[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] all right well this is a video that I've wanted to make for a very very very very long time and yeah the title was correct this one's not clickbait either just like the other one I am divorced I'm officially divorced and man it was was rough hey guys have been through it you know it was rough in that first video where I announced it and I had no idea I had no idea of what what I was in for you know had no reason to if Tom never been through one and you know they're all different every divorce is different but a lot of them are very bad and mom was no exception could have been worse definitely could have been worse have heard of worse divorces then when I went through for sure but mine was definitely up there you know it yeah I can't paint obviously like I talked about in the other video yeah I've seen that I'm getting a divorce video when I'm playing the same guitar in front of my sandbags which I would have done that again except my studio it was like a wreck right now this is town where I've been playing guitar lately and I'm gonna get into some that sub to like you know Mason mostly in this video I want to kind of talk about you know what's kind of been you know what had happened a little bit right I could get into details was about to say there my reference to the other videos a lot of information I'm trying to pack in this video and not make it too long so I'm going to talk about that a little bit of course on the front end and kind of like what I went through and and how dealt with it and everything how it affected and has affected the content that itself that they haven't made I kind of like you know what I expect to do in the future now that you know a free man again and then I'm gonna send me guys always asking questions on my guitars and stuff like that so I'm gonna talk about that a little bit at the very end so I'm divorced you know I can't say it enough it's it's nice it's a great feeling you know unfortunately you know where I have a sum of you know I have a two girl almost two year old son and you know that obviously is a big part of what made it very very difficult you know among many other things that part of it you know it's still parts of it up in the air or whatever and you know that whenever be done really totally and so he's 18 even possibly you know the rest of my life you know because on this other person of course that I you know share a a human being with so we're going to be totally done but as far as being like legally bound to another person you know financially and all that kind of stuff you know that's it's nice that's done I'm divorced you know a free man I'll probably say this a lot during the video just in case you you know kind of forgot what happened you know but so that's nice it's a good feeling you know it was very very difficult again I can't get into the specifics of it for a few different reasons one you know I'm not trying to create more trouble for myself of course you know it's just know there's nothing good would come out of it right if I got to details about the course just know that it was bad but we'll talk about is kind of like you know going through the process to I feel like maybe it's going to be some inside too you a few things you know we're going through a difficult time or well if you're thinking about getting married for example I'm definitely about to be one of those guys that tells you do not get married and if you do get married you better do a prenup and if you do a prenup it better be a good one you better hire a good lawyer make sure it's done the right way because even those can be defeated but in general just probably just don't even get married talk to a few people have been through a bad divorce and they will possibly convince you of that as well that was something I wish I wish I had talked to more people that had gone through a rough divorce and I probably wouldn't have gotten married I was kind of squeamish about it in the first place it didn't feel like me but you know at the time I thought that it was just because I don't know I was kind of like scared or I felt lane to get married or whatever you know and it's like I just got to grow up and be an adult you know and do it and I'll tell you I've got I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and made some good choices and some battle is just like everybody but a lot of the mistakes that I've made are things that could have been very easily avoidable if I just trusted my instincts more there's been so many situations where I've screwed things up for lost out on a bunch of money or whatever and it was like I knew it was the wrong thing to do but for some reason I did it anyways you know what I mean you guys had that before so this has definitely taught me to trust my instincts a lot more because there were definitely red flags of course there always are it's easy and hindsight to notice those of course but it's important to look back and to learn you know cuz I'm only 30 years old I got a lot of life to live so I need the bad thing that happens I want to take it as a learning experience to hopefully not make a similar mistake again but it's a very difficult situation to go through where you're sort of like you know caught up in the legal system and judges have a lot of power you know they don't necessarily realize that in the you know involved in some kind of situation when it's a lawsuit or or just if you're not married just a custody battle or you know anything like that you know it's scary situation to be in very expensive lawyers and all that kind of stuff and it's you know it's very stressful you know and you have to find ways of managing that stress and a in a healthy way you know for me it was playing guitar and getting back into doing stand-up I love the air just kicked on trying to keep it real with you guys and I'm