be able to stack some w's as the week goes on as some more character uh people uh speak to the character of amber heard and in fact it's really bizarre how it's all kind of shaking out exactly like i expected amber appears to be gaslighting and saying that johnny depp is in fact the one responsible for all the bad behavior and all of these various other issues when in fact he's referred to her claims as essentially a reverse confession in fact saying he was the one that did all the things that she in fact did and now there are more people lining up to back johnny depp and explain that he in coming out of a personal assistant today uh johnny depp amber heard she was the one uh dishing it all out says depp's former personal assistant uh stephen deuters told london's high court that miss heard subjected mr depp to years of bad behavior mr depp of course we know is suing he denies all 14 claims that the newspaper has printed mr deuters now european president of mr depp's production company uh infinitum nile said that he has worked for the u.s actor since 2004. in a written statement he said he saw miss heard on many occasions during the period in which mr depp uh has the claims against mr depp has been levied at no point did miss heard ever mention any uh bad behavior by mr depp and i never saw any evidence of any type of injury he also claimed mr deuter said he was extremely surprised and outraged when it became public that miss hurt had filed for this type of this order against depp quote i knew miss heard was in fact the one doing the bad behavior doing the bad things in the relationship and i was appalled that she would behave in this way here's why i think there's definitely more there's definitely more to it but here's why i think this is actually a w for dep first of all everything that's come out not all of it makes johnny look good believe me but i think for most of us we aren't surprised we weren't surprised that johnny enjoyed his uh you know a little of this and he enjoyed his his wine and his whiskey and uh all of the things that you would expect a practically billionaire practical practically billionaire hollywood actor to partake in your tongue is like an accusatory giblet but what we've seen is depp probably you know was like at a six or a seven in terms of reputation in terms of a clean reputation um and he may have dropped a point right maybe he was at a seven eight and he's dropped down to six or seven because nobody was surprised that he enjoyed the the powder nobody was surprised that he partied too hard really that's been out in the public for a very long time but what we have seen are third parties come forward and corroborate his story uh about misheard uh discredit ms heard stories we've seen miss heard's close personal friends abandon her and all of this is shaping up let's say he doesn't get the win against the sun magazine which i think is going to be very difficult to do unless he drags us on for many months or years or something he might be able to get some sort of retribution in terms of just lingering the costs on each other his pockets are probably deeper than theirs at this point uh although he did allegedly uh get ripped off of 650 million dollars i don't know if he ever had that come back to him or what the case is but there have been multiple people now on record uh about miss hertz bad behavior and in fact all of this will likely be used again it will get recycled into his in the to the depth versus herd case and there isn't really anything that's come out that has corroborated anything miss heard has said at least not that i've seen now mr deuter said that he he was with the couple on a flight from boston to l.a in may 2014 when an incident was alleged to have taken place he claimed miss heard was speaking in a quote increasingly aggressive manner to mr depp who did not engage with the with what he was receiving mr deuter said he could not hear the specifics because he had headphones on but he could see her gesticulating something like that i assume he said that the actor made it playful attempt to tap her on the bottom adding that he did not believe mr depp even made contact with her it was her took great offense and what was clearly a harmless gesture and increased her bad behavior mr depp in an extremely unpleasant manner he said mr deuter said that he and mr depp former private security guard decided to intervene and mr depp spent the rest of the night rest of the flight in the bathroom that's so brutal it was a common theme on multiple times when mr depp was uh uh subjected to bad behavior by miss heard he would take himself away from the situation off into a bathroom and lock himself out of harm's way does that sound like somebody now i'm i'm different room went to a different uh spot on the locked himself in an airplane bathroom [Music] that can't i've been pleasant mr deuters also said on the day of the flight mr depp asked him to oh to deal with her try to do whatever is needed to placate her calm her down given miss herd's extremely volatile nature i thought it was best to try engage with her on her own terms and simply apologize for what she was saying had happened hence my use of the word kicked in which the word was which was which misheard herself had used as i have made clear mr depp had not kicked her mr doers also spoke with the couple's tripped australia march 2015 during which she claimed that uh he completely destroyed a house in a drink and a few of drink field rage which actor denies mr depp also says his finger was severed by ms heard he claimed mr deuters claimed that the day after the alleged incident mr depp told him and to others that he had sustained the injury when she tossed a bottle at him which smashed on his hand so his story has been consistent also on monday the fifth day of evidence uh mr depp and miss heard's claims mirrored what he claims was her behavior towards him now the court also heard from the front desk supervisor at mr depp's la uh hotel uh who said she saw marks on misheard after elon musk the founder of tesla had apparently spent the night there uh oh you're dragging elon in trinity asparagus that she saw no visible indications to miss hurt's face in which three days after mr depp was alleged to have done what she said with her mobile phone she told the court she'd seen a red mark on her face on the 27th the day miss heard appeared uh in court to obtain her order the following week another resident in the building found a gift card she said fell out of a large plant sent to the building from his herd reading i had a wonderful weekend with you e oh elon you sent her a gift card come on elon [Music] she said she saw a number of marks on ms heard's body in june or july that year shortly after seeing mr musk leave the building one morning maybe they just get spicy maybe they're just you know he likes it rough i don't know maybe she does i don't know she's obviously never claimed anything i wonder if elon's sweating i wonder if elon sweating like now is she gonna say something about him now uh you know it's interesting so you know depp has delivered he's basically denied every claim she brought no evidence of it he's also brought forth witnesses that in my opinion make him look like the one that was also at minimum both were on the receiving end of bad behavior but she hasn't brought anybody forward to back up her stories he's the one that has including security guards security footage recordings where she admits it i think this is all shaping up to be a good a w for johnny but i don't know if it's going to be enough for him to win his case these cases are extraordinarily difficult to prove uh to actually back up damages and things like that so it'll be interesting to watch us all fold out we'll know we'll have an answer in probably a week or two so i'll continue to cover any major breaks in this case i wish johnny depp the best i hope that he gets some sort of retribution uh because to me it's clear he's been wronged and i hope that they both move on from each other because what's happened to johnny is not fair i would say and where i've always been is they were at minimum both very bad actors and all this it seems like amber snuck out to try to be the first to market with the story so that everyone would automatically believe her all you need to do is look at all of the close people around amber over the years over the last year that have completely abandoned her who didn't show up to court her legal team abandoning her everybody around her is walking away or distancing themselves from her none of her calves from aquaman are coming out and supporting her publicly don't you think that this means
