Mr Griffin you were a married man who had a 2-year affair with your wife's stepsister the defendant you say that relationship produced a daughter but miss Richmond claims you are not her daughter's daughter's biological father and you plan to prove that in court today is that correct that is correct your honor and so how do you end up having an affair with your sister's husband not thinking just being wild at that time of my age and just not just not caring about anything I can admit to that I'm trying to fix it for her now Mr Griffin I have to ask you now I mean you a married man and it's bad enough enough you sleeping around outside the marriage but your wife's sister that was an honest honest mistake you H but uh at the same wait now it wasn't no mistake in identity you knew it was your wife sister no I'm talking about about me doing what I did was it an honest mistake or a dishonest mistake dishonest mistake how long did this mistake it lasted I'd say about 2 years two years I know yeah I know yeah this wasn't no mistake this was a decision exactly okay hey so so for two years you were sleeping with your wife's sister yes regularly yes often very often without protection without protection Lord you should be able to be alone with your sister's husband and not sleep with him or him not sleep with you but how are you all spending this much time where this type of relationship could develop cuz he was taking me home from when I used to go over to their house to visit my steps sister and stuff how long had you been married at the time Mr Griffin I'm still about 10 years so you all had known each other for an extended amount of time oh this is All in the Family All in the Family yna I was in love so I thought that I thought what I thought was love back in them that time oh cuz you had worked yourself that you in love with him yes your honor I think that's what why I chose to tell him first before anyone else that he was the father we slept together more unprotected than I did with the other je and when you told him what was his response do you remember as I remember he said yes right off uh he came over to my house and he picked her up and he went up on the stairs and he you know put her up to the light and he said yeah she could be mine and that was the last we ever discussed her really seriously that's the last you discussed her paternity of him seeing her actually of me and him talking about her being never seen yeah I've never that's because she left hold on Miss I'm coming to I'm coming to that part I'm Miss Richmond TAA you're asserting in court today that you have not seen Mr Griffin I've seen him one time when I was like 14 but in your life in my life I spoke to him to the first time on the phone like the other week I never that's because I didn't that 30 years I've been knowing that she's my daughter so you've never had a doubt never had a doubt in 30 years in 30 years I did tell him that I was pregnant but also I did tell him he was the father but at the time he also knew I was you know with other people also and he was a married man so and I'm sure he was with other people too so I was with two other guys so you were admitting that at the window during the window of conception you were also sleeping with two other men yes your honor did you tell those men you were pregnant as well no your honor no why did you only choose to tell Mr Griffin Mr Griffin was the one I was with mostly all the time mostly so that's why you know it only takes once though right yes ma'am her mother's saying there is doubt and you not how can you be so sure got photos here when I was young and she she was young Jerome let me let me see that and because if if it wasn't my daughter what would the reason come she come and tell me that she was pregnant were you with her all during the pregnancy no we was never together you weren't together when during the pregnancy after I got pregnant we never had too much contact cuz I got into a relationship with another gentl you didn't want to come over while you were pregnant with his child we didn't hardly see each other she was trying to hide it from a step sister so Mr Griffin how did you tell your wife that you got her sister pregnant I didn't cuz I was too embarrassed until I you know had did that you know so ta I want to hear from you right cuz I want to understand at what point did you find out um like the first time someone brought his name up was like um my mom never brought his name up and then we went to Albany when I was in the third grade and my aunt and my cousins say oh you look just like the Griffins you look just like the Griffins that's like what everybody always say you look just like those Griffins I'm like who is the Griffin she's like oh no those not your people that's not your dad I don't know my mom when people ask me who's my dad I always said my whole life I don't have a dad I don't know my dad I don't have a name my mom never told me a name how hard is that as a young woman growing up it's just sad and then I always have to hear stupid stories now about some old 70s triangle love triangle like I it's just stupid wow your family there there your links there are your pieces to your puzzle when you figure out who you are as a child exactly I I mean without that I can imagine that you did feel like you didn't know where you came from I'm sorry about that too cuz I was very selfish for years and I didn't want to deal with my past but I wasn't thinking about your life and I'm sorry probably when I was like in high school I got a message on MySpace can you remember Myspace I sure do I was on it but I remember I got a message on MySpace from uh Lea just a long little thing saying I think you're my sister and I'm just like uh like who is this girl so and wait so when you first got the message were you overwhelmed with emotion or did you feel like it was a prank what what were you thinking I I just thought she was crazy because of what my mom say oh because your mom had told I knows what my mom say so miss Griffin Lisha I want to hear