gonna stop tapes gonna turn up there we go meant to turn it off with a video but as you can tell I forgot seen gotta find ways to positive ways to you know kind of get out here energy and everything like that so first of all this happened it was you know was a first I was excited about this new territory that was good going through my life as you know a free man again right but didn't realize how rough the road was gonna be to getting there and this again I didn't know how bad divorces get you know you know that was even possible in my situation and but then when all that started happening and everything at first it was just so much information to process that I couldn't even take it all at once and I think this is where depression comes from I think when people get really depressed it's because they have too much stuff long times negative you know to process and instead of you know picking out certain pieces of it we're just going in and allowing themselves to not have an answer that you know they let it just weigh them down and there's like overwhelmed by you know I think that's where a lot of depression can come from and one of the ways that I sort of combated that was at first you know so much information the process like I was saying really all I could do was like eat food eat good food watch movie so I heard a lot of fun takeout watched a lot of movies and I anyway I did with that didn't put pressure on myself where normally if I was doing that feel like I'm being such a you know such a lazy person like I need to get up and do things and get things done whatever but I knew then I was going through a lot so I didn't put that pressure on myself to not do that right so if I felt like I didn't want to have to do anything or I have to think about anything too hard the homes order some food watch a movie and just kind of veg out you know and I wouldn't feel shame about it because I knew I needed to do that in that situation just so I could take a break from everything that's going on and that kind of helped me to happily we'll have a mental break and then to be able to kind of tackle some of those issues you know the best side that's I could you know and then I got to a point where I didn't feel like that was really do it for me more because I was eventually after three months starting to kind of feel like well this is you know get stuck in a rut or something and I'm doing this so then I started playing a lot of guitar and I played guitar through the whole thing of course even before all this happened but then I started doing more of that more active things you know instead of you know just sitting on couch watching TV I started going out and doing stand-up again because for most of 2017 I didn't really do much stand-up you know I was kind of because you know the little kid at home never try to invest in that mr. could and what wasn't just going out every night like I had been it but if person when this happened I did start to stand up again after like a few months then I was like alright time to get out there and start doing that again and that's been great so like guitar and stand-up I've been really huge for me kind of like you know deal with all this stuff mentally not getting down on myself and I feel like I'm still working on something you know and all that kind of stuff now making youtube videos now of course on the you know just do it through all this doing all the stuff I normally do with Hickok 45 and filming and you know it's setting everything up and getting all that stuff together but as farmers like on the ant Son channel we've noticed they're like I warned you their initial video that there wasn't gonna be a lot of content maybe there's going to be very sporadic and all that kind of stuff and that's kind of how it went because other than my you know my number one priority was making maintaining my duties with Hickok 25 right because that's you know that's that's my main thrust you know in life right now as far as you know professionally right but other than that I just made sure that I just did within reason obviously whatever I felt like doing you know if I felt like playing guitar all day then that's what I would do if I felt like watching a movie you know I'm actually kind of grew out of that but like I was I felt like doing that that's what I did I felt like or a bunch of pizza that's what I did I just did what I felt like I needed to do at the time it wasn't destruct just destructive data and a lot of times making videos wasn't didn't I don't know it was it didn't didn't really fit you know the way I was feeling and everything I just it was hard for me to get my mind into that that type of place you know where I enjoy making videos basically I made some here in there you know it was just hard to focus on that stuff and of course now that divorce you know you know putting this stuff behind me and now I'm starting to you know the lights are starting to turn on again I'm wonders to start doing more videos I've had several ideas they were kind of on the back burner and things that I have developed you know during that time that I'm gonna be starting to kind of put to put to work I guess here and then in the near future so you'll be seeing some more stuff and I'll be getting back to my little self and making videos and doing all that kind of stuff but just know that during that time I've blocked him about you know 10 months there when I was going through all this you know making any extra type videos was not exactly something that was like really big my list of priorities you know the podcast basically you know banished the few episodes I still have this one episode that did with this youtuber the Liberty doll or whatever I feel so bad because I didn't ever put it out and she was so great it was a great podcast the the I remember I said her name but the Liberty doll on YouTube she's kind of like a