how's it going everybody this is Mike Mr tiny Timmons and I'm back again with a all new episode of single section Sunday we're on Sundays I showcase a particular single section home that we have available right here at Recreational Resort cottages and this Sunday I'm bringing to you the Bellmont [Music] [Applause] [Music] I am back again with a all new episode of single section Sunday and yes I am back with another TW bedroom one bath and this model is brand new fresh off the press and goes by the name of the Bell mines if you're currently in the market for a two-bedroom onebom just over 800 square feet then this may be the model for you this home is coming in at 16 feet wide 62 feet long and that's including the 8ot front porch and it's on sale today for 110k 110,000 you'll get everything you see today besides furniture and decor and starting here on the exterior what makes us world renowned here at Recreational Resort Cottages is the curb appeal that we add on all of our Cottages with that said you're going to see on the exterior of this home that it features an elemental base it has a net white trim around your doors and windows as well as your porch post it's topped off with a gavon metal roof and then composite gray TX decking so that is going to be a great feature but that's not all there is that Cur pill is going to be added with the vaulted ceiling that you'll see in this home as well as the abundance of Windows and picture windows that we have featured going down the side of the home so that right there pairs together perfectly for the allnew Belmont for you to enjoy and please follow me up on onto the porch where you'll see here on this 8ft exterior front porch as soon as you come up you'll see that we have two exterior can lights it is already pre-wired and BRAC for a ceiling fan you'll see also that we featured basically maintenance free on the exterior of this home because the exterior porch also features the black metal railing going around the porch also we have an exterior electrical outlet on the front porch and then a window here to bring bring in natural light your exterior sighting on this model is in a board and bat James Hardy finish so that gives you all the warranty that you come to know and love we also have the coach light right here beside the exterior door now follow me in to the home as we go past the 36 inch blinds and glass front door where you'll see that this home is going to offer an abundance of interior natural lighting and the pizzazz that you love and enjoy here at Recreational Resort Cottages what makes the Belmont so special soon as you enter the home what you come to love is the fact that we add the large space here in our midsize Cottages like the Belmont you'll see that we have the triple windows down below and those are picture windows and then we have the transoms tripled up top so that way you have all the natural lighting and it gives you a chance to capture all the best views of your property no matter where you place the home and with that said you see that you can accommodate fullsize Furniture in this model as well you see here that we have a large sectional in this home and you can do a variety of furniture placements and area rugs in this living space you'll see also that we have the black Duffy ceiling fan as well as the wood beam that is stained in a gray stained finish that pairs lovely and gives that more more that rustic feel to the home while keeping it very contemporary at the same time you'll see here on the living room front wall that we're going to have that window there bringing in some natural light we've also left a good amount of space here with our half inch sheetrock going throughout the home might I add but right here with that sheetrock we left an open space that you could place your Decor choice of your preference and with that said you get an interior shot right here of the 36 inch blinds and glass front door and again like I've shown you this can all be controlled right here so you can let in a little light or you can raise it up and let in a lot so whatever you choose to do this blinds and glass front door is very flexible and then directly across from this main living room wall we have the entertainment center wall where we are featuring a 65 in entertainment center here for you you see that we have the open face Cubbies down below that allows you to place the decor of your liking it is already pre-wired and prepped for a TV behind this art piece here so you can simply place your TV of choice right here and we've even place the three transoms a little higher than uh usual so that way it gives you adequate space to accommodate the TV of your preference again this is a 65 in top so that right there shows you at least 65 inches of space right there that you have to work with if you were to uh place it simply on the entertainment center top or you can of course mount it on the wall as well what makes the Belmont so special and we always again I say all the time we listen to our clients so we take some of the uh constructive criticism or even the positive feedback that we received on past models and Implement that to Future models such as the Bellmont and with that said that's going to speak to the open flow from the living room into the kitchen with the island centered where you have not only the cabinet space on one side that you have for storage but we also have the open cubby there as well that offers versatility for you to utilize in many ways and then also you'll see here that we have the Midtown concrete countertop going throughout this home what I love about that particular color palette is the fact that it is going to pair very neutral Hues of color that complement this Texas oak flooring that you'll see running throughout the entire