Inside Alex Bregman's Spring Training Locker (LOCKER TOUR!) | MLB Spring Training Ep. 8

what's up guys Alex Bregman here at West Palm Beach Florida at our spring training facility I wanted to give you guys a tour inside my spring training Locker check it out we start from the ground up first we got our shower shoes these are a necessity and spring training you got to have them there's 50 dudes in this locker room you can't be walking around barefoot in the shower next we'll go up to the on-field trainers right here there's a pretty badass I like them got some running shoes warm up the treadmill some gym shoes as well these are probably some of my favorite shoes I've had to workout in so far come up to our spring training cleats little gold nono for allowed to wear the gold during the season but we'll test that we'll test that one out make our way up here I've got my batting gloves and gloves easton easton does my gloves and batting gloves i love them i got to design them got the a b2 on there on the inside of the glove inside of the batter's will they do if they do a tremendous job these are probably some of my favorite gloves I like the all-white ones as well but yeah I've just been I've been using these for the first two weeks while we started off camp we uh my locker isn't the prettiest as you can see got a arm sleeve laying around always wear always wear the arm sleeve on the right arm little wrist tape on the left this is the glove I used at the beginning of the year last year I like it it's a little bit of a stiffer version this one is more game ready already I've been using this one in camp it'll it's ready to play in the game right now it's the one I use during the playoffs last year [Music] in here we got some in here we got some insoles for our feet haven't tried them yet but I'm about to tomorrow see if they make it feel better got some cool shirts and stuff that we sent yeah it's in it here are some bats that I've been using this is the same model in both different two different companies marici and Chandler these are the bats I've been swinging as well as my Easton bat as well so trying them all out seeing which one I like the best and we'll go from there for this year see which one I swing here this is this is an important part of the locker we got the headband station right here three different ones that we use to workout in before before camp I wore these on the field during actual practice I'd get yelled at we're not allowed to do that spring training hat go well Florida palm tree right there y'all comment ghosts rose in the comments and I'll send you this one here we got the here we got the little shower shower loop after you shower you throw your clothes on here send it in and they get a wash so back on this loop and put it back in your locker next right here we got our sliding shorts these are a necessity and spring training gets super hot here in West Palm Beach we got some longer ones here with three quarters now we're moving into our sweat pants deserve what I wear for the morning meeting every day show up to the field eat breakfast in these ones we got some we got some new shorts this year these are pretty sweet same shorts as last year here we got this as you as you all know I never wear this so I got horrible tan lines but I'm going to try to start using it moving on into our under our undershirts here we got two different ones little orange and blue long sleeves but the Astros one right here this is the one we wear under our Jersey during the games another one these are all the 2018 edition here's this little sweatshirt probably my favorite sweatshirt I got actually it's badass here our home pants we wear these for practice when we're playing a home game that day we're playing on the road we're wearing grey for the whole day of practice I got short ones and long ones I'm not sure which ones I'm going to wear this year y'all let me know what you think pants up looks better pants down looks better put it in the comments I'm gonna check it out here are BP tops this year I got a hood on them this year I don't know we might have to try that out he's pretty sweet maestro's did a good job on those here's our spring training uniforms get two of them because it gets pretty sweaty down here pretty hot we you wear one for practice and then changing the one for the game up here up here we move into the sunglasses pair of sunglasses it gets pretty bright out here during spring training so we tend to rock some shades can't wait to try these ones out got some different color headbands up here I actually need to add this one to the to the collection got some wristbands funniest comment today we'll get one of these so yeah we got some more wristbands a bunch of arm sleeves I try and wear mostly blue I don't think we're allowed to wear white during the games I think it's a MLB rule up here these are these are the extra bats I never usually use a black bat but when spring training starts out I usually break a lot of my bats off guys like Lance McCullers you threw who throw dirty two seamers that run in so I got stock of bats up here just in case I break them here's the helmet not fully done yet I'm gonna get the facemask put on it this year make sure you don't get hit in the face but yeah this one doesn't fit anywhere and then we got Powerade always drink powdery thanks for checking out my locker guys stay tuned subscribe like leave some