libertarian youtuber and does a lot of political stuff or whatever and she's so great but just I don't I was just going through the lot of stuff and just didn't feel like messing with a because it was like an issue with the audio to have all this kind of stuff but I will eventually put that out and I will figure out something with the podcast that it can kind of keep going or whatever you know now I'm kind of now that I'm divorced so I'm gonna say it like 30 times there this video I'm gonna like start kind of organizing everything and looking at everything like okay what am I doing here you know and all that kind of stuff and start putting all that stuff together so I'm putting my life back together you know in general but I'm kind of talking all over the place I realized but in general though like you know back to what I was saying earlier if you're going through something it's very difficult you know like I'm not an authority on depression no no what the you know some people just are depressed maybe nothing that they can do about I don't know but I know at least for me you know I've gone through there's a bit there was another time in my life where I didn't kind of get it sort of depressed or whatever and I was able to fight through that and power through it which happened it happened right before you know they got 45 stuff happen and it you know and so I kind of I kind of know how to beat it sort of I guess to a certain extent I've said that that really helped going through this you know I knew what to do I knew it's like it feels like a bad situation right now but a temporary you know and you just have to learn to let go of things that's a big part of the - they're there sometimes you can get really upset about things that you're losing in a situation and sometimes you have to learn to let go of those things you know and some of the big things you lose going through divorces your privacy your reputation right because you know the character assassination is a huge part of the book I mean look up you know any any bad divorce and that's a huge part of this right and you have to accept that it doesn't matter what people think of you and and you have to accept that your privacy while is as nice as just a luxury at the end of day as long as you're being who you believe is the best version of yourself and no one's perfect we're all just kind of you know shooting from the hip and aiming towards something like that but as long as you are sure about who you are what you want to do what you're truly trying to be then you've got nothing to worry about at the end of the day you can't control what other people do you can't control what other people think about you they've got their own agendas and their own ideologies and all that stuff that's different from yours and there's really nothing you can do about it at the end of the day they're just they're just itchin you know and you forget that sometimes you don't get caught up in a situation like that you've got this nice little you know security blanket of your life and everything is going well and then you know it's the fan and all of a sudden you're doing all this stuff and it's like you have to be reminded of that you know and I think that's important that's one reason I think you know I've been trying to find a lot of silver linings of course which is another way to try to stay positive when you're going through something difficult and one of the big silver linings for me in this situation is it's definitely reminded me of things that I already already knew and taught me some things that are really going to help me in my life going forward and make me just a better or a stronger person you know because I mean the odds are I'm only 30 years old odds are I'll be going through something that's more difficult you know in my life you know you never know you know you always kind of assume that maybe the hardest thing you're gonna go through in your life is still in front of you you know so it's always good to pick up those lessons when you can but you know I'm not a philosopher I'm not trying to be one of those you know people on Instagram that as soon as they get the slightest bit of success they think they're like a guru on how you should live your life or whatever but I understand for me what's helped me is just coming to terms of the fact that you know be comfortable Who I am not that you have to divulge every private thing about yourself but just be comfortable about who you are you sure about yourself and ultimately just you know don't care like truck be cool and nice to people and it's good to have friends but just don't don't care what people think about you because it doesn't matter you know they've got a whole they're an entirely different universe and you you know you're your own your own self and the other day you know that's all you have to answer to I don't mean that in a selfish way I just mean as far as like you know your perception of the boy you are and and what kind of person you are and all that kind of stuff so anyway that's my you know whatever advice for the davidic enough but that stuff that really helped me kind of get through this whole thing and I am positive about about the future because I'm divorced it's all deal to go save again it feels pretty damn good and it definitely does so you know there's that you know how it gets us really much else I want to get into about that probably gonna be in trouble if I talk too much about it just Coty's it was rough again don't don't get married on a whim I mean it's really like I gotta be careful about this too because I obviously I'm kind of jaded and biased right now when it comes to the topic of marriage you know but there's definitely some things worth looking into about it with an open mind if you're thinking that direction and I'll just leave it at that I'll do what I did it you know and get sucked in I