[Music] this is about the only time you'll ever see me drive a 50 chevrolet and i'm about to crash this one this thing looks kind of scary there's a few uh whoopee doo's it's going to get ugly before it gets pretty looking for a 1955 window cap oh something's out of whack when we're just trying to figure out what it is [Music] he's sure that'll do it it doesn't have a choice it doesn't have his place oh man telling joe that's tight i've already got tired head man i just got a headache i think he's gonna dig it what's kicking i'm joe martin i've been building cars and bikes since i was just a little kid my team hunts down rusted wrecks are we gonna work today joey what we knock out the ugly and put in the cool and turn these buckets of rust into street art this is iron resurrection today's pretty exciting we have a new project coming in the shop from an old customer what's going on hey guys how you doing rob keefe if you remember a few seasons back actually had a 1968 convertible corvette built for his wife to have the opportunity to have joe do the car here is just over the top rob had asked that we make a really special one-off custom vet for stacy's birthday wow it's so beautiful and this year he's got a really cool project that we can't wait to show you oh it's turning by itself look at that baby blue watch out my channel i mean what are we doing here joey just gonna put together what's our buddy rob's truck rob from florida rob from florida now he wants to do this 50 chevy truck there's a little added pressure this time because this 1950 chevy truck is the pride of rob's collection our frame's already done that's cool so when the truck came in it already had a pretty trick frame and uh rob had the body mounted down on it rest of stuff was in boxes well it came in boxes nice we got new fenders we got new bedsides i mean what's he want to do to it well rob apparently pulled it out of the shop somewhere the uh bodywork and paintwork that was on the cab it came from another shop it's a little questionable so we want to strip it down wasn't moving at the pace he wanted so he said you want to finish it up i said well hell yeah bro got to be careful what you wish for because when you start looking closely at the work already done it's obvious there's more to this job than i originally planned to do there's a few uh whoopee doo's like pinholes pinholes and thingies some whoop-dee-doo's in there but no you shouldn't be there yeah i could see right away that after the blaster got through removing the inches of bondo is gonna be a problem build and it was going to take weeks and weeks of work to get that cab even close to correct rob wants to strip it yeah back down we'll start it back over it's going to get ugly before it gets pretty it'll get ugly before it gets pretty but it'll be pretty in the end one of the things that make this project go really quick is the panels are all new we'll still be doing some cool metal work to make this truck stand out yeah we might have to defunctify that a little bit man we'll get that firewall out there might make a new firewall yeah colin will be here in the morning first thing is we gotta get the cab off get it blasted mkd up how's it coming man man it's coming y'all want kate to take the lead on this 50 chevy truck and he recently moved up from the paint body department since you know we got these panels already that came with the truck figured it'd be perfect for them i'm hoping it's going to be quick and fairly simple when we got this this truck in it was kind of in a bunch of pieces it's kind of like a big puzzle i guess so far it's going good this bed has all the pieces so we started out good a lot of people modify these trucks pretty heavily and you see people that chop the tops a little bit and you see people nose the hood all kinds of stuff rob's really wanting to keep pretty much stock dimensions as far as we're not going to chop the top or anything like that as far as modifications on this truck we'll do some handmade roll pans we'll do some trick stuff to the bed you know you put some big tires get them down man they're a blast to drive i had a 54 myself i've always really liked the style it's a crowd pleaser people always like them blue straps blue vent picked on quite often everything i own rob's got this favorite color blue that he paints everything he's got his own paint code we painted the vet that color his car haulers that color everything's this color apparently so the truck will be no different it'll be a rob blue this is definitely one of those dream projects where a lot of stuff's done and hopefully uh makes the project move a little quicker i told myself when i got up this morning i said i'm gonna be patient all week and they didn't last two minutes that's where the big guy built me so i'm just gonna have to go with it here on the five window we're putting the bed on man my boots way more than this we don't need no help dave mccabe's got it all assembled that back rail lines up on that back rail like i said this thing come out of another shop okay that's where that other piece goes goes here the changes they've made we're not real sure of yeah that's goofy that's it that's got to