cross-examination comes out public call-outs have already begun and questions on whether or not Amber is simply making things up as she goes along I want to start with what I thought was an excellent us so it's certainly been true more times than I can count however the truth is it wasn't about him it was about you it was about your every word in action revealing the cracks in your victim facade it was you told it was you that told us you were the bad one all along in the end it was literally you and your own voice and the audio recordings you made I can't promise you I won't get physical well and I you know it's a fair fight or see how many people believe or side with you essentially her mocking him third rule of a narcissist discredit the victim by playing the victim when I watch the you your every weakness used against you every ounce of pain weaponized I cannot fathom plastering my face on some celebrity tabloid rag selling my pain for what so a bunch of people I didn't know would quote believe me that's your claim you did it because you recalled a liar but the thing that victims know is that your ego your self-esteem is the first thing to go it has to be in order to allow someone to treat you as less than they must first break you down you surrender you accept you're not worthy or ego is so blitter ated that you couldn't even think of saving it as there's nothing left but I knew exactly what kind of person would do that an absolute narcissist she says you're gonna get up on the stand Johnny and say in a mocking voice she started it really and he replies you started it you started these things and it goes on and on with lots of other just excellent excellent information so I meow check out that medium article now in terms of what's come out today Amber Heard us now insisted that she has these these phantom bruises ah the day after even though people testified against that fact giving evidence for the second day in the High Court London Hurd was asked to explain why other witnesses could not see any signs and she says so asked by Elinor laws QC representing ng n that's the sky magazine why staff who lived in their building and Depp's friends gave evidence that she could they could see no injuries Hurd said I can't explain why Depp's lifelong friends and employees said that ah so the insinuation here is that they're lying well that doesn't exactly work you have to prove that Hurd said she was wearing makeup which may have covered the injuries and in the days following that whenever I leave the house I wear makeup she added the well I don't know I don't know the hearing was shown a video of heard meeting the actor James Franco the day after the claim he saw my face and said oh my god what's happened to you heard recalled he said WTF Rypple he didn't come to say that in court though did he it's so crazy to me I I just you know I I will tell you again that I believe that Johnny was not a great husband I believe that they argued I believe that he probably threw things but the one thing that has never changed and the one thing that all of the evidence seems to support is that he never raised his hand to her miss Hurd had admitted that James Franco came to visit at 11:00 p.m. on the night after Depp allegedly did the things he did interestings that she brings another man over the very next day you know I'm just saying at this and say it is or isn't real what I am gonna say is Amber Heard is a liar and she by her own admission has struck Johnny she said that you know she was left covered in blood after Johnny popped her teeth in a row over Affairs okay where are the pictures of that boy I mean if you if you were missing teeth and and and you're covered in blood whereas the pictures of all that where's the damage of that where's the dentist appointment for that none of the claims she's made have been backed up by evidence and that's the the really bizarre thing you know and even if we look at the transcripts now Nick Wallace interestingly he is from he's a journalist and he's live tweeting everything going on right now he's definitely worth a follow one of the exchanges I thought was pretty interesting so yeah let's so there's Al and Amber Heard talking back and forth this is a lawyer and then her BL says you had a conversation with an officer the female officer you would remember that surely she said yes we went out in the hallway RP came with us we went into pH three into my apartment which is darker than my main apartment but we spoke and I declined to give a statement she told me that she felt unsafe but she couldn't do anything without a statement Yale says so it was the female officer who made a statement amber heard the male officer might have said it to both of them might have said it yell which officer which officer pointed at your face and said you looked hurt aah Amber Heard I can't say for sure probably the female officer lawyer says you're making this up as you go along I mean that's what it looks like isn't it one of the most traumatic incidents of yourn I mean again again I'm not saying that Johnny Depp is perfect I'm not because clearly some of the things that have been said about him are very believable but what I am saying is I don't believe I should say I have not seen any evidence that he ever rate raised his hand to her and I hope that the you know I hope that those looking at this case will actually look at the same thing because he actually has a secret recording secret recording captures Amber Heard and meetings she started a physical altercation with Johnny Depp as she brands him a big effing baby during along to our Rao the audio was released by mr. Depp's legal team as Miss heard started her first day of evidence in the trial Depp secretly recorded a two-hour Rao with Amber Heard where she called him an effing baby and admitted she started it the audio was released by deftly GLE team and misheard started her that is not a good look mr. Depp repeatedly insists she had a closed fist and his former wife said that's the difference between me and you you're an effing baby you're such a baby grow up Johnny mr. Depp repeatedly tells her she would start physical altercations with him she had to get alright so he had to get the F out of there so she struck him amber then says I didn't start physical fights oh yeah you did the right thing but goes on what's your Excuse when there's no physical fight and you still run away you still call me names your hypocrite you're a baby and if they give a taste of it to you you effing lose it but yet you can dish it out ah he probably is a baby he probably is sensitive there's so much of this stuff that is absolutely believable about Johnny Depp the difference is he has the receipts I don't know you know we're gonna see how this all shakes out and only just another week I don't know how long they'll get to a decision on something that many of the claims that amber has made is just flat-out not supported by anything that doesn't mean it didn't happen that just means what I'm looking at it from having to make some sort of legal decision on it there's no backing so it's gonna be interesting to watch this shake out I'll keep covering it here on this channel if you enjoyed this video make sure you leave a on it and leave a comment down below and we'll talk to you again real soon [Music]
