James on the Blue Cobra 35440 From Ken Tool

okay video quickly he's gonna be a quick eBay purchase video I ended up buying this tool that everybody advised me to check into it's a 10 tool truck tire dismount tool blue Cobra model number 35 430 so we're just going to open this up quick and get it out of the box and go over to the other item that I that I purchased and then and this is now I have not used one of these before so we're going to kind of have to learn how to use this a little bit and we'll go through the very first time using it here on a video here shortly so I'll just open this up quick [Music] okay so the Lighting's kind of poor over in cold storage part of the shop here [Music] we broke these down they were on two different palettes these are 11 hour 22 5 truck tires these are the same casings that I took off the road tractor the other day same kind so you know just another boring tire eBay purchase but we are going to use these tires in the in the contest we're going to mount them up and this will be part of the dismounting part of the video here where we're going to use that new tool on and James is going to be using the tool and I'm gonna use the regular tire irons so we've got to get a starter on truck law here yet James just went after one of them here this morning and Joe myself are working on the corn planner okay we're slowly making our way around the core planner here hello mate in hand-drew they ended up putting the row cleaner discs on and Joe's been working on putting new bolts and bushings in the hinge points here on the row you nuts so he's getting them in there we pulled all the seed tubes off of it and we're putting all brand-new seed tubes in it along with the cheaper style here like that the Shaffer the Shaffer infernal application unit here ended up replacing all of the attacker they call rebounds that orange part that works kind of like a Keeton seed firmer it's just Seifert's designed and they call it a rebound and then we're going to be able to apply an infernal product through that grade tube which we've had on this planet it's actually the rear tank there and it up build it up a mounting bracket the whole debt tank here when the farm planner is new and then there's a pump over on the right side grief there so that's where the pump is for the conferral application unit and then there's two running to each each row unit and then this is applied breakdown and on for the seed and then what we did change over to this year it's a split why it's called its Shaffer calls it there why not applicator tip the last tip that we had was just a straight hose get that good balance there was just a straight hose and ended up coming through this little eyelet tab here and the tube came just out the way that little V opening is I can actually show you an old one here we've got them all in the trash here's one right here this is actually a seat tube that was all broke to hell and I figured well if we had a couple two or three of them that were like that that's what they're probably all getting fatigued so I figured I would just throw them out with this oh this seed firmer rebounder if you will it's kind of wore out anyway so at Shaffer overnight me these that the new ones to replace these with their war past spec anyway so figured I would just replace them all together so that's why we're doing that so I'm gonna start putting them in here now and then we're gonna start putting the new seat over desks on it as well and I've got each individual meter caught all of the hoppers the Pioneer dealer has them now and he's actually going to put east sets precision East sets in each meter and I probably won't see them back to the end of next week so the hoppers are gonna be off of this for a little while anyways and we're hoping to wrap everything up on it today I've got new bushings to go in the closing wheel bracket they set in that larger hole there and new bolts to go into them so that's why we've got all of the closing wheel brackets off here they're all in a pile along with the gauge wheels now the gauge wheels we're gonna end up flipping them over because they have a spot that's wore already here pretty good they have a spot where that little gauge arm comes up again see that spot rink there we're just gonna flip this over we're gonna put this arm that was on the left side we're going to put it on the right side and then this will sit that way they'll have a new surface to work against when it comes up against this little paw here and that's what sets the depth of your row so we're gonna get after it here all right we've got truck 12 going here finally I kind of kicked our ass a little bit this truck had a oil Sundin unit where the hose went up into all the oil setting up there on the firewall over to winter the hose loosened up so it freakin douche this whole side of the engine oil and then of course it hasn't been washed off since and all the crap from the driveways we end up using a little bit of sand in the driveways to aid in traction that's that all stuck to the oil and everything out so it was a dirty to put the starter in how James got back here to smart and with a starter and I figured I'd just slam it in in a hurry and we could not get the starter to go in far enough it lacked like an eighth of an inch I had all the wires everything else hooked up on it so we figured we'd better pull it that and I pulled it out and part of of an old clutch brake was left in there all stuck to the inside of the bell housing where the nose cone and the starter goes into and this starter was just a little bit bigger and this stuff was just embedded in the grimy crap in that bell housing where the starter sets in had I cleaned that out ahead of time I wouldn't have had any trouble but it kind of really kicked our ass here so we didn't really plan on doing this starter change we did have some trouble with this truck starting well every once in a while and they pulled it in last thing to change the oil on it and ended up having one of them intermittent problems with the starter so I said well we might as well yank that out of there now it's raining a little bit and whatnot so we'll get that out and get it back in so James he's going to go ahead and fire it up go ahead kick her over okay so we're going to get this out of here hi first I've got 320 they're brand new client at the point 11 are 22 fives all we've done is look at the instructions here if not use the tool yet so we're going to use the tool make sure we know how to use it make sure James knows how to use it and then we're gonna get this little contest underway right James I'm gonna stand behind the cameras yeah I guess so Oh put some use fuel on these tires for lubrication so I'm going to run around all three of these quick and then we're going to get started okay now what you want to do with this tool you want to have it laying in Freight sin-free all right push the tool drop man to beat like that you watch it all right he's watch it through the piano you pick the tool drop the tire the opening in the rim push this tool of James all the way down to the floor guy had the ability to look at that direction you're paying
