JetCurrent Pro Folding E-Bike Updates + Test Ride w/ Juiced Bikes Founder Tora Harris

all right guys here at the factory starting our uh first production of the jet current Pros super excited about this bike been working on it for about 4 years here um here in the paint booth uh they're doing the black rings all these holes have to be covered up he first batch uh jet current trial assembly do a little test ride so this is the first uh jet current to come off the line they're just going through the first small batch check any issues uh what can we improve on the assembly process and then start running the rest of the bikes but yeah I'm getting a little test ride uh see how it performs [Music] all right so this is the third one off the line well actually not the third one third one I've tested it's one from later down the road in the series and it's this one's a lot better right off the line they didn't do anything to it so I'm really uh liking how these things are are turned out all the frames uh getting ready here's all the batteries electronics are put in first on a separate line huh okay coming off the mass production line previous ones were on the uh trial assembly line over on of the side new this time we got a metal cover here before it was a rubber for rubber cover this one makes a lot easier to remove the first uh first unit off the mass line just making some adjustments so got a little bit of a rest period here 10minute break still working through training up the workers on how to do the quality control and checking the bikes after they come off the [Music] line so for the toolkit we wanted to kind of go all out so instead of just a box we use a bag and pretty much has all the tools down to the PO wrench that you need to work on your bike do basic maintenance uh multi multi-tool here we had that made up exactly all the right tools just carry this with you when you ride on your bike so it comes with a nice case you can use that there a lunch box so that finishes up the uh trial run and on to the first uh Mass bikes so now I go eat dinner all right ride day three 4 I [Music] forget so you can turn a bike on uh directly from the remote [Music] they really whipping them out now [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] he
