Cover in a bowl with oil for an hour Cut into 12 Shape into balls Flatten into circle about 15 cm in diameter Use one forefinger on the dough and another hand to fold the dough creating the circular petal Hide the last fold under the previous fold. Hide the rest under it On a baking tray, cover for 30 minutes. Dab with egg Sprinkle with sesame seeds Bake in a preheated oven, 230°C for 10 minutes then lower the heat to 200°C for 20 minutes. Crusty & chewy