from you you reached out to TAA I did and what made you do that well I was in my dad's room one day cuz my sisters was taking up the other Mir so I was in there doing my hair and after I got done and I'm getting all my hair supplies out his room and stuff you know I'm straightening up his dresser and I see some mail from Jackson County child support and I begin to look at it and I've seen her name ta's name after that I decided to look her up on my space so I could see what she looked like ever been told about TAA yes who told you about her my mother she just kind of mentioned that we had another sister but I didn't know what her name was so miss Richmond how did Mr Griffin end up with child support papers if you said he was not the father okay I'm getting ready to explain that to you your honor when I moved to Wisconsin with her when she was almost two and we that I took the we took a paternity test at that time okay I went on and did the child support and she told me that that well the test proves that he's not the father so do you have another name to give me so you were told you were told he was not the father yes all right now I want to jump over to you Mr Griffin do you remember submitting to this DNA testing years ago do and from from my knowledge that that I got the papers saying I was the father you got the papers and they said that you were the father yes so you're saying you got paperwork from from one DNA test you got paperwork that says you were the father and Richmond you got paperwork that says he was not exactly and I also I've been hearing that for about eight years this stupid because when I looked I said mom there's no record of that DNA exactly that's what they hold on so now the plot thickens why would I get child support paper I don't know why jackon County would lie when we call they said they cannot I try to get just said right over there that that she had the test done yeah I took the test hold on family hold on yes your honor yes wow this is complicated all I know is I believe the other people better than believe in them when I call them they said that they do not have a test they said that um we took ours but he did not show up to take his that's what they said and that's I don't know that's what and listen listen that in and of itself is why even at 32 years old it is important for you to be in this courtroom today amen from that very piece of testimony you just said I want to move forward because I want to understand in your court papers uh TAA you mentioned that one of the reasons you were prompted to get down to the bottom of this was because of the loss of your husband correct one of the other sisters Griffin sisters um her wedding was uh May 21st 2011 and she invited me and my husband and my husband believed I looked like some of the other sisters so he was like yeah we should go we should go and I'm like I don't know and then I like talk the other people like my sister and my mom they they like you know I don't think they're your family so why would you go all the way to Michigan to a wedding so we did not go and that was the day he died a so sorry and um he was a firefighter I loved him to death and he drowned um so I mean I just I was just so sad he drowned in in the line of duty yeah if you go and make in Georgia they rename the area after him on Lake tasaki to the Michael Jones fishing area so that's nice and um so basically her wedding day is Mike death dat so if we would have went maybe he would have been alive I'm sorry you don't have to apologize it's okay you don't have to apologize and you don't have to feel guilty okay no I'm sorry I just want to talk about my husband I understand talk about I understand it's okay sorry you don't have to apologize what what I'm here to make you understand and I'm hoping that I can is that this guilt that you feel first of all I want to say it's normal I have lost my mother and I probably Replay that day it's been 10 years and I still replay the day if if I would have took the 12:00 flight instead of the 5:00 flight and everything that I could have done in between that is natural but what I see here is even another layer to this that because of that lack of security because of that feeling of disconnection all of these feelings I believe are compounding who what your natural grief process would be and that's where our paternity issues they begin to Anchor us down they weigh us down so that we can't move forward and that's why it's important that we come here to get this resolve today I think it's time to get some answers yes before I go to these results Mr Griffin I want you to look across the aisle right now this is a woman you say this is your daughter yes I believe yes I truly believe well to me you haven't been in this courtroom acting like much of a father and I want you to turn to your daughter right now if you believe this is your daughter and I'd like for you to tell the court how you feel and more importantly how you recognize what she feels well I'm sorry for your husband and I wish I had have been there for you and I I'm sorry for not being there for you listen I do believe you have a level of regret you come from a generation where where I'm sure there was a level of well just let well enough alone some people believe that we hear those stories in this courtroom where when things get away from us or people move on you don't want to disrupt maybe what the new family structure is and you feel like well let me just play my part and state of the back but what I do want you to understand is as this young woman stands here and talks about what she's dealt with for 32 years I want you to honor the part you had to play in that hurt because that is important for her healing as well I'm ready for the results these results were enormous debt erased yes your honor Miss Frasier you admit you've always known the plth may not be your son's biological father but acknowledge he's been held financially responsible for him yes you are yet regardless of whether or not today's results prove he's the