- I cannot believe we did the amount of dances that we did. - Can you believe we remembered that much choreography? - That's the most shocking thing too. Like that's the most asked question I get, is how did you remember all of those dances? And honestly, I don't know. - We don't know. - We didn't have a choice. - It was survival mode. - Literally. - [Bryan] Best and worst dances of the series. Paige, what's your favorite dance? - You guys are gonna be shocked to hear my favorite dance, but it's a dance I didn't have to dance in. "The Last Text." - Such a good answer. - [Kalani] Why did I kind of know that was coming? - I mean, Paige, this takes so much talent to not smile, to not laugh. - Yeah, I was a great actress. I didn't even take acting classes. - To not move. - Was that like, her spot the whole time? - Yep. [laughing] - I remember my mom not liking it because she was like, Paige isn't doing anything. But looking back now, this dance had such a strong message and I feel like-- - Seriously, it did. - [Paige] If it wasn't my part, the dance wouldn't have been the same. My mom's probably backstage having a heart attack because she would get so upset watching this episode. - If your daughter's out there all week and didn't dance, would it not aggravate you? - [Jill] She had a little nervous breakdown. - Ready to lose my mind. I don't know how much people think I can take. I can't take it. - I do think that dance has a special place in my heart just because of how impactful it was. It's why I never text and drive, because of this episode. - Yeah. - Yeah. - My favorite dances were the ones with a big story. Like, when we just have a classic, plain dance... - Yeah. - Mm-hmm. [ominous music] ♪ Where ♪ Have all the children gone? [dramatic music] [upbeat music] ♪ Tonight ♪ Oh, we're tripping at the speed of the light ♪ [suspenseful music] [pensive music] - [Bryan] Speaking of impactful, Kalani? - I don't know if I can talk about this dance. Yeah, lemme just go to the bathroom really quick. [tense music] - Do you wanna go? I think she's crying about the number. - Should we go check on her? - I don't wanna overwhelm her. Should we just stay here? [tense music] - When you want a friend, I'm out here. - Oh my God. - What were they talking about? [knocking] - It's me. - [Kira] Oh. - We did a dance called "Suicide Hotline" and obviously this was one of our darker dances. We had people come in from a hotline service and they came in and talked to us and gave us a lot of information on what they do and how it works. Maybe a few days after the episode aired, they called and said we've never gotten so many calls. And so that's why this dance has a huge impact on not only Kalani but all of us and-- - Yeah. - Poor girl. - I didn't either. - Aw, poor Kalani. - Can we watch the dance? - [Bryan] Hey guys, let's roll the dance for the girls out here. [intense music] ♪ You've been on this road too long ♪ ♪ Hearing music but it's not your song ♪ ♪ Wanna scream but your voice is gone ♪ ♪ Days trapped inside your head ♪ ♪ Hold on, you had stars in your eyes ♪ - [Bryan] We just, they asked to see the number so we're rolling it for them to take a look at it. And if you wanna talk about it, you can. Or we can skip it, Kalani, if you don't wanna talk about it. - I can talk about it. [tense music] ♪ Hold on just one more day ♪ Hold on ♪ You know you'll find a way ♪ Hold on ♪ You've got stars in your eyes ♪ ♪ Let's paint the sky ♪ So let's paint the sky [reflective music] - I really wasn't prepared to even speak about what I'm gonna talk about. But I have like, personally have had suicidal thoughts. - Oh, God. - And so, watching the dance obviously like, triggers emotions. It is one of my favorite dances and I love it but I think I connect to it like more than I ever had before. So it was just like, hard for me in the moment to like watch. No, it's okay, guys. [cries] It's okay. You don't need to cry. [cries] [reflective music] But I do think that it's important to talk about like you can call 988 and they can help you. And I've called and they've helped me. [phone ringing] [somber music] [dial tone] - Well, I'm happy that at that time, we were able to do that dance and spread awareness and I hope that even me speaking on it now can help a lot of people. - You saying that you called 988 is a massive thing because people are scared to ask for help. You don't have to be scared to call. - Hi, mom. Okay? - Okay. Okay. You can go away now. I said, you can go away now. I feel awkward. [laughing] Love you. - Love you, too. - I don't think I've ever heard you guys say I love you. - I don't think I've ever seen you guys hug. - What? - Whoa! [laughing] - Bye. - [Bryan] Thanks for sharing that, Kalani. - Yeah. - [Bryan] Are you good to keep going or do you-- - Yeah, I'm fine. I've cried more today than I have on most episodes of Dance Mom. - See, I can't say the same. [chuckles] - [Bryan] Is there anything else anybody wants to say at this point? - [Moms] We do! - Uh-oh! [cheering and chattering] - Look at all the sexy mamas. - Let's trade places. - Oh, Jill. [laughing] [women chattering] - I'm proud of you guys. I'm proud of everything you've said, things that came out that we didn't know. - It was so exciting and neat to see you guys, babies, and now you're adults. - Big girls. - You guys all turned out great and you could've gone off the rails. - You guys all showed up and faced everything. - Yeah, faced your fears. - You guys started something that's incredible by not even knowing you were starting something, you know? You were honest and you were true and you were vulnerable and that's why people love you. - [Bryan] What do you think's in your future? - I'm hoping I got a lot of money. Maybe a nice husband. - Actually, something I'm really, really, really excited about. I really wondered what the full circle moment was with dance and then I was like, what if I created my own dance competition? So I created Elevate National Dance Competition where the thought of positivity and lifting each other up and supporting each other is infused into every single detail of it. - That's wonderful, Chloe. - Thank you. - For the last two years now, I've been working on 23 songs, which is crazy. It's been a really long process but it's been amazing. And in the next 10 years, you know, I'm gonna have five-year-olds by that point. [laughing] - I didn't okay this. [laughing] For me, I always want to be a mental health advocate. I have my brand, Care by Kalani. Hopefully in 10 years, I'm married to JoJo. [laughing] I just wanna be rich. [JoJo laughs] - I feel like in 10 years, obviously I'll be graduated from college, studying political science and pre-law. Hopefully, I can make my mom so proud. I know I won't be dancing, but hopefully I can-- - She will always be proud of her little Kendall. - Hopefully I can give you the sacrifice that you gave me. And just like all the moms. - Are you saying you wanna be a dance mom when you grow up? - I'm saying it's in the cards. - All of you will forever be my sisters and we have a bond nobody can touch. So I just love you all and thank you for everything.