think it sucked into the vortex okay so the fun of things to talk about the more fun things the future so touched on it a little bit I got some projects coming up though I'm gonna do they're kind of you know separate of you know the main car 45 stuff so we made notice I've been in the Hickok 45 videos more often you know some people like it some people don't like it you know there's the thing that I'll with the whole time going through this there's kind of a I don't know what the right where it would be but kind of a misconception is probably the best way to go and I'm gonna say prejudice has a little different connotation but the misconception that people have about you know the relationship that I had with my dad and kicked off 45 because the fact that we're father and son and typically a father and son business as a business that has you have been you know handout the generations it's been in the family for a long time you know you just train the kids to do it you know or it's a business that the dad started and they brought the son later or whatever so people kind of have that connotation about it even though it's YouTube and used to do comedy you know his existence two-seven-five like a couple of years before we started people kind of have that sense you know so they see me showing up in the videos there's like who the hell is this guy what does he think he's owed you know and you know they don't understand that like we've started this whole thing together you know and you know we don't like we try to keep a linen mccard any kind of aspect of of it you know we don't like talking a big way about whose idea was what or whatever but you know we both had a lot of you know big ideas of course that have really made you know the channel what it is and everything it's just that I've never had the interest of being in front of the camera you know but as time goes goes on you know I've explained this a bunch of times I'm good too in a big way but but Tommy's going on I thought that you know we're gonna keep doing this for decades and decades maybe you know it'd be good for me to kind of you know get comfortable with being in front of cameras why start of the ants on channel in the podcast and it's why you're seeing me in the top 25 video it's because well of course I don't know as much about guns as my dad does don't shoot as well as him you know but I've had a lot of guns in my hand especially since we've been doing this project and before then I grew up too but she was three years old a lot of experience with the guns not a tactical guy not a history nerd but you know definitely you know some things that I you know that can offer so anyway that's kind of that's kind of the deal with that but they'll do more than that of course and trying to really focus on that do a good job because it's an incredible amount of pressure because a lot of people like like why don't you guys watching this video you already knew most of that stuff there's a lot of people who come rolling in to the you know the main channel videos and I don't know anything about how to start or who I am but whatever there's like it was this guy you know so it's a lot of pressure and a lot to you know a lot to live up to and everything so I'm trying to try and do the best I can but it's definitely a difficult difficult task but I'll get better at it over time so this down and then the end zone channel I'm still kind of figuring out exactly what I want to do with it but I'm closing in on that I'm gonna be doing some other things that are kind of like separate from guns I like some music stuff for sure but kind of lightly obviously I I just recently got into guitar like real crazy so I'm not gonna try to pretend to be a guitar expert just cuz I like it you know I want to do some stuff just because it's fun but then I've got another another channel idea that's gonna be different but also familiar at the same time so I'm gonna be working on it's kind of going to be one of my next big projects or whatever so I'm not going to talk about that too much because I'm gonna I'm gonna do a few of them before I even tell you guys about that way when I tell you about it and announce it you'll have like an idea of exactly what it is it won't just be like one bit you know or whatever so that thing could be pretty cool if I do it right so got some new stuff planned you know I'm ready to get back to my life coach guess what I'm divorced all right I'm a single man again I'm free I can't can't use the same no I can't mean I can get used to it about me I can't stop saying it does excited but it's really cool this is definitely there's different types of divorces and this is not the one where you're not happy about being single this is not one of those so don't feel bad for me about being single coz I'm excited about that so this is the end of that I'm going to get some things planned or whatever there will be more videos and stuff and I got some like I also wanted to do I've got to you know have this old car it's a 1969 Buick Skylark I'm gonna do some stuff with that any other kind of move just have some fun days and different things you know that's kind of the point of this other channel but it was too different I'll probably put it on another channel you know got that John Hancock channel I don't think I put anything over there go while but I'll probably use that some more you know some different things like that because I have more you know more time for that kind of stuff so I'm really excited about that again to rehab before I get into talking about the guitars and selling so would it was rough you know it's been ten ten months you know since really it started you know there's a was a crazy time it was like insanely eye-opening and you know then just bizarre and a lot of ways it's like really bizarre but you know I don't I don't regret it god I'm so glad that happened now