father you say he really just needs to get over it that's joh no Mr Whistler we're here today to get this settled once and for all I've been waiting well tell me why you doubt paternity uh because your honor uh we was in a relationship and about 2000 late 2005 she comes to me and tells me she's pregnant and uh I always ask her are you pure it is mine you had doubts from the beginning yes ma'am I had a torsion that uh you know the doctor said right there no you're unable to have children so the doctors told you you weren't yes able to have children due to a medical condition yes your honor okay and now I've got this bill $21,000 they're wanting me to pay for somebody else never asked child support from you I never asked them to get child support from you ever uh never yes you wouldn't go down and take care of this like a young lady down there you can look at the paperwork always said the other guy's name uh-huh yeah okay well we're going to find out today we are going to find out today the honest to God's truth 18 years that I've been living through this excuse my language please be respectful in the court sir so miss Fraser when you found out you were pregnant did you tell Mr Whistler it was his child I told him I was pregnant and he told me it wasn't his and the other guy that you say you always put his name on all the Pap all the paperwork this other guy sign the certificate what about the birth certificate wanted to you told me you told me if I wanted that kid to have my last name and I wouldn't claim him I would be there for the birth and I was there that's your last name and then uh it come out a little while later that uh you had been sleeping with this other man all this time at 6 months you knew yeah at six months after birth after the fact so mler yeah and you did sign the I can't go on with my life now you did sign the birth certificate am I correct yes your honor I did and you claim that not until the child was 6 months old were you told that there could be a question regarding the paternity yes your honor so take me back to that time how did she tell you this she told straight up yes it could be this other man's because he was proud to have a son and not denying it like you he should be standing up if it's his kid he should be standing up for it why am I reliable to pay this over $221,000 when I was working were taking most of my paycheck I've never given it to me I ain't got no child support one you never received any child support from the state of Missouri I think you are hold on Mr Whistler Mr Whistler what is the evidence you keep holding up this may I see that please the letter I received from the child enforcement of the state of Missouri just about two weeks ago your honor but they're not giving it to me I've never received child Sport and you know I just don't add up this letter from the state of Missouri indicates total pass due support $2,850 56 and I have paid no telling how much already on this child and so you say the other man may be the father yes your honor so did he ever pay child support no I've never gotten any no at all were you receiving assistance from the state uh food stamps okay so if you were getting assistance from the state they're going to then follow up with the Father the legal father of record and I am lucky to pay them back the money on the paper on the paper so who did you tell the state uh on the state I mean on the paper had ask if there is anybody else who could be a biological father and I've always put down the other guy's name always did you put down Mr whistler's name too that was the name on the birth certificate but Mr Whistler because you signed the birth certificate under the law you are the legal father yes your honor did you understand that when you were signing that birth certificate that day yes your honor I certainly did but I was to the impression it was my child there was no child's father you signed that birth certificate because you believed at that time it was your child yes your honor because that's what Miss Frasier told you and never told you there was the other person yes your honor until about 6 months later after the child was already here and you had already signed the birth certificate yes your honor I even went as far as after the child was born a couple weeks I went to my boss and asked her for the money to loan me to get her a ring and I proposed to this lady and uh she uh took the ring and said not right now and put the ring on her finger and I'm here today to finally see that this is taken care of after 18 years we are here and I still got to go back to the state of Missouri and hire someone before I go to jail because Dallas is almost 18 now yes you're however you have all of these aers that are still adding up yes your honor and you could go to jail for failure to pay child support yes you're right your honor Dallas is now 18 years old yes he is yes your honor have you tried to develop any type of relationship yes your honor numerous times I have traveled over 300 miles to come and see him and I would call that's your convenience I would call and uh ask Miss frer could I come at by and see Dallas when I get there uh sure then when I would get up there on my way over I would call and say I'm on my way oh we're somewhere else we ain't at home we can't do it today we have Vibes change for 10-minute visit understanding that I had called previously and asked you did I or did I not no you won't let me take him nowhere and he refuses to go because you got him brainwashed is there a reason why you wouldn't allow him to see Mr Whistler for all those years gr up growing up yeah because I mean he he never he not once changed his diaper never not even once I was at work during the day I was at home you were out messing around how can I do that when I was raising two kids all by myself so were you aware Miss Frasier that all of these years he's been on the hook and responsible for child support I've tried to get them over and over numerous times to test the other man and so cuz I can't afford to pay