- I cannot believe we did the
amount of dances that we did. - Can you believe we remembered
that much choreography? - That's the most
shocking thing too. Like that's the most
asked question I get, is how did you remember
all of those dances? And honestly, I don't know. - We don't know.
- We didn't have a choice. - It was survival mode.
- Literally. - [Bryan] Best and worst
dances of the series. Paige, what's your
favorite dance? - You guys are gonna be shocked
to hear my favorite dance, but it's a dance I
didn't have to dance in. "The Last Text."
- Such a good answer. - [Kalani] Why did I kind
of know that was coming? - I mean, Paige, this takes
so much talent to not smile, to not laugh.
- Yeah, I was a great actress. I didn't even take
acting classes. - To not move. - Was that like, her
spot the whole time? - Yep.
[laughing] - I remember my
mom not liking it because she was like,
Paige isn't doing anything. But looking back now, this dance had such
a strong message and I feel like--
- Seriously, it did. - [Paige] If it wasn't my part, the dance wouldn't
have been the same. My mom's probably backstage
having a heart attack because she would get so
upset watching this episode. - If your daughter's
out there all week and didn't dance, would
it not aggravate you? - [Jill] She had a
little nervous breakdown. - Ready to lose my mind. I don't know how much
people think I can take. I can't take it. - I do think that dance has
a special place in my heart just because of how
impactful it was. It's why I never text and
drive, because of this episode. - Yeah.
- Yeah. - My favorite dances were
the ones with a big story. Like, when we just have
a classic, plain dance... - Yeah.

of impactful, Kalani? - I don't know if I can
talk about this dance. Yeah, lemme just go to the
bathroom really quick. [tense music] - Do you wanna go? I think she's crying
about the number. - Should we go check on her?
- I don't wanna overwhelm her. Should we just stay here? [tense music] - When you want a
friend, I'm out here. - Oh my God. - What were they talking about? [knocking] - It's me. - [Kira] Oh. - We did a dance called
"Suicide Hotline" and obviously this was
one of our darker dances. We had people come in
from a hotline service and they came in
and talked to us and gave us a lot of information on what they do
and how it works. Maybe a few days after
the episode aired, they called and said we've
never gotten so many calls. And so that's why this
dance has a huge impact on not only Kalani
but all of us and-- - Yeah.
- Poor girl. - I didn't either. - Aw, poor Kalani. - Can we watch the dance? - [Bryan] Hey guys, let's roll the dance

asked to see the number so we're rolling it for
them to take a look at it. And if you wanna talk
about it, you can. Or we can skip it, Kalani, if

prepared to even speak about what I'm gonna talk about. But I have like, personally
have had suicidal thoughts. - Oh, God. - And so, watching the dance obviously like,
triggers emotions. It is one of my favorite dances and I love it but I
think I connect to it like more than I
ever had before. So it was just like, hard for
me in the moment to like watch. No, it's okay, guys. [cries] It's okay. You don't need to cry. [cries] [reflective music] But I do think that it's
important to talk about like you can call 988
and they can help you. And I've called and
they've helped me. [phone ringing]
[somber music] [dial tone] - Well, I'm happy
that at that time, we were able to do that
dance and spread awareness and I hope that even
me speaking on it now can help a lot of people. - You saying that you called
988 is a massive thing because people are
scared to ask for help. You don't have to
be scared to call. - Hi, mom. Okay?

- Love you, too. - I don't think I've ever
heard you guys say I love you. - I don't think I've
ever seen you guys hug. - What?

sharing that, Kalani. - Yeah. - [Bryan] Are you good to
keep going or do you-- - Yeah, I'm fine. I've cried
more today than I have on most episodes of Dance Mom. - See, I can't say
the same. [chuckles] - [Bryan] Is there anything
else anybody wants to say at this point? - [Moms] We do! - Uh-oh! [cheering and chattering] - Look at all the sexy mamas. - Let's trade places.
- Oh, Jill. [laughing] [women chattering] - I'm proud of you guys. I'm proud of
everything you've said, things that came out
that we didn't know. - It was so exciting and neat
to see you guys, babies, and now you're adults.
- Big girls. - You guys all turned out great and you could've
gone off the rails. - You guys all showed
up and faced everything. - Yeah, faced your fears. - You guys started
something that's incredible by not even knowing you were
starting something, you know? You were honest and you were
true and you were vulnerable and that's why people love you. - [Bryan] What do you
think's in your future? - I'm hoping I got
a lot of money. Maybe a nice husband. - Actually, something
I'm really, really, really excited about. I really wondered what the full
circle moment was with dance and then I was like, what if I created my
own dance competition? So I created Elevate
National Dance Competition where the thought of positivity
and lifting each other up and supporting each
other is infused into every single detail of it. - That's wonderful, Chloe.
- Thank you. - For the last two years now, I've been working on 23
songs, which is crazy. It's been a really long
process but it's been amazing. And in the next 10 years, you know, I'm gonna have
five-year-olds by that point. [laughing]
- I didn't okay this. [laughing] For me, I always want to be
a mental health advocate. I have my brand, Care by Kalani. Hopefully in 10 years,
I'm married to JoJo. [laughing] I just wanna be rich.
[JoJo laughs] - I feel like in 10 years, obviously I'll be
graduated from college, studying political
science and pre-law. Hopefully, I can
make my mom so proud. I know I won't be dancing,
but hopefully I can-- - She will always be proud
of her little Kendall. - Hopefully I can give you the
sacrifice that you gave me. And just like all the moms. - Are you saying you
wanna be a dance mom when you grow up?
- I'm saying it's in the cards. - All of you will
forever be my sisters and we have a bond
nobody can touch. So I just love you all and