go that way let's slide it back hey let's see what it looks like something's out of whack basically we're just trying to figure out what it is got to set the cab on because i think the bed's too far back this way how many ways does it take to put a 50 chevy truck bed on well here's the deal joe look we can something's these usually sit right on the frame but if you do that look at the frame rails oh yeah that ain't cool what's up brando well this thing looks kind of scary what's going on here well after oh my gosh i said all the uh coatings of filler off this thing and we got left with a nightmare they did some bad horrible patchwork from booger welding there's just bad work all over it and so they just coated it with filler it looked terrible at 50 feet away yeah it's even worse now and we got some bad panel patching some really bad dwarf patching but this this is horrible they cut this off and i don't know who put this on but they kind of beat it in and then they had about a half inch this thing was about a half man inch of filler and the bottom doesn't even match the door let me ask you this was this a sentimental truck to rob i don't know we're going to find another cab there's no way but time in this it costs abortion we may send it out back we can shoot at it or something oh my god this is a structural oh man this is a structural point here and it's godly man okay doesn't really say much he just puts his head down and works he just lets me run loose i guess a little bit i make a template and he likes it and i just run with it so i wanted to get an opportunity to do all the metal work on this truck [Music] i finished up with the piece on the five window truck bed and i'm really happy with the way it turned out i'm gonna start making the rope and for this trip it just replaces the bumper it'll just be nice and smooth and cleans the back of the truck up it gives the back end some length man yeah yeah you got it that's awesome man i'm figuring out the length i need to get i'm gonna go draw it on some metal cut it out and start bending it you feel more comfortable cutting the plate out after it's rolled and kind of mad enough yeah probably one of joe's favorite things to do is metal work got it bro yeah i got it and he really really enjoys when one of the younger guys comes up and wants to soak up some of that knowledge joe has really taken a lot of joy in showing caleb how to work the metal how to really be a solid metal guy he likes to be out here yeah it'll be out there yeah so it's really cool knowing that he came up as a self-taught person with role models that were willing to sit down and take the time with him one more pass i think and then he's able to pass it on and teach these young guys that are coming through the ranks at our shop how to do these skills this will bend up oh yes this needs to go down ultimately it's really good for the industry and even better for our business we're doing this one first right i can't tell i think i'm on it but no you're right on brother look at it yeah i want to look at it okay that's i think that's close oh hell yeah we got the shape of the rope and that we liked and we just got it tacked in place i think the hard part is over because this it's always tricky to me on which ones have been first so i'm over the hill so now gonna send shag and amanda out and see if they can find us a cab we can use on this 55 window truck [Music] take a gander mandy today we find ourselves west of the city east of the city east i mean look at this stuff freaking lipstick lipstick oh my goodness man it's getting slick i've driven by this joint a lot it's on your side of town is it what's that mean what the hell does that mean miss gated community i mean when you pull up to this place it's really hard to tell how big it is welcome to rancho park hi how you doing man hello hi how are you i'm doing great good i'm amanda hey amanda hi i'm shag dj swears by it nick swears by it it's like the spot come on down here we'll take a look at this thing so we got this fine cherry chevrolet here 73 to 87 is pretty much the body so square body truck it's cherry all right wow it's like new i think the wipers are the only salvageable piece on here well we got another square body down here if you want to take a peek at it yeah i see a lot of late model stuff and we are not looking for late model we're looking for a cab an early model cab how early 1950 well they were looking for like a five window looking for a 1955 window cap there's always a chance of some gem coming in here for sure we have about 1800 vehicles on the ground right now that knew this junkyard messiah this was in a little bit better shape if you take a look at it it's not all rusted out like the other one it's got a lot of great usable parts oh my gosh i think there was a mountain lion and a tiger fight so we didn't find we were looking for that's it [Music] is this right one should be joe said this project should go quick we got all new panels and it should fit together like new you know what i might not be holding it right cody let me look at it but the more i work on this the more i want to go back to where i will call let me get this in established nothing