for it and I've tried to get them to do it and they have never done it so I pay for it until no I hav't asked for nothing from you I have never asked for anything from you no you haven't the state of Missouri okay there you go that's not me yeah it is the same thing as you no it's not for lying to me this whole time Mr wler you submitted to the court pictures and you feel like Dallas looks like you in many ways yes yor and I think there's a lot of resemblance and so if he is your son I will step develop a relationship yes your honor I certainly do I will step up to the plate and do I have to here yes and so I have to ask you directly do you believe Mr Whistler is your biological father uh I would as I was growing up I did believe he was my father but I was always told that it could be somebody else you were yes always told yes she was which is consistent with your mother's testimony that there she always tried to list another the other person have you ever met this other man yes I have you have do you refer to him as Dad um I did one time but that was just to get his attention okay do you have a relationship with that man not anymore and how about Mr Whistler do you refer to him as your dad yes all the time all the time yes you know you're a young man and just 18 years old and this must be very difficult for you were you aware of the circumstances Mr Whistler testified to that he's been paying child support and been responsible for child support for you you know he's owning your birth certificate right you do know that listed as your father yes your honor and yet for most of your life you understood that it could be someone else yes and nothing's been done about that for 18 years she has tried to but Missouri has not uh answered anything that she has tried to tell them or ever tried to change the birth certificate so you have personally witnessed firsthand your mother make the attempt to change your birth certificate uh I've seen her try to get the other guy listed as the father now why Miss Frasier would you change the birth certificate to be the other guy when you don't know for certain if it's him either so that the state wouldn't be going after him okay so you I've never yeah I've never felt that he should have to pay the child support and because it's it wasn't right here I am stuck with this $21,000 debt still but I've tried to keep them from doing it you know this does not make Mr wiler I have to inform you because you signed the birth certificate you may still be responsible for that $21,000 I understand depending on today's results you will have the opportunity to return to your home state um and see if perhaps there is a way you can get that $21,000 debt erased however there are no guarantees yes your honor I understand this but if Dallas is your biological son understand then you are rightfully responsible for that debt I certainly am okay I love this young man with all of my heart and always have and and always will and I'm determine who your father is today the court has located two of the 13 men and has already ordered paternity tests to be at ad ministered Miss magical you admit to having a laundry list of potential fathers but hope today answers your daughter's life long question now misss Myers what were the circumstances that started your search for your biological father when I was 13 years old I had a father figure in my in my life and he died it at that age and you know when he died I needed closure I needed somebody to be there and so at 13 years old how did you find out that there were potentially 13 different men that could be your father the list came from my mom telling me over approximately a year maybe a little longer she would always just say you know here's a name here's a name you know and I think to her it seemed like it was a joke okay Miss magical as you're giving your daughter this list and I do not mean this in a joking way right you couldn't narrow it down from 13 know uh the 13 that she's naming it's like 13 ghost fabricated what about what about pick any man in Seattle you made so where does this pick any man in Seattle hold on cuz any any friend that she met of mine a guy friend she'd ask him were they her father really are you serious so my thing is when said she say oh is he my dad I'll say I don't know it could be anybody in Seattle since she thinks that's what it is absolutely could be this guy right here raised upon see Miss Myers in your statement you say that your life without a father has been extremely difficult please explain I feel lost you know I feel confused I don't know who I am I don't know my Heritage I don't know what I'm completely mixed with I don't know where I came from I don't know nothing came from me I know you're half of the family know it does take two to tango yeah so miss magical you do admit that there were multiple partners at the time that Miss Myers was conce course but you got to realize I was 17 so any calculation within that time I could have been way off and not known because by the time I found out I was 4 months pregnant with her you see what I'm saying so there could be a list of whomever it's the timing it's in the timing okay the list that is also missing out of my diary really Monica the that you fabricated the 13 ghost you got in the book where's it at it's gone you know ask your brother ask your first time you remember meeting Mr mccraine I was 13 and I was going into 14 now your mother Miss magical stated that you spent the weekend at one of his girlfriend's house I stayed the night over with him and his girlfriend and her kids come to find out that one of her kids was his child but that she was in question at the time and they had to be tested years later I'll never forget I told my mom I said you've got to be kidding me this is I said Mom this ugly is my dad now wait a minute she was much younger she was much you may not watch your language around your mother but you got to watch your language in this court now that's inappropriate and disrespectful Mr your daughter is here and and