Insta 360 one x2 beginner tips

hey guys today we're taking a look at the insta360 one x [Music] [Applause] [Music] two [Music] this is basically a 360 camera for around 420 ish dollars probably the most exciting camera you can buy in 2021 and i want to share today why first off if you're interested in 360 stuff i hit the like button i'm currently very excited about it because this is a very creative tool for content creators right now so now let's talk about some tips so you get better footage with your insta 360. first off everything should be a meter away because then the lens is the sharpest and it's not too far away after like a meter and a half or whatever or like three feet so i shaved and i had spicy noodles just in case this is now an arm length two meters three meters not really usable and this is now head height the second part is a chest height that will give you the best angle because everything closer to the lens will be bigger but if it's chest high your your head and your feet will have the right proportions or somewhere in the middle you could also go a little bit lower i would not recommend putting it on the floor because then your feet are way closer to the camera than your head and you will get a really weird effect after you zoom in also another tip don't shoot in a clutter place basically have uh empty surrounding places in the middle have one highlight next to you what you want to focus on or have a nice pattern because that will look really great on those tiny planet shots tip number four don't zoom in too much so like i already said this has 5.7 k sounds good but on paper if you zoom a little bit in that's okay if you zoom out you get more detail and that's what you kind of want zoom a little bit out or a little bit in or do all the way zoom out so you have the most quality but that will give you a very weird effect but in the end it's also really usable and really detailed but i go the middle route i would say tip number five avoid low light at all costs this is an action cam made for the daytime it's usable in dark environments but yeah i would not really like the footage i like i said don't really use that low light use it midday or before gold or at golden hour don't do after also place the camera onto your sides not in front of you because then you don't really see what is behind you so if you have it on to the side ish like a 45 degree angle you should be fine you get the front you get the back you get a little bit of everything where if you place it in front of you you maybe block something what is happening behind you so keep that in mind tip number seven is what i'm doing right now don't do it because handhold footage will look really weird specifically if you don't have the um tripod on it or the the selfie stick tip number eight use this camera as much as you can try all the features so you get a good understanding of it so tip number nine don't overuse it just because you have a 360 camera don't put it everywhere because like the quality is not that great but it's really creative so you want to sprinkle those clips once in a while in there so it just adds to your footage and the creativeness instead of just like being like oh this is now your creative thing everything is 360. if you have more tips please comment down below because i'm new to 360 photos and videos but i really enjoy it right now and i'm very curious about like doing a vlog with it or trying different other things and yeah trying to do some more cinematic stuff with it but like i said i don't want to overuse it so i just sprinkle it in once in a while on my instagram feed so follow that so if you like that content please hit the like button and don't forget to check out my mugs create before consume will support the channel a lot and yeah i hope you have a blessed 2021
