experience focusing on safety reliability and attention to details Coletta maintenance not only offers hangers that will accommodate the largest of airframes but they also have three engine shops on facility to include a 10 meter test cell Coletta maintenance offers the full spectrum from light to heavy maintenance including overhauls they continue to expand their facility invest in their staff through training and grow the fleet I mean I've seen these mechanics do things that no other Airline can do a lot of that has to do with the fact that they are trained in-house and they get to do tasks on an aircraft that no one else can do at another airline on time anytime anywhere is Coletta's motto and they live by it Coletta can deliver on time anytime anywhere in any part of the world because they've got the employees behind them and it's what they're used to doing this organization is not about getting a paycheck it's about the pride and the dedication of each of the team members that each person puts in this day to day every employee here is passionate about what
