run people belly there's a science cooking overall about curry you know if you burn it you know you can ruin a dish i hope i didn't actually burn the curry but yes i mean my first time making kergo was yesterday [Laughter] it's a bit soft too soft and you don't want it to look like you know mushy mushy and or potty potty as they would say just the look of it doesn't look like curry wood it's a bit dark i don't know if it burns smell a bit burnt that doesn't smell like cori that's my light chicken in jamaica the curry is like almost like a lime green color if that makes sense it's dark do i have to no so you said i have to so this is not curry it's properly seasoned i give him that much cheers all right i'm not getting a goatee tears from it this tastes more like mutton this is not curry wood it's a bronze steel goat it's not curry it is missing a bit of spice to it it's a bit flat seriously if somebody put this in front of me at a restaurant may i go send it back because it is not curry at five i'll give it a five if i'm being very honest with you without being mean or anything i would say probably five four point five me that's about a tree my spice i use is natural most like mostly naturally and a lick of muggy seasoning that kind of top it off i keep it jamaica and everywhere i go you know i mean this look like curry that lime green this this looks more like it the color is good it smells like a proper curry goat the meat them is a bit big though i'm gonna cut them down like a bit but i feel like the meat as well is is tender the bones that's that's the plus i mean the bones i like the bones and curry still yeah everything women expect for seeing our curry let me see right yes yeah nintendo it has a nice little flavor to it whoever cook this can cook yeah this is a curry this reminds me back of like something i would eat back home it's not as spicy as i'd like it to be but then again not everyone likes spice no this this is good it's it's not this is this is not the one honestly this is delicious i like this can i have more i'll go for a five i'd give this a 8 i'll give it a 8. i like this one we used to cook like in our bush we go out bush and cook food ain't got time to go home and eat so you have to cook up butcher cooking start from them time really and surely wow wow ah this looks like currywood this looks very good thank you for for the color the color is very bright the texture of the goat is not that great see right now fighting with the good could i stay on the pot if i look a bit more mm-hmm smell good too i don't know is it me or is it too salty they use like a kind of like a soup flavoring i don't add like a chicken like a chicken food soup they seasoned it properly a bit of pepper coming up with a zest coming out as well i can tease that i probably would not use that for the curry goat because it's kind of killing the flavor of the curry itself the curry is good this is the best one the effort and everything is good with this one i give this a four so yeah i'll give that six and a half i mean that's the nine this is good i like it [Music] yeah well done your system is a seasoning man so malik that right balance there of seasoning soft meat and good curry cola all right previous one was still better this looks properly seasoned i hope i'm right about this one i can't see pimento see like i said pepper this guy have the same idea about me i can smell the curry you need bones in in in in coricore and surely after you eat the meat you want to like stop the juice off the bone that's that's the part of the caribbean thing honestly the actual texture itself isn't isn't bad at all the proof is in it in the pudding you know yeah flavor not there but the texture is actually quite good this one's alright the the meat is not his fault it's a bit tori this one i can definitely taste the ginger because ginger helps to prevent um you know people from getting you know sick from your donation so that's that's the plus the tenderness of the goat is actually really nice it might just need a little salt i give this a six six to ten i'll give this one a seven this one this one a seven flat if i go restaurant and i get i this all be alright but if the first one i forget it i'll probably say i don't really want it [Music] i'll make my mommy proud you understand so i'm excited you know what i mean
