INSIDE MY $25,900,000 DREAM MIAMI BEACH MANSION WITH 4 LEVELS!

I'm at this $26 million home here in Miami this is only one of 12 on the [Music] [Music] ocean there are only 12 ocean front homes in all of Miami Beach and this is the only one for sale I'll delmare which translates to above the sea was named after the turtle law that all homes have a setback and are built very high up which makes the views that you get from this home exceptional and it helps garage inside so so that's where my car is another two cars in there and then this is your awesome private entrance through here and the cool thing is is that this actually opens up and you can pull your cars in here too so if you want to have a couple cars outside some in the garage and some under this like carport you have that right there another interesting feature is that if you're hosting a party and you want guests to go straight up to the second floor where your kitchen is the main floor really you can just have them go up the stairs here and then as we walk down making our way I'm sure you can hear it water features every everywhere you got a fountain over here some fountains over there and just all this beautiful landscaping that just brings together that feeling of luxury and tropical new word invented and so we're going to step inside I'm going to swing open this huge door I'm going to take you in your dream home in Miami Beach only one of 12 only one for sale you're the only one hop inside so walking in greatest thing ever is that while you walk in you can see the fountain again so it just kind of brings indoor outdoor feel and then on my left you're going to have the first feature you're going to have your office so in here obviously it can be used as a bedroom because of the size but there's a few awesome things about this room not only do you get a door that can slide open so you can see your fountain and you have the kind of that indoor outdoor feel and that naturesque Vibe you also have a full bathroom on one side over there and so as we make our way back into the Hall this is going to be the stairwell taking us up to and we go to the first main floor you have your elevator right here so you get a choice you know do I want to take this seemingly commercial grade elevator that you would see like a doctor's office or do I want to take my staircase with the glass stairs I don't know that's only for you to decide as we make our way further into the property we're almost at the part where the kitchen and the living room come together we have one more guest bedroom on my left this one's pretty sweet and the view is amazing looking out into the backyard straight access to your outdoor dining and Summer's kitchen which we'll get to in a minute but now it's time to head into the probably one of the first entertaining spaces that you can have for your guests so picture this you come home you know nice beautiful sunny day like today and your guests are surrounding you everyone's in Beach wear because once you step put in Miami you don't change out of your swimsuit and bikini you're just living it and you just have this awesome open Style Kitchen they're sitting there they're like Jason what's taking so long I'm like all right give me a sec I'm getting the drinks ready you know it's like can't you feel it it's amazing and so while you're in here prepping your cooler you're just looking out under your pool all of your privacy that's a huge thing you're living on the ocean and you have two walls of Hedges leading down to the end so you get a yard you get privacy you get space that's pretty much all you can ask for a cool feature about this house too is that you actually have a dumb waiter right here you click the button food tray comes down put the food in and it sends it up to the first second and third floor it's pretty cool and so you're going to have your fridge and freezer build in right over here perfect size for a house like this Subzero of course one of the best brands bra you can get flush behind the Cabinetry and then on my right we're going to have laundry number one there's two laundry rooms I believe in this house this is the first one on the first floor so you just throw your swim clothes in there and then we're going to have one more bathroom over there it actually doubles as the command a bathroom they can access this straight from outside so no one has to come in and get your beautiful home all wet you know really nice and let's transition a little bit to the TV room now places to Lounge hang out I love the openness of this room as I mentioned a few times you got the bar stools TV on the wall but really when you're sitting in here the main thing you're going to want to do is just come on over crack this door open slide these down and you can just open up both sides of this and have access straight to the outside to be honest with you I'm living here I don't think you can get me to close these doors you can't pay me to close these doors it's not going to happen and easy for me to just step out and walk around and out here it's Paradise to keep it nice and simple I I I can't describe it another way one of my favorite featur you have outdoor dining and while you're sitting here the reflection of your pool the sound of the ocean the smell of the ocean I I literally feel like I'm on the beach right now cuz technically I am and when it's time to grill up the bass the sea bass my bad that you just caught 5 seconds ago you throw in this Grill and check it out they even Incorporated dining into the bar so if you have a huge party too many people from one side you could throw some extras on here have a quick drink have a burger unbelievable and another just like key feature especially for someone like me who doesn't like to be in the sun 24/7 part of the pool is shaded under here under this covered part and then the rest of it is out in the open so you really get the best of both worlds do you want to just hang out here or if you don't have a sunburn go out into the open and enjoy your life you know and so as we step out a little bit further look at how much seating we have out here this is perfect you know if you have a house like this you're going to have a lot of get togethers a lot of gatherings and this is the best place to do it and I want you to notice while we're walking through look how much privacy we have as we're coming down few places to Lounge few places to lay down and relax takes us to our sun shelf where you can just hang out in the shallower end and then an awesome hot tub jacuzzi and look at this no one around to bother you nice and quiet and private if you're a celebrity if you're an athlete I mean no one knows you live here you know and then looking back on the house is just absolutely incredible there's so much more to see and there's so many layers to this house it's like a triple chocolate cake you know you you think you have one layer and then you realize there's like moose in the middle you're like oh my God it's like this house but let's head back inside I'm going to head up the stairs I want to show you the now the main floor the main entertaining space the Main Kitchen you haven't even seen it follow me and here we are the main floor behind me we're going to have a few things Guest House you know extra rooms whatever but for now I want to show you the most