He keeps the tea cups so that if someone breaks in, he can grab one and try not to break it while he fights them off.
Looks like a very cool place to live, but imagine what a nightmare it would be if the fire department or EMTs had to get in due to an emergency.
"I think I just had a heart attack, I am in the bedroom which is behind the 4th coat rack to the left, which is in the secret closet which is accessed by the back mirror in the secret bathroom which you get to by rubbing the belly of a Buddha statue in my office."

I have to admit this feels a little sad. It seems like kind of a lonely life and the part where he talks about the wine and the teacups not doing it for him anymore really hit home. Growing up on Jackie Chan Adventures and his old karate movies, I've always had a soft spot for Jackie Chan.
Dailies a modified Evo. I love Jackie even more.
I love how there isnt windows in most of the rooms. I really like the cozy feeling of knowing you're deep down in somewhere and there is not oepne spaces or sky anywhere near you. When I was a kid we had this extra play pen that my brothers and I stacked all our toys into, and I use to through all my blankets over it, then scrooge McDuck my way to the bottom of it and lay under everything, and it was extremely peaceful for some reason.
He's like the rich version of a hoarder. If this is what he considers "low key" than I'd hate to see what "over-the-top" looks like.