ain't easy on this truck you have to loosen that stuff up swing it out of the way just to put the fender on i'm thinking they never put the bed or fenders back on this truck we sure that bed don't have to go up you know nothing fits on this thing so it looks like we have to modify the fenders this is some kind of brace up under there we have to weld these up or something yeah i mean we all get no wide tire in there i ordered big wide tires and wheels for this truck and kind of worried they may not fit like how much big winnies needs more beef back here no more beef man i know how joe feels about his tires he likes them fat and wide we figure out run a 22-inch wheel in here we want to make sure we got frame clearance and clearance of everything really after measuring twice i think we're going to be right on the spec but we'll know when we get the wheels because once you order these wheels if they're wrong you own them now we just got to get this bed fitting right [Music] this is about the only time you'll ever see me drive a 50 chevrolet and i'm about to crash this one so we got our 50 chevy truck cab of rob's chevy truck here and uh after blasting it we've determined this thing's useless i mean the metal work on it's so bad nothing lines up it's just terrible work i can tell y'all one thing he's in so much but we need a cab to mock up the alignment of the bed my side go go back three inches and uh we're gonna go ahead and mount it that way we get the alignment of the bed the fitment of the running boards i'm lined up i just need to come down oh there's something going on there's something going on mike something going on something coming off something ain't right i ain't even worked on this project i'm already starting to dislike it [Music] this 50 chevy truck has just been fighting us all the way but we finally got all these panels fitting now i'm getting caded to make some wider fender wheels for this thing in the bed so the big rear wheels will fit better i'm getting a template for my inner fender well we kind of had an old one laying around so i'm going to kind of go off of that one to get the shape i want it's definitely an art form taking a flat piece of sheet metal and giving it all that dimension i mean that's pure art form it's metal art you definitely gotta be on your game with power hammer i mean this thing's powerful and you get your fingers stuck in there you're fighting it and you gotta be on top of your game [Music] the power hammer basically shapes the metal it and we put shrinking dyes in there and actually you'll shrink the metal so you take something flat curl it so it's definitely a powerful machine it'll beat you up at the end of the day and i mean it takes some skill to figure it out you're going to throw away a lot of sheet metal practicing but really just getting it down is nothing but time on the machine [Music] oh yeah as you can see i'm pretty much finished up with a wheel tub for this truck i'm just fine-tuning my gaps and they're done [Music] looking good keda [Music] since i got the back of the bed kind of buttoned up now i'm going to move to this front piece and i'm going to throw this in the trash and make a whole new one the gap on a 50 chevy truck between the bed and the cab is kind of unsightly it's it's big it looks like an afterthought back of the cab is radiused and the bed's straight so we're actually going to build a radius piece of tubing that follows the radius of the cab and just kind of take the ugly out fill it up make it look like it should have left from the factory we'll get a piece of tube and just do a ring roll basically that's all you got to do all right kdub just need a slight little radius on that thing stick that in brother all right okay then put a little pressure on [Music] right when it's right here okay man now just kick it the other way and you're set bro there you go you'll need to do that four or five times and go check your radius once i ran it through the ring roller so it kind of followed this contour and it just it just cleans it up and it just doesn't look just square so so i'm pretty close how big of a gap i guess you could say i don't know 7 8 oh man that's cool that's cool there [Music] man that's that's kick ass here man that's a lot better than that straight than that man these trucks 47 to 54 they had that weird that's the only thing i like just looked like the bed was an afterthought you know we need somebody attacking yeah right there somewhere right in here yeah yeah i think so [Music] so i sent shag and amanda out to look for a cab replacement for rob's truck and you think being in texas we'd have plenty of trucks to choose from but didn't find anything so we're just going to go bite the bullet buy a new cab but the long run's gonna save a lot of time somebody's gonna lose a kneecap huh watching fingers just set it where it goes yeah that's really close is it yeah one hit wonder man we're getting that set on i'm gonna get it lined up bolted down where i want it and then start picking away firewall gapping doors all that stuff that was the easiest cabin stall i think we've ever had man really the cab's pretty clean the only thing really we've got to do to