home there's no carpet in this model so that pairs great with that it pairs great with the Nantucket white interior painted walls also same goes for the interior cabinets of this model being in Nantucket white that all works great and no matter what Decor color you choose to go with in this home we chose uh to add some hints of blue blue throughout and you see it complements this Midtown concrete so lovely also speaking with this island you're going to have plenty of seating space Not only does it kind of add a little separation from the living room to the kitchen but you have seating space here on one side that again you can accommodate some stools like we've done so here and have a designated seating area also get a great look of those pendants that are all new in this Belmont model that you'll see there those two pendants that hang perfectly down upon this large island here in the kitchen and then with that said speaking of large we have a large 72 inch sliding glass door with blinds and glass so the same features that I showed you on the front door you can utilize here on this sliding glass door and that gives you a variety of purposes in the future so that way if you want to add a small deck or some custom steps or even wrap around the porch from the front porch down here to the side you've got the space already ready for you to do so simply do that and what I love about it too is the fact that it's double use or multi-use is the fact that you have natural lighting that is able to come in but also of course an exterior door so you can use that as as your convenience also we have the little niche here with this half wall um this partition wall here adds a little bit of separation from the living room to the kitchen or dining room as some call it of course I've had some clients simply uh place a small be stro table or drop leaf table here and only have the access to go in and out of the actual side of the sliding glass door that functions so that's something to keep in mind speaking of functionality let's take it over here to the builtin hutch here in the Belmont you see that we're going all the way you see that we've got four drawers down below four cabinets we've got four additional cabinets up top we've continued with the Midtown concrete countertop we've paired that with the gray petal backsplash with white grout again ladies and gentlemen this gives you plenty of space for all of you drinking Your Greens in the morning or blending up your shake or can't get your day started without that cup of joe you got a plenty of space right here to do so so that gives you place there for that also you see that we finish out the top of our Cabinetry so that way you can uh use that for decor of your choice Also let's look at the builtin right here that built-in microwave uh that's conveniently located in height so no matter what your height we've got it done right for you and then right here up above again keep in mind we've got hidden hinges going throughout all of our Cabinetry and then we even have that down below speaking of Cabinetry down below we even have additional Cabinetry here on the alternate side you'll see here that we have this for you also and then follow me around to the front of the island and you'll see that we have a triple drawer setup these are for your pots and pans that you can put in here those pull out for you to use at your convenience we have another cabinet door here another drawer up top uh for all of your utensils and then directly across this is where you're going to have more of the straight line kitchen layout where you're going to have your triple drawers right here to the right of the sink again we have your two Basin stainless sink we kept it super traditional here uh with this sink style of course if you wanted to go to the farm sink uh you're more than welcome to do to do that also we kept the gray pedal backsplash we've even you know little details ladies and gentlemen you have the Dual uh Outlets here uh the the four prong Outlets but also we have the USB built in there for you also so that gives you plenty of uh purposes there and then as we come on down we see that we have the dishwasher in there for you those of you that don't like to do the dishes you like to throw them in there we've got that put in for you or even for those of you uh little OCD that you wash them by hand but also want to throw them in the dishwasher just to hit it again we've got that in there for you also now we'll get a look at the smooth top oven in stainless steel it's got the black top there very easy again this is electric you can convert to gas sh you want to do that we have the Chrome ventor Hood up top top uh because this will be sold to the first person that reaches out and says Mr T I want the Belmont we already we kept the protective plastic going around this ven hood here so again it looks white here on camera but that peels off that's just a protective film and it will be stainless uh as it's intended to be and it's got that glass top here also then as we follow on down you'll see here that we have the side by side refrigerator with ice in the door again fullsize appliances throughout and keep in mind this your first time watching the channel any appliances you see in the model you will get included in the price so all this is included for you we have the additional Cabinetry up top and then as we come on down yes yes yes for those of you working from home or like to do a little homework hey I'm going to school I'm going back to school when to finish out my degree go on buddy Mr T's trying to help you out I'll put a a desk in here for you as well you see that we have uh cabinets on each side down below we've got the space for you to roll in your computer chair of choice uh then we have