and Miss Vernon you have held on like I've asked you to but I want to understand from you why you feel so strongly about Miss Myers okay well as far as Monica's concern she's talking about oh he's this and he's that well if that's the case then how come you got his picture on Facebook with you and your mom talking about oh yeah well is this person my dad and blah blah blah Did he's such a bad guy then why would you even put him on Facebook and say oh yeah him of what he really good father you wen't even in Carmen's life I don't want nothing to do with him his family her she done started all this problems where her family got got her cousins trying to fight me they did they've all treated her bad and you admit they did keth they did nobody wanted to claim her but claim all your other possible kids I know you are upset with her with what she maybe posted on Facebook about up you all make eye contact yes and she flashes you flashes me and then she like starts getting closer yes she did and um she starts dancing on top of me like she's literally in my lap while I'm playing drums dancing and everything don't deny it you can't deny that yes I can like I mean okay deny it all you want but that's what happened and while she's dancing on top of me while I'm playing drums you know people are like coming by like oh you know like you know cuz I'm you know it's entertaining and whatnot and I'm thinking like this is great she's making me more money put cuz people put more money in my bucket and you said this is great the show just got better okay though they're putting more money in everybody's entertained she's dancing on your lap and you playing the drum yeah then what so then I get a phone call from my ex saying that she's at my house right now who brought bring she brought a guy over because he lost his job he needed a place to stay and it was the only place that she can think of to bring him and I'm just like okay you know what fine but just know that I'm like at this at this point in time there's this girl dancing on my lap right now and I'm bringing her home say that part oh my God you didn't say that part I did to say that part I told you that I told you what happened right after that right after I got off the phone so now listen so you you you end up going home together yes what happens so I walk in and she's on my couch he's in my chair they're uh talking and whatnot giggling and laughing and everything so we go to the bed and her and I are you know in my in my room and Miss Snider comes in the in the room and um you know she gets in the bed with us well I'm talking to my ex at this point why aren't you out there with him because you brought him here she's like well I'm I'm not sleeping out there with him I'm sleeping here with you and her and I was just like all right okay well wait so you go from playing the drums to being in the bed with Miss Snider and your ex yeah I'm scared to ask Jerome but what happened so I think you know what happened in your honor um she started you know messing with me and then um and then my ex noticed and she was like oh no that's mine and I'm just like huh grabs it from she grabs it from Amanda yeah I'm sorry I what what no oh it's a threesome an a game of tug of war at the same time no so after about a minute or so I'm just like hey hey hey hey y'all quit fighting there's enough for me for both of y'all and I'm just like it's enough for both of y'all yes no this is enough for me for both of y'all and I'm just like you know I'm thinking in the back of my head like this is amazing I can't you know I just you know I'm excited you know so I'm just like I want to get control of the situation okay and so um so I'm talking to my ex I'm like you've had me long enough you need to learn how to share and and I told Amanda oh you start getting the lingo together I suppose I mean it just kind of came in the in the moment you know oh okay so okay and then what happened I was like Amanda do you know how to share she goes yes I know how to share and I go all right well then y'all get along be nice play fair let's have a good time yeah and so you know we started having sex and you know and it was it felt great I loved it I had had a great time and but you didn't use protection no which is why you're here yes that's why but it gets better it gets better there's more there's more to story so um Amanda she was with me for that whole week that we were together and um so you had sex for a week Miss Snider with Mr Evans a couple during the week yes ma'am and you were there all week yes your honor and so therefore that's why you're saying that he's lany's biological father yes your honor I can't move on from this point until I say now you know you don't have no business playing drums out there on the street then coming back home with some woman and not using protection and you don't have no business coming home with him and not using no protection yes sir I understand that now was that the only time you were intimate Mr Evans no so I left for a week I went to Colorado to go get a job and I came back a week later and um we and before I left we had met up one last time and and we had sex that night as well and I didn't use protection oh my gosh we're here now we're here so Mr Evans take me to the day you find out Miss Snider is pregnant okay so I'm in Colorado at this point working and um she calls me like between it was like in between July and August of 2018 and um I get a phone call from her and she told me that she was pregnant and I was like okay so you know when do you find out when the baby's born and you know what's the sex and everything and so she told me it's possibly a girl and she's due sometime in January so December or December one or the other and so so you just said okay well just yeah I was just like okay well I'm pretty sure at that point I thought it was my baby and I'm just like all right you know so you know just I'm thinking it's mine cuz I didn't know that she was you know may have been with somebody else or anything like I'm thinking that time