I'm not later down the road you know and it wasn't for doing to give someone the shoutout I'm not going to say who the of course but you know there is someone and they know they are that I have to think immensely can I mean just a ridiculous amount of appreciation for this person because she kind of made all this possible it wouldn't have happened you know oh dammit now say I wasn't going to say what her gender was now you know it's a girls and now you're thinking all kinds of things so now I have to explain something I'm not going to edit this video I'm determined to not edit it so I'm just gonna this is live this is real there's me in the flesh so basically how and I kind of explained it on a podcast and without getting into the details in a nutshell how all this came about was the simplified version of it you know my interest in being married was kind of hanging on by a thread more so than I even realized and then I met someone didn't nothing happened literally that's I met them talked to them that was it all of it was talk to them and it kind of made me realize like I can't do this anymore and the only regret that I have really is kind of like you know I should have presented the situation better probably you know but it's great that it happened because it needed to happen and I'm gonna be so much happier for it so anyways I just want to say I appreciate that person because I would still be unknowingly at a situation that was making me unhappy you know and it would happen there's nothing about the merits the longer you are married if you get a divorce like the worse it is you know so at least I was only married for like three years or so something like that so again good men works always can be but it was a difficult thing to go through even though news be good for me down the road and it will but it's just I'm telling you don't get married don't do it if you're gonna do it at least at least get a prenup and make sure it's a good one and you know if the person that you're married isn't cool good then I think you shouldn't be cooler than the same you know I know that marriage is like a different thing for some people they saw them different ideologies or whatever they're not trying to step on that I'm just saying from a practical standpoint there are some things you know they need to be careful of if we couldn't get help in one of those situations so I'm gonna say probably already said too much anyways it was difficult in a nutshell but yeah I'm getting back to my old self gonna be making videos picked up a little a few tricks along the way and you know gonna can I keep things rolling you keep you don't keep hacking away this whole life thing you know it's like I don't know what it is but we're gonna keep doing it yeah Mazz well for now okay so that's all that's all I'm gonna say about that oh yeah one more thing I want to say it's like on the other video I'm a there's a bunch of people who came in or not a bunch I mean it's always you go to stat roles it's always like a small amount even notice them more can't really help but you know they were like no I wouldn't care about this stuff don't watch the video you know like I just I just do stuff like I don't I don't make videos necessarily thinking a lot of all that everyone will like this I mean you know it helps me to talk about this stuff and it's not like I make these videos all the time and help you know we'll be going through a divorce again I don't think if I if I if I go through the divorce again you all have the right to come to my house and punch me into it if I could if I could go through another divorce again maybe we'll see we'll see we get there but uh-oh video wise if you don't like care about neither stuff that I'm saying this we do this there's no much you know if you don't like it man I didn't make it for you problems it's pretty simple guitars I'm gonna talk about guitars okay so as you can see I've got a bunch of guitars this was like one of my big things that like I said they kind of helped me get through the whole the whole situation you know and also to one thing I want to talk about this video was kind of some of the music that helped kind of get me through to because that sort of get roles into this you know I was just starting to get into Pantera right before all this happened now I wasn't just started getting to it I mean I was I've been into Pantera for a long time my camera just shut off but luckily I think I caught it like right away but you know my camera was like oh you're not gonna edit this video well too bad you're gonna have to know okay so like I was saying I was just getting into Pantera like a huge way right before all this happen I'd always been into them for a long for a pretty good while ever since I got into metal but like a lot of people I only knew about like their popular stuff you know I'd like one a Greatest Hits albums you know so I knew a few of their songs and a lot of the stuff from their their first it's not my first album that's the first their first like official album you know the record they're Cowboys from Hell and knew all that stuff whatever you have that record that that CD you know a long time ago but I hadn't really delved into their stuff in a big way until like right before all this happened so I was becoming this a huge Pantera fan and they really helped them to get me through this stuff oh my god like that the album far beyond driven is one of those things that I don't care what you're going through like you listen to that thing on 11 from start to finish you'll feel better you just will I mean it's a powerful album and it was like one of the event only things that I felt like matched the level of like how I felt you know and then same can be said for a lot of it albums there I was like so the trick pill and and even their last time weird name this deal which I'll talk about this guitar in just