again that Midtown concrete countertop uh we also have Cabinetry on each side here the small Cubbies for your books and then we put a transom window in there so that way you can still feel when you're you know pedal to the metal driven getting your work done you can still feel like you can connect to the outside world Mr T threw in that transm for you so that way hey you can still work and play at the same time now when you want to rest your head keep in mind this is a two-bedroom so I'll take you to the first bedroom here it's going to be the guest room here where you have a small window right here we added a black Duppy ceiling fan here Centered for you and I listen to you guys you said Mr T on one of my previous videos you said Mr T I rather than put some cabin in bedroom to can we get a full closet I listen to you we took care of that but before we do so you see that we got a good wall here for TV placement and I listen to you regarding that closet we have a pocket door here that slides open and you'll see we do have a full closet here with the Shelf up top and the rod down below and you know just because I say so real wood ladies and gentlemen we got the real wood in there for you as well you know just because it's in the guest room we got to do it right for you can't give you none of that food gazy snazy but follow me on down and you'll see here behind door number one what's that you're going to have additional space whether this is for your coat closet whatever you want to use it for me personally I would use it for items such as my brooms swiffers anything like that have that designated area that you can tuck that in out of sight out out of mind now keep following me on down you said Mr T I love when you give me side by side washer and dryers in the Cottages well keep loving me baby because right here I'm giving you the best of both worlds you got these side by side area right here for your washer and dryer you've got the additional cabinets up top you've got the connecting rod in the middle so that way you can hang on some of your clothing items as needed also behind this beautiful n Tucket white cabinet door you have your electrical panel box in here again these homes are going to be prepped with 200 amps of electric service a lot of you guys want to know that some of you don't even think to ask but Mr T is providing the information 200 amps of service to work this home and for it to be habitable for you and everyone to enjoy so as we come into the primary bedroom you'll see right here yes yes yes this is where you will be laying your head in the Bellmont you'll see that you have plenty of space to accommodate any size bed that you choose up to a California king you have enough space for everything in between right here in the Bellmont right up top you'll see that we have another black Duffy ceiling fan for you to use you'll see on one side we have dual windows for you to of course bring in the natural light and then speaking a duel look at these dual barn doors that we have for your primary closet you see right here that we roll them right open and yes you got a big closet in here it goes both ways and we got the Shelf here right down below and yes it keeps going let me go down here as well you see I'm telling you and behind me is where your water heater is going to be placed it is electric and again you will have a 40 gallon standard electric water heater in this home uh you can convert and upgrade shall you want to do that so we'll close these right back again let's keep it rolling you got the primary bedroom let's find your on Suite bathroom follow me in and you'll see here as we come in that you're going to have the vanity here you got three drawers down below you have the cabinet there again you're going to have the W uh the mirror here that's going to be trimmed in the gray stained Southern yellow pine so that is a great option for you also you're going to have the four light vanity up top above the bathroom vanity as well so that's a new fixture that we've chosen to add here in the Belmont and again let me know how you like the four light vanity also look at the linen above the toilet you'll see that we've got a small space right here for you to put some additional Goods you you put some extra toilet paper toilet tissue in there for you too if you want wanted to do that also right here behind me you'll see that we kept it going kept it grooving with the gray petal tile here in your shower again you're going to have a 60inch tile shower here gray petal with white grout we have the built-in Niche for you right here for again all your soaps and shampoos we even have your dishes right here in the corner so again you have additional space for your soaps and shampoo and again you see how much height that you have in this shower to use and again just because I did I had to throw in something extra rather than have dead space so I given you a sixo pantry here you can call it a six door linen call it whatever you want just make sure you calling me when it's time to purchase your new home because guys I'm trying to listen to you listen to your wants and needs and all of your desires and put in a home right here such as the Bellmont so guys this two bedroom onebro home right over 800 ft can't be beat when it comes to a midsize Cottage and as we make our way back through you'll see how this opens up tremendously back here to the main area this main living area works great well you see how the kitchen is so large and again it feels so open people forget that this home is only around 800 square ft to total because we again we Vault the ceilings we add in the natural light we make the floor plan functional for you to enjoy for years to come so rather than going to that apartment or going to that townhouse guys
