Fendt 1167 goes first! #protilldragrace

okay guys we're back uh it's june 6. what we're about to do is we're going to do the highly anticipated tractor shoot-off we're going to start with the 1167 then we're going to go to the 9620rx then we're going to go to the 560 john deere 2 track and then last but definitely not least we're going to do the 1050 with the triples um i've marked out a line everybody has their passes we actually have two spare passes in case uh in case we accidentally blow a pass um we're gonna go it's just about a quarter mile down there there's a pylon set up with another 90 degree line so whoever can get this pro till in this heavy heavy clay this used to be a great big slough almost a small lake uh it's quite dry this is how you know we're quite dry up here and it pulls ridiculously hard so right now we're just starting up all the tractors we're going to warm them up i'm going to back this 2 track up here and i'm just gonna play around with it just a little bit to put some teeth in the engine uh scv we have some software glitches in here because apparently they're rewriting the software they told me that this thing's thrown a few error codes and that's what that is so we're going to put this thing in reverse mode and you have to use this as your trigger so what we're doing here you guys is we just want to put some heat in this engine mike what do you mean you want to put heat in the engine oh we already got four bars we're doing pretty dang good but we just want to make sure oh i gotta get used to this i keep thinking we gotta go back to the other one uh pedal versus joystick here we also have uh nick here um he is going to be flying a drone for us so we're hoping to get some drone footage of this as well so we're just gonna put this thing into the ground here just making sure everything's gonna work we do have two extra passes in case we blow one like i said boy this pulls hard just turning with it in the ground here all right that's gonna be good enough we're gonna line back up here so okay we're gonna come in here get our map ready hit our line hit our center line there we go [Music] we gotta not we don't wanna run over lee here but we gotta get ourselves lined up auto steer is engaged we're gonna take our tires right to this line we're gonna put it in the ground now we are gonna start everything in the ground all the way down to the stops and right there it's waving it okay all right this is how we're going to start it pro till right on the line as soon as these tires cross the line at the other end we're turning off the time lee is gonna be riding with me and he is gonna have a stop watch on his phone okay that's mark and then uh yeah there's mark and then over there on the white truck is uh nick somewhere he is flying our drone oh it's right there see if we can look at this thing look him right in the eye okay i'm gonna go coordinate with uh rick okay we're inside we got lee let's do a test on that okay reset it okay we're going to i'm running on i'm going to run on the rattle i i think i should stay on the manual i think i know best but we'll run on their auto this time we're going to hit the c1 for cruise we're going to run joystick mode we're going to turn off the park brake ladder is coming up that is software and now lee you're gonna hit it as soon as the pylon drops no pressure no pressure i'm gonna hold this on four right there it's down there we go auto steer engaged we're off remember our cruise is set to 15-5 no way we're gonna get that here we go oh she's pulling hard 30 seconds [Music] [Music] i'm gonna flatten my pylon cause i can't stop we're gonna flatten that pile on i knew i put it in a bad spot one minute oh this is heavy clay wow [Music] [Music] so we're approaching two minutes [Music] so [Music] [Music] okay as soon as those protein tires we're gonna flatten that pile on like it's going out of style as soon as they cross he's gonna hit the stop button pylon there it is [Music] okay what's our time show us our time two minutes 37 seconds 55 seconds can you write that in that book let's lift this thing out of the ground okay go back to pedal mode now we're just going to drive back we're not going to protel our way back nice straight pass as we got there we're going to drive on this side could make all the difference half point five five that is heavy wow that was look at i drove my pick up through here and i had to run four-wheel drive with my pickup because that is how soft it is [Music] so again this tractor is around uh 59 000 and change when it comes to pounds it's very comparable to the john deere 2 track in weight it is rocking the 16 2 man engine am i forgetting anything lee any stats um missing i don't think so we uh each each tractor is going to pull the protein in the ground right down to the stops arrow is the same as a beer because the deer gold just doesn't yeah the deer has a pretty high bulge on it i think that echo runs their highest to bulge like a new holland does um but uh well i know you guys got questions like mike why didn't you run this is a low uh low rpm high torque engine believe me i've been out here all day uh yesterday trying to get the most speed out of this thing okay so uh when i'm running at about that 16 1700 rpm i can get an extra half a mile out okay we have some software glitches here we could just unhook this hotel right here now for our f1 pit stop say what now for our f1 now for our f1 pit stop but we're going to time ourselves see how fast that we could hook and unhook this proto [Music] okay we have the time as you guys know we're going to unhook this protel uh no it's on that uh button there shoot maybe i actually have it locked off here hold on there we go we had it locked off four track is coming over that's the next competitor okay guys that's a wrap for the two track we're coming to pick this thing up first thing in the morning it's been a lot of fun we'll do some uh summaries here
