stepping out of the perhaps larger gathering in the kitchen dining area we've got light from three sides these fantastic views coming in here to read relax we can also close this room off from the entry hall here with these doors which recess back into the walls or three panels will come out and close the space off we've also got access to the outside where we can sit breathe in the salt air nice little access from the living space let's go now from the living room to the entry gallery and take a look at some of the elements there all right here we are in the entry gallery this is a great flexible space we've got light coming in from all sides gallery insert here this beautiful rolled steel architectural element in front of us here we've got a transition for guests as they come from the outdoor elements over here we've got the powder room which has got a beautiful stone basin that sits just in front of a fantastic view to the south it's a real peaceful spot [Music] here we are in the primary suite this is one of my favorite places on this entire property we start to get a sense for it as we travel down either on the footpath or on the tram and we see the views of the mountains completely serene so peaceful and luxurious it's really like taking a bath outside we've got a wood rolled steel steam shower it's just a beautiful beautiful spot now that we've spent some time in the main house let's talk about some of these other beautiful structures we've got the studio just steps from the main house here it's a nice one room workspace or yoga space with its ensuite bathroom great views out to the water and then we've got the carriage house with living spaces the bedroom bathroom and its own kitchen we've got the tree house up here which is a one bedroom with its own kitchen bathroom beautiful deck i'd love to show you the treehouse from in the tram we see the olympic mountains bainbridge island a beautiful beautiful waterway and these beautiful grounds trees award-winning gardens water features rocks it's really an enchanting spot this is just an amazing spot up here in the tree canopy with 270 degree views of water here the tree house has been used as a writer's studio a separate residence for family members and as an office it's just a beautiful and peaceful spot that only gets better when you walk outside to this deck we get the true treehouse experience with bird sounds the sound of waves hitting the shoreline we get the smell of salt water just a great spot for casual entertaining [Music] here we are in the bedroom at the tree house just a great peaceful spot we see these fantastic views through the trees and it reminds me that this is one of my favorite spots on the property i could easily wake up go to sleep here spend all my days
