hello everyone welcome back to Crown geek in this video I will be explaining that how to increase vram or dedicated video memory on Windows 10 or Windows 11. I already created a video on this topic before but many people commented that this method was not working for them anymore so now if I go on my computer right now and if I make a right click on the Windows icon and open settings and I click on system and when I go to Advanced display setting at the bottom and then click on this display adapter so you can see my dedicated video memory right now is around 512 MB so I just want to increase it as you may have the problem with your gaming or for other kind of applications I found the best way to increase the video RAM graphics on your Windows 10 and 11 through the BIOS well what you will have to do you just need to find out the BIOS key for your motherboard so you can look into Google and find out like for Asus it can be F10 F9 or the delete key or gigabyte it can be F2 or the Escape key so whichever key it is find it out then shut down your computer and as soon as it gets shut down you just need to keep tapping on that bios key and the BIOS will now be coming up now I'm using the Asus it can be different on your end in the Asus at the right hand corner you will find the advanced options click on Advanced options and now here from the top menu option click on advanced and as soon as you click on Advanced here you will find an option of Uma frame buffer size alright so this can be different on your end it can be by vram or video graphics so just need to find out these options so basically it's mostly in the advanced section so you just have to spend some time here and make sure that you find this option and once you get it on the right of it it might be selected to Auto or 512 MB so you need to scroll down to the very bottom and depending how much you want like on my end around 8 gigabyte is available so I will go only with 4 gigabyte so I will select it and then you need to click on exit and then click save changes and reset and now if I go back and restart my PC and again if I go to my settings and then on system and when I scroll down and click on Advanced display settings then a display adapter you can see now the video dedicated video memory has been now increased to 4096 so that is around 4 gigabyte all right so this is the best way that is really working only the thing is that you will have to find out that option of increasing the video RAM Graphics if you spend some time here then definitely you will be having the result and you can quickly increase it so that's all guys hopefully this video will surely help you and if yes do not forget to like And subscribe for any question let me know the comment section