important part of this floor first so as we walk down this is where your elevator would take you up to if you decided to take it on my left we have a guest room it's got tons of space got the on suite and you have a half bath right here so very convenient if you if you're entertaining on this floor then when we walk in to the main space this is where it truly turns up a notch your view is of the ocean I can see straight out into the water I don't see any neighbors on my left I don't see any neighbors on my right which is what you want when you pay this much money for a home we're going to start on my left with the living room and look at this all the space in the world to entertain kick back relax have a formal event have a casual experience with your friends and then check this out behind me we've got an expansive wine room temperature controlled ready to go ready to drink and a wet bar over here super convenient your guests are thrilled they're like this guy's killing it how do I get on his level simple work hard then so we got your dining room over here elongated table again kissing that view they're having affair right now let's not interrupt it's ridiculous it's actually amazing and then of course we have your Gourmet Chef's Kitchen look at this it's got two dishwashers huge wolf gas stove vent above the dumb waiter is actually right over here so if you want to send a meal up or down you do that right over here and then I want to show you cuz you know downstairs I said oh like you you have the perfect fridge for this house how about another one where did DJ khed a a resident of Miami another one we to Best you know what I mean ridiculous huge Subzero frig and freezer and then down over here we're going to have your pantry and again you know you're a beachgoer you're here on vacation you're living here fulltime you got the space to do it it wraps around the back over here amazing and then there's one more feature that I haven't even talked about which is the Terrace of this floor it's just got some breathtaking views my breath has been toen taken okay and out here look at this you seeing this Eric almost cussed that's how nice this is I can see the ocean I could smell the ocean I can see the pool just awesome I mean how else I know I'm a real estate agent I'm supposed to know the terms but let's just be real it's just awesome this is like when you work really hard you're like how good could life get this is how good life could get living on the ocean in Miami Beach one of 12 houses only one for sale we the best music so let's head back into side I'm going to head down this hallway and show you now the guest house before we head up to the third floor not the final floor the third floor so during the intro I had mentioned if you were just entertaining you wanted people to come straight up here not downstairs that's really for the guests or residents they have access to come up those steps come right up over here or you can have them take the elevator if you don't take the stairs but the option is there which I really like so this could be technically your front door how cool is that and then so down over here another guest bedroom it has an on suite and it has a Terrace looking over the front but when we come through this door right here straight ahead of me we have this walkway we have a guest house got the bedroom bathroom there's even a staff room on the right and just right over here this Courtyard is so nice and cool you got bamboo everywhere you can see your front entrance it's crazy but let's head now head up to the third floor technically the second floor and then take a look at the main Suite the whole floor for the main Suite get ready for that follow me up on the third indoor second floor of this home right behind me we actually have access to a private Terrace this is like the main suite's Terrace for the front on my left we're going to have access to the rooftop that's the final floor but for now we're going to take a look at the bedroom this is where your elevator would take you up so if you came home late at night you just want go straight up to your room you have the option as we step in this is where it really gets down to business you walk in Boom the ocean caressing you to sleep at night and it's just something that dreams are made of you know that ocean smell that ocean view the ocean sound you hop in a bed Pelicans fly by you're living a life of luxury about to sell this on a podcast as a relaxation tape you know what I mean it's insane it's absolutely insane and you have a wet bar your dumb waiter comes up to here if you're like Reginald send me up a plate of food me and the MS are hungry boom up the dumb waiter comes right into your room and so my right we'll start with his or hers and you step in unbelievable Windows everywhere oh my God Eric look at this view the ocean while you take a shower let you know what how many how often would I get to experience this let me just try oh Lord have mercy taking a shower the ocean the only person invading your privacy is the occas Pelican let them do it they were here first you know and as we walk a little bit further down we're going to have your sink and check this out builtin TV in the mirror you're watching getting ready and then you pop up cuz you're probably Mark Zuckerberg if you live here like oh look I look good on CNN today whatever get ready boom walk-in closet fit for a king or queen don't judge Perfect Space then we'll head to the second side just down over here again oh so I now know which one's his or hers this is definitely hers look at the size of this huge walk-in closet wraps around places to hang dresses and bags and yeah fair enough let her have it she's your queen if you're here by yourself then it's yours it's all yours and as you walk down further the other side had an amazing view from the walk-in shower this has a walk-in shower and soaking tub amazing view it really I mean there are no words we don't have you don't have that in New York you probably have it in California but it was live there let's be honest Florida is just where it's at vanity single sync magnificent and we're still not done I want to now show you the View From the Terrace of the suite and out here magnificent like all this Terrace space both sides places to Lounge incredible view of the ocean your yard the breeze I feel like I'm on tropical vacation right now and the funny thing is I'm only four minutes away from ball Harbor shops this is this is the life you know let's head back in let's go upstairs I'm going to show you the rooftop Terrace that is the piece that resistance this house so we just left the main Suite we're now going to head outside take a look at the rooftop Terrace wow are you kidding me Eric is this a joke who else is showing you South Florida like this nobody and if they are then out here so much space to entertain lay back have a drink eat sit under the umbrella oh my Lord and look at the color of the water today absolutely incredible this was a magnificent property it's one of a kind this is actually where we started the tour this is where we're ending the tour I could see Sunny aisles in the distance I could see see the city of Miami in the distance this is the cream of the crop you know it really and truly does not get more lavish and elegant than this so on that note