a minute so Pantera was huge for element get through that stuff and I kind of got really hardcore into them again the same way I discovered a lot of other music was through like the autoplay on YouTube but if you guys do that but I like to put on a song I'm just gonna let it run and I discover stuff that way a lot of cool stuff like the band down for example that was a band that I discovered through that and that's down was created by Phil Anselmo which is the lead singer from Pantera I believe he created it and then he's like a prominent guy and then the bass player Rex Brown is in there too for a little while and this guitar is actually tuned to tune down no pun intended to the tune they used on her first album it's called NOLA at least that song variant smoke burn me and smoke is assumed you know you can hear the [Music] indefinitely here you know that tune on their on their records which this guitar used to be in C but now it's in like to drop B's what they use there's a couple of different versions of drop B from I understand butts that I picked the same one that they use and I love this guitar this thing is a monster this is God talking all over the place well but we quickly tell you a story about this guitar and I'll get back to the music and then we'll talk about then we'll talk about these other guitars there we go structure it's important all right so this guitar is a guitar that I bought just because it was kind of like a why not because of the I have another Explorer just like this I keep it tuned the standard and it was the first like nice like guitar without God when I was getting back into guitar a couple years ago there it may be like three years now and I really liked it it was a special run that Gibson did this is before I knew about what it all happened Billy Gibson and everything but luckily these guitars are pretty cookin pretty nice I like them if I could but I bought that guitar loved it and it was a special run that they only did in 2016 and the big reason I fell in love with it was because he reminded me of the 1984 Explorer Italica fans out there which is what James Hetfield is famous for because it was his was white and then didn't have the pickguard you know and of course there was a couple little differences between this and that other than the obvious one but that was what attracted me this guitars ago it's a Gibson great now I gotta edit something else out all right this is not going well what was I saying oh yeah we're attracted me to it was because it didn't have the pickguard and and I had this natural you know finish or whatever so it's kind of like it was like a head feel tor is its own thing at the same time and I knew they were only doing that special run of them so I was like you know there's this guitars for me and now I saw another one for sale it's what was this one it was like a lot cheaper for some reason so I snagged it up just to have to them because I didn't know if I'd ever do find them again you know they they do casually come up for sale but make sure they'll be probably collectible but I don't care I play you know I broke them up especially this one so when all that happened with you know the divorce and everything I was okay I a lot of the guitars that had that time they were suddenly in you know other places let's say right not in the house but this one was the guitar that I you know was like the least sentimental to me because I literally just got in it you know so who cares oh my god just keep this around some of the banging on you know something to play and I played the hell out of this guitar I mean there's only one I had I played it so much and that's why I used it in at an initial video game under the only one that I had I'm in the house at that time I don't know may have like one other one or something but like after that video and that initial getting into horse video I putted that hell out of this thing I mean I just beat the hell out of it and played it a lot I know and I've gotten around like this guitar more than the other one you know because it actually is more special to me now because I played it so much during that time and I loved it i got like i said tuned down to drop beads like tune down this is a great guitar this is one of my go-to guitars i played this one a fair amount i mean it's it's even starting to you know get some i wear on it and everything so it's really cool this is a special Betar this guitar and this 1982 dean in LA USA original is these are my two kind of go to guitars and that was this periodically too but these two especially goto guitars so I'm gonna put this up grab another one actually Tony boy so as far as other bands that really helped me get through you know except Pantera down listened to a lot of down and as other fan telekinetic Yeti which is a newer band I discovered they're like kind of a doom metal band and they use like 7-string guitars and a lot of like really low tunings and stuff like that but it's really soulful I like metal that has a lot of soul I don't I don't like that speed metal stuff you know what I mean where it's just two mathematical they do have some problem at level two analytical you know I need that feel and that's why I like Pantera so much and the dam down has a lot of that voi they were really good about that - telekinetic Yeti is they got so heavy and had so much soul and it's great check the Delian one album so far but telekinetic took them out they're amazing you know so they were they were you - those are the big bands that I was listening to throughout this whole thing was Pantera lots and lots and lots of Pantera and down and telekinetic Yeti in a kind of green rekindled my love for Blackwood society also was - a lot of that stuff during that time recently I've been getting to the band death actually they're really they're really cool they got some cool stuff okay chin curtain so this