Something I really love about this scene is Iroh's response to Sokka: "What do you think it is?", as he says it with a sly smile.

Iroh knows Sokka is both smart and wise enough to figure it out, and he does right there and then. When Sokka is done, he just smiles. He doesn't need to add anything.