do some kind of cool firewall so we got a plan here for our firewall so you can see we got it all lined out right here and one of the things with the 50s truck they all came with a straight six cylinder and so this blister in the firewall was only designed for a six cylinder which is straight and narrow we're putting a v8 in here we need it wider we need all the clearance ring and we got a big automatic transmission going in okay that's when we have to move the floor out cut some stuff out see our reference lines we're gonna cut it wrong here cut all this out most people think why in the hell would you cut this out it's brand new well it doesn't look cool it's not going to fit our motor anyway and once it's finished you'll understand [Music] as you can see i got the firewall cut out of the 50 truck so uh now i'm ready for the mock-up motor but the 250 tug on a cadet i think joe got the heavy in this is just a mock-up block so we can get everything we need we don't tear a nice new motor up i have the measurements i need i'm just gonna i'm not even gonna make a template i'm gonna go straight to the metal and cut it out you got your striper keyed up let me take a look at that there fellas that ain't straight across it yeah i think it's great we got trouble don't we that's straight boy and we'll be able to set it up there and actually trace to get it where we exactly want it if we just make an old nice little recess right about here most of the time joe kind of just once he gets it up there he it comes in his head and he sees it oh man that'll look sharp right there [Music] what we're gonna do okay since it beads then go we got to concentrate about this far out right here you know what i mean so what we have here is our firewall cut out all right so what we're going to do is pre-stretch on the on the planish and hammer hold it right there okay just like it and actually put a little stretch into the sheet metal they're hitting pretty good man we got all the everything drilled for the bucks we're going to use on here basically these bucks are going to use we're going to use these to uh run through the tooling on our polemax machine so basically everything will run on this kind of like a fence one of the things we like to do is use the 14 gauge on these firewalls because it's you know it's thick it's strong you got brakes hanging out there steering column you got a lot of stuff that's centering off this thing but we also want to make it look nice put these beads in there you can't do it with a bead roller so we got to do it with the pull max machine and actually the beads once you put them in there and go to the trouble it's going to make that piece of metal so much stronger than just a flat wobbly piece of metal and it just looks great and makes it twice as strong maybe he got it ready to go oh man you ready kato and at that point we can uh stick it in there hold it in there and start trimming everything getting exact fitment let's see i'm gonna butt it up here oh right there right there brother right there right there and nowhere else right there better move that bare finger here we go [Music] how's that looking kdub it's it's really close oh it is closed man it's kate i've got the firewall tacked in place on this 50 truck and looks great yeah i need to roll put a little bit too much roll right there man it's looking good you left plenty of room for that big automatic we got to put in now he's just got to finish the trans tunnel and the rest of the metalwork and then we can finish this front end i got my tunnel fitting pretty good i got a couple more tacks i need to put on it and then i can uh jump to these little pieces right here i gotta i gotta fill in these holes in the floor [Music] [Music] something happened something that's not cool i mean but that you know what they got to be because this needs to be about it just needs to go up in there that needs to go way back right now me and mike are getting ready to mock up the front end on this five window unless we did something wrong here and i mean that's pretty self-explanatory you can't it'll only go on one way sometimes they fit real i'm not gonna say real good but pretty close and sometimes they're like this the rear of it needs to go way in man that's some scheduled barricade something's goofy man look at the end of this frame the fender can't go back at all it's fender's as far back as it can go this front end on this truck is is fighting us so i've already got tired head man i just got a headache here so what katie i'm not gonna do we're gonna put the inner fender to the outer fender bolt them together try to locate where our holes are you know our case got to go under all right there we go is that anywhere close yeah these are close [Music] man that's about where it goes if you look at the height of those two holes yeah 20s in the end it all it all works out and it'll fit good but once we get all this dial in here we won't have to move it again you know we can go ahead and get our pipes done and everything mocked up under the hood and stuff [Music] what i have here is some old 56 chevy truck doors here that i'm going to do some painting on hey brandon in the house can you believe