Hi, Vogue, I'm Vittoria Ceretti
and this is In the Bag. I have something, it's perhaps
the most amusing thing in my bag, and I don't think
I've left the house without some in my bag
at all times in the past year. Fizzy sweets. If I have jetlag, I am tired, I am working in the afternoon, I have changed my outfit
for the 15th time, it's the 15th time
that I have changed my makeup, they give me a bit of release. They inject a bit of life into me. I think it's probably
all the sugar in them, but I'm a grown-up child
so they're essential for me. There's no way I'll give you any. You're looking at me... Just in case. What I always carry
in the inner pocket of my handbag is this Japanese lucky charm that one of my best friends
gave me five or six years ago, I think. I always have it on me. And I must say that up until now,
it has brought me enough luck. I would tell you
what it symbolises exactly, but I would have to ask her, so... Where's my phone? Darling, do you remember
the lucky charm you brought back for me from Japan
five or six years ago? What does it symbolise exactly?
Are we sure it's a lucky charm? I'll let you know. Hopefully. Obviously, I don't go out
without my purse which apart from holding
all my cards, it holds something
very close to my heart, a picture of Matteo and me
on our wedding day. It's always with me. Matteo and I got married
on 1 June 2020 in Ibiza. It was a very small
and intimate wedding, there were only... It was just after lockdown so our family and friends
couldn't travel, which on the one hand
is obviously a shame, but on the other hand,
it was very intimate and we enjoyed it very much. It was very romantic. Six dice. It's for a dice game called 10,000 which my Argentinian colleagues
have taught me. Ever since they have taught me,
I always carry them on me because it's such an easy game,
it can be played with anyone, from two up to 10 players. And all you need is six dice,
a piece of paper and a pen. That's it. I will show you something else. It isn't a strange object, but what is strange is... I will show you, it's easier. So... One pair of headphones... two pairs... And to finish, as always,
they're obviously tangled up, three pairs
because obviously each pair serves a particular purpose. These are for phone calls. These are if I want to fall asleep listening to music
rather than watching a film so I don't risk losing them. And this is my latest purchase
from a week ago. I could no longer live without them. If I want to completely cut myself off
from the rest of the world, they are perfect. There we go. It's as if I were now
alone in the room. No one's here,
I cannot hear anything. Something else I always carry on me is my passport. We never know with our work if we might have to leave
at the last minute. As you can see,
it's been used a lot. There are many stamps,
many old visas. My last trip was yesterday. I came home from Brazil, and after tomorrow,
I go back to New York, so... It remains in the bag. The next item in my bag,
which is essential when I travel, is my iPad. I think it only contains
downloaded films and TV shows ready for the next trip. Right now, I love TV shows. I prefer them over films, but there isn't one right now
that I'm currently watching. So if you have any advice,
it would be much appreciated. I also always carry a book on me. I'm currently reading this one. I always try to read
when I'm flying, before I go to sleep, rather than... There you go,
there's a boarding pass inside. There are actually two in here.
This one is stuck. But I have a problem with books. I love reading,
I always try to read, but I can never remember
the name of books. So every time somebody asks me
what I'm currently reading, I panic. I don't know why. This is a good book, I recommend it. The Untethered Soul. It's good. Very good. I underline everything,
I sometimes write on the sides. I could not read without a pen,
that's the best thing about reading. I sometimes write my own poetry
in the book it reminds me of poetry I read,
so I sometimes go back to read it. So... Here we go. This is my little camera. I use it with my friends
when I am backstage at work, I enjoy taking more intimate photos. It's... I think this camera
belonged to my mother when I was 12 years old. So the photos come out a little badly done on purpose
which I really like. And... I like to take pictures
with my friends, of my friends. I hate when my friends try to take my picture with it
if I am on my own. I'd rather have group pictures,
but not on my own, that's work. It's cute. Nothing special. No matter if you are somewhere hot
or in the mountains, these are essential. I think that all the bags
in my cupboard have a different pair
of sunglasses in them. I change them every day. They're always black. Black frame, black lenses. Very, very dark. Thank you, Voguee.