is my USA Dean this is a new this is a new dean now this blue number here is old 1982 is an original and this one is one that was made recently of course the strap that one Cuthbert it knows it's on video there we go and this one I have tuned two steps down I guess it you a call C standard something like that [Music] [Applause] [Music] nothing I might be a little bit but illness and about this one click on our show you so this one has two bins in like C standard or whatever you call there's a couple of different tools for that so it's not like drop see we make those fun again actually make regular cords like you would in and just regular standard [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] but love this guitar it's really smooth playing I mean these USA means it's heavy it's a real heavy guitar but it's got the v-neck and just really smooth Custom Shop and guitar these days when Gibson's going downhill so much you know if you're gonna get a nice custom chocolate are you probably want to get a Gibson you know Sabine is a cool cool option they still got tons of others of course but I like this guitar lock and of course it's the Pantera fans out there this is basically Dean's version of the famous Washburn time slime you know a guitar or whatever and the USA Washburn's are like really hard to find there because they're super bared I threw up and have one over here it's going to have but at least these they still make them you can get up and they play very very similar to the original Washburn guitars I'm not gonna get into the history lesson about Pantera these guitars kind of want to show them to briefly oh and I'll say this diamond plate over here [Music] [Music] well that's how and this is the last one of promises well I just want to talk about I'm gonna make some other videos talking about guitars and stuff like that I got like this video is going to be you know super long whatever it is what it is but I want to show you this one at least this is one of my more recent acquisitions and it's a very very special guitar but after that promise I'll be done okay so this is and USA Washburn it's called the list of the model name is like dp3 st something like that so it's a stellar design it's one of the stealth guitars and it's not a play style and if you watch some of the later Pantera stuff and some of their live shows from like 2000 2001 you'll see this guitar and also with damageplan he played something like this now this one exactly is this exact configuration it's not one that he ever actually played onstage but it's very close so in very minor differences and it's a real USA though it's a room USA but basically with this guitar is because there was a few different versions of this guitar and you can notice it by the heads knocks on the early ones and this is another one based on my understanding this is an early one they actually had this like plastic I think yeah the plastic Washburn you know they might they're like screwed all right but a lot of the ones we've seen Diamondback play it has the Washburn logo all night rustboro it's got this like wall truss rod Sam it's got this kind of like long truss rod right here that's got Washburn on it and that's part of the one you've seen the most but if you look up a live recording of the revolution is my name on that reinventing the steel tour you'll notice that he's playing one of these and if you can see it the headstock looks just like this except it has ribbon reinventing the steel inlays on it so that would be the closest thing to this guitar and just this one doesn't have the analyze but he had some with no inlays that had the you know the truss rod version of the Washburn logo and then he had one with damage planned and you know had damage spine on or whatever but they only made a few of these so it's a pretty rare guitar and I couldn't believe it when I found and found one it was available so I just have to go for it you know this is one that I won't play all the time because it's probably the most collectible guitar but it looks awesome and it does play really good [Music] it's got copy unique sound to it you can you can actually come here you got here this thing up this deal whatever it's pretty cool pretty cool guitar I'm saying grab the grab the landing part of the case when I brought it up here book does have a whammy bar of course and the knobs have been changed but of that I mean it's a real deal USA diamond plate from Washburn which they don't make anymore you know so it's a pretty cool guitar oh well that's have to be neck of course you know just like all the us's but sweet guitar anyways this video got way longer than it should have been a lot of people won't watch it because of that but i don't know i just i wanted to kind of talk about some of this stuff and i didn't wanted to make this real and genuine I didn't want to make it and thing you know I want to make the video just like real life you know so it is what it is but I really appreciate you guys for hanging with me and your patience you know we kind of go through all this and not been keeping up with content and over here on the ants on channel like I have that promise you there's stuff coming for real and you know excited to pl say one more time decided to be divorced I'm a free man at last and I will not be subjecting myself to something like that again I can guarantee you that but it's you know mostly over and ready to move on them do some cool stuff stay positive and I appreciate all of you guys again and you know get more into the guitar stuff and some other videos and different things I'll tell you guys how to find that you know won't leave you hanging on that for sure but again I appreciate you guys can't say that enough and I'll talk to you later of course I'm gonna play a little bit at the end of video got to do that [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