it oh you decided to work can you believe it yeah and actually what they're end up being is some giveaways they're gonna be wall art on this stand yeah that's for a charity for st jude at a car show cruising southern style 2020. i'm going to send these out to them they're going to auction them off hopefully raise some money for st jude cancer research i think on the design they told me to just do what i wanted you know the doors are in really rough shape which is kind of goes with the whole patina thing [Music] this is something that somebody would put in their uh you know somebody has some memorabilia in their garage you know stick it in there and hang it on the wall we're probably going to do the name of the car show which is cruising southern style some kind of an old style lettering the door is really rough shape so you know a lot of people like the old style lettering where it looks like it's been on there for a long time now i got a little shadow which makes it look like it's kind of floating above the surface you know i got a white highlight on here that gives it kind of a beveled three-dimensional look when you put it on top of this old paint finish you know it gives it that nostalgic kind of look it's you know it's kind of a cool thing having a hand-painted piece like this to take an old door like this and would should probably go to the junkyard you can turn it into something cool hopefully raise some money [Music] we got a motor oh man what you got nick oh man did we get it is that our lt4 man this is an lt4 well damn we're really excited today we got our motor coming in for this 50 chevy truck damn man that's a lot of motors that's a big old massive chunk of horsepower right there lt4 boys look at that it's got an lt4 with an 8l90 it's a gm performance connecting cruise it's like 670 horse how much about 670. advertised three sorry advertise 650 but afterwards oh yeah kw there's your motor you think it's gonna fit in your truck yep are you sure yeah are you sure you're sure that'll do it it doesn't have a choice it doesn't have a choice we're getting ready to put the lt4 in the 55 window we got this big old eight-speed automatic transmission going in so the 8l90s you know it's big it's it's got a lot of mass to it the oil pans oh you got to tilt the back end up i guess it's just a hair i'm pretty confident hopefully it fits down down now we're still hitting the firewall sway bar's hitting we're into the firewall and we're in the sway bar yeah we're hitting the pan we can't go back any further it's going to be the challenge i think getting it in there the back needs to go up yeah tail needs to go up i think with this kind of power and smooth power performance man it's going to be worth it there you go there you go we're clear man look at that all right all right come down down a little bit i'm off i'm off here oh look at there you go there man there you go that looks pretty sitting in there it does doesn't it i told you it's going to fit man you're right cato you wasn't that cocky about 30 minutes ago damn man [Music] chad i got a question for you i got questions what's the ls stand for ls i have no idea [Applause] there's not an answer for it but you guys don't even know man jen's one of those guys he's you know he takes a while to warm up you know he's very reserved but man you get him wound up he's a guy's funny he's got a killer sense of humor chad comes off as a little quiet but once you get to know him he is hilarious what's kicking me i was pretty shocked when i came in and i saw chad walking up and i had to do a double take on him and he was just a tall lanky mike z but chad he got me real good he had the hat the shirt the socks the tape on his arms he got me good he was cold-blooded i got the shorts i got the socks i got everything to do this costume so i just waited for the day and when it was halloween i figured i'd pull it out and let it rip that's chad z and mike z cold-blooded [Music] well i'm almost finished bolting up my radiator and i just looked down and there is no space in here i mean there is no space hey joe we got a problem okay don't say that we have a problem cato we just got no i know you didn't want any bad news first thing in the morning what's wrong with kirito uh look look right here put the radiator in and the air intake throttle body right that's just right up next to the radiator data my day was going so good man the motor has to go back oh go watch it pan we gotta make all of our clearances so we'll probably cut the motor mounts cut the firewall [Applause] [Music] and move it back and then put everything back together make sure we got the room [Music] all right mikey come on down mikey come on well hold on hold on we're getting awfully damn close to that firewall are we push back straight help anything yeah if we go back shout out there it goes there it is just go up a hair up yeah just literally yeah that's good we're off the mount now we can go down we go down a little bit all right slow down slow down slow down all right can we go back a little bit yep it just needs a shove that's what it needs see there we go man cross members lower right so we're good i think that's better i'm just like