that we were together was the only I was the only person that she was with and you know conceived during that time and so I'm like oh yeah yeah it's fine you know if if everything goes as planned you know I'll be there you know when the baby's born and everything like that um but work kept me held up so I didn't get back until sometime in January after the baby was born and um and then when she when I saw the baby I was just like are you sure that's are you sure she's mine because she don't look like me she don't have my features she doesn't you know like she her nose is like more flared and mine is like more round and like she doesn't really like have my eyebrows like and I have like a Widow's Peak that you can't really see it's kind of faded but like like you know I just got a haircut so during the pregnancy you accepted that this is my child you knew you had had sex without protection correct you did the math you said to yourself yeah it was probably around that time I own up to my mistakes and this is my baby all right yeah did you ask Miss Sider if she'd been with anyone else or could it be anyone else's baby did you ask ask after the fact yes after I saw her I did what did she tell you when you asked her she said that she was sleep that she had slept with someone else oh so miss Snider who's this other person you slept with I do admit I slept with someone else but we also used protection and it was after what would have been after the conception date though it was like a week or two afterwards all right and so how did you meet this guy that you slept with I had a been him for a little bit okay so we did use protection okay so well this court did track down that other man because we wanted to hear his side of the story and he sent in the following statement I admit sleeping with Amanda but I did use a condom the condom did not break so I know that baby is not mine so this statement it basically is in line with your testimony that you did have sex but you did use protection you don't think he's the father he doesn't think he's the father you also testified about your conception window and that's a calculation that you did to show that Mr Evans is the biological father in your mind yes your honor and you did that you brought a calendar yes your honor I'd like to look at your calendar so the beginning of April that's when you met and you had sex all week from the 1st to the 7th yeah it's like the end of March beginning April okay and then you had sex one other time on April 15 and that's what Mr Evans testified to before he went off to work then baby Laney was born December 27th yeah she was due the 31st but I had got induced on the 26th okay so you had sex with the other guy at the end of April the 22nd through the 28th and if you do the calculation the window of conception would have been around the end of March to the first week of April so that leads you to believe that Mr Evans is lany's biological father yes your honor and Mr Evans is the only man you were sleeping with during that time because you didn't meet him until the first yes your honor did you sleep with anybody else on the third 31st no your honor no the end of March I I met him like the end of I met him the end of March beginning of April okay so Mr Evans now that you see this calendar are you pretty convinced now has it changed your testimony do you believe you are Laney's biological father no he's not mine I'm not the father I I do not believe that I am the father but are you basing all of this just on looks because you don't think she looks like you cuz you know we can't base everything on looks a baby's face forms and develops over time she may not seem to have your features now but maybe she will later I mean well that's that's what that's what I need I need proof I need proof of that so I mean and if she so what kind of relationship have you developed with Lany thus far I have not seen a Laney since I've been back from from work so you've never met her never never laid eyes on only pictures and videos chat but you do video chat with her and you get the pictures yes and when you get the pictures what it just keeps reinforcing this isn't my child why are you even staying in touch then well I wanted to get a DNA test to find out if she was because she did say that she was slept with this other man and so Miss Snyder you gave Laney Mr Evans last name yes your honor but he wasn't there for the birth or anything no and did you talk about that beforeand we had talked about it and he was planning on coming down there but at the last minute he wasn't able to cuz work but you did you decide that on your own to give the baby his last name yes your honor okay and you say if Laney's not your biological child you want your last name back you don't want the baby to have your last name that's correct and if she is yours you have testify that you will step up and you will take care of her yes ma'am all right let's get the results Jerome may I have the envelope these results were prepared by DNA Diagnostics and they read as follows in the case of Evans versus Snider when it comes to twomon Old Lany Evans it has been determined by this court Mr Evans you are not the [Music] father you were right Mr Evans you are not her biological father Miss Snider I'm sorry I know that wasn't the result you thought you were going to get today have you informed this other man that he could potentially be the biological father I told him maybe you told him I said there I said I I gave him a chance I said you might be even though we used the condom I said there might still be a small chance is there anybody else besides this man no your honor okay so I got to say this before we go I know Young people are into this one night stand thing where it's all so fun and you go to the Bor or you druming on the side of the road and he's looking handsome and then you start dancing and then you know but there are real life consequences to this kind of behavior real life you have a beautiful little girl now and you have to set an example that