man that's about oh man look at that [Music] i got my template finished up for my piece on to finish up my center console i'm getting ready to cut it out and start fitting it [Music] oh man that's a fighter cadet oh man it's a fighter you need to hold it right there k-dub started working you know a few years ago here in the shop man he's really come a long way damn you got one shot i don't know if that's that might be a little too tight maybe put a tab right in there man put a gentle little hell yeah a little bit more get it right there let's try that man getting there that's cool man oh man that looking good tato what do you think man i think it's close you got good contact yeah all right here we go [Music] hey man up top i think i'll be sturdy yeah man it looks great yeah and those aren't even tired brother all right so man well here on our five window you ready to let it down kw we're gonna yank the motor out of this thing it seems like we've done this 20 times man because we have all right down some dj well there it is ow you need a jack yeah can we come out some yeah bill we're hitting the oil pan we're gonna go up hold on we're almost clear we can't go up anymore we need to go up with the front okay dave kind of see what i got this little spigot easy dj hold on man i see mike can you pull up on the balancer there we go can we come out now dj yeah good news and good news is good news we got the motor out and better news we didn't have to take it apart to do it so barely came out it barely came out which means it'll barely go back in but it will go back in [Music] oh look at that shiny goodness we got the seat frame for rob's 50 truck and we're going to take measurements for foam on this one we're going to cut a whole bunch of these strips glue them all together and that'll be the bottom cushion this will save a lot of time instead of trying to get one block of foam and trying to sand it down and you'll be standing for hours so we got all the patterns cut out we got about probably about 60 pieces that we got to sew together to complete this bench seat finally getting the covers put on [Music] got a big day today tommy's going to get the cab painted the cab the doors all of it's pretty much ready for paint this truck is rob's own personal color it's kind of an older color gm's had it around for a long time it's midnight blue whenever anything goes in a dark color you're always kind of worried about it because you know obviously dark colors show flaws i love the color i've had a bunch of trucks that color so in my personal opinion i dig it okay i gotta go back tomorrow how about you yeah hold on up back about two inches joe yeah let it down we're just gonna have to bring it forward just slowly being if this cab is just freshly painted you know you have to be careful not to scratch them it's gotta come forward just a hair right there whoa that's close right there oh man tell him joe that's tight i think tommy may go ahead and hang the doors on there that way we can go ahead and get the windows in it and get the wiring going through the doors and the jams and stuff what he'll bring let's push him in here well mike's over here and he's about to wrap this dash on this 50 truck the back wall is actually going to be completely wrapped as well it's not something you usually see on these trucks are usually painted color matched to the vehicle so when we go to the process of wrapping this dash we've got a big chunk of leather big rectangle we lay it all on the dash then we have to trim everything out and fit it and trim it and make it all fit perfect and tuck it into a little tiny crevice system so you don't see any edges of the leather how's it coming mike get in there man it looks really good it's time to get serious man serious time to get serious it's all business once you get on that end yeah now that we've got the cab on critical things they need are the inner fender wells fenders it just fell in place those will be next in line we'll get those on there and get them lined up and they can start mounting all that so that feels a lot better on the the 50 truck we got the front fenders on the next step is to get this grille on these grill pieces get super close to the head so we have to be pretty pretty careful see i'm gonna pull the fender out is what you want this truck's like a big old puzzle man there we go guys have been thrashing on this truck we got all the body panels painted got everything ready to go got the front clip on got the motor in i'm definitely excited about this motor it's it's been tricky getting it in there and getting everything to fit comfortably and i mean you know it's a it's an lt4 it's gonna make big power right out of the box and i cannot wait to hear this uh firing a hole or what you just firing the whole damn contact dead battery don't jinx it tommy sounds weird dj's got that look man tommy you jinxed it dude it keeps like freaking shutting everything down i'm cranking it it's either kicking the starter off or it's freaking acting like it's locked starter's locked dj's got the serious look everything's good right now damn lot better that'll bring a smile to your face quick [Music] dude that thing sounded kick ass man i think i gotta go like a new vet you ought to man i'm telling you yeah what do you think i like it i'm ready to finish yep we got all this shininess with those mock-up wheels and i can't take it no more i'm gonna do just like joe would do let's put a wheel on here look at everyday it looks damn good [Music] here on our 50 project today we've got a few things already done but today we're going to try to get the bed on get the wood in it get some doors on it and maybe some fenders on later [Music] now we've got the bed and stuff on like we need it and everything's going well it's off to the hood it's so close i know brother all right you got in here cause i'm gonna have to it's close but yeah all right they always line up and mock up for some reason when you get paint on they don't want to cooperate drop it down mike [Music] yeah now that we got the hood on everything's looking good everybody's all smiles we're almost ready to roll it outside [Music] we've got all the guys been thrashing on this thing we're really excited to see this thing out the looking he's too cold exactly like a new vet it's kind of the reward for us we get it outside see how low it sits see it you know how the body panels react and the light and everything damn give us a ramp come on look at it man it's all about different outside yeah yeah it turned out badass dude yeah dang it looks good this 50 truck i actually assigned to k-dub come on man well joe he's a man of three words and he's just a sponge and so i thought this truck would be a perfect canvas for him see what he can do cato this is your baby here dude i mean this is uh we just turned you loose on it yeah what do you think i love it one two three five words that's pretty good the first vehicle joe's kind of just kind of said here build it so so that's kind of the first one i got to be a part of a whole lot of the build so that was really cool yeah you know cadet he he probably did 90 of the work on his truck as far as the fab and goes just to see him progress over the last two years you know everybody's super proud of him and he should be proud of himself for what he's done i mean god forbid we send him over there with tommy he made a man out of him almost didn't make it he was soft when i got him one but that color looks good with that chrome oh yeah it does it looks really good tommy put i don't know how he got this paint job done it's the blue that rob likes the owner of the truck it looks great you know the wooden bed looks great with the color so with the interior ben brown everything works on this truck now that i got to see it like step back and see it it looks really awesome i'm really happy with the way it turned out everybody came together finished it really fast so i'm really happy with it it's got the middle yep damn man you never get tired of looking at that kind of horsepower right out of the box man that's i'm sure you can't beat it [Laughter] up it just fell right in there it fell right in there yeah i just put it in that was it my favorite part was probably making that lt4 fit in there there's not very much room in that engine base so that that was a fun challenge i just man the tuck on the firewall it's almost angular just like the engine you know dj fire this thing up again man [Music] you don't have to ask if it's supercharged it's moving up quick don't it yeah it does that engine sounds awesome in there that thing will get you in trouble real quick and then this interior man mike and aaron i mean a leather dash dude come on leather dash leather headliner leather everything this truck looks gorgeous it's a really pretty color blue the interior looks great in it the wheels look sharp on it i mean the motor sounds amazing it's a killer truck yep i think rob's gonna dig it man i mean that's pure americana right there it sure is oh wow this truck oh my gosh is it ready to drive you wanna go for a ride yes well let's go sounds good [Music] my god these seeds are comfortable they are aren't they geez yeah that he cooked a great complimentary leather too to this blue [Music] this thing's got some giddy up and go huh you got loads of power this thing's gonna be gnarly we put an lt4 in this kill t4 man connect and cruise instead of wired up and fire it up connection yeah more like connect and burn out and what is this motor capable of about 680 but if you change the pulling do some tuning you can be 720 to the wheels [Music] now i'm spoiled i want to put one in every car well that's not stopping you babe nothing nothing that's good to know this thing rides great didn't it oh my gosh it feels very um stable stable is a great word i do love the split front window i do too just got a classic look to it yeah i think rob's gonna dig it i think so too hey man i'm running the camera joe you gotta tell me what you're doing i think i know i need my glasses on man am i recording hey joe i think i like doing this say bye chad i'm gonna go walk around the shop adios who's next i don't know baby pick somebody where are you next all right all right [Music] there ain't gonna be nothing left for my dogs nick on when i get home blue you always want to play man she's seen at lunchtime i agree with
