hello everyone welcome again in js and rs solution youtube channel hope you are doing fine today's video is very crucial who wants to perform study uh using multiple criteria decision making methods in this video i have shown how to perform analytic hierarchy process that is called asp techniques for delineation of groundwater potential joining and using uh gsm remote sensing techniques as well i have used an asp automatic excel sheet where you just have to put the criteria and it will automatically generate weighted score and then just input their score in the arcmap uh and you don't have to calculate manually weighted score for each criteria this technique you can use for any risk assessment study like flood risk landslide or earthquake risk or any kind of environmental or disaster risk aspen study i have divided this video into two parts as these will be long in the first part i will show you how to set criteria and prepare these variables and reclassify them in argus in the second part i will show you how to perform final asp process for identification of groundwater potential joining uh however though this video will be long uh but uh it will help you a lot that i must say so here is my study area uh boundary and this is the name file if you don't know how to download uh dem file uh don't worry i will uh give the link of how to download uh damn file in the description box of this video so first i will perform drainage density so for doing that go to specialized tools then hydrology and then first click on fill them as input raster so fill has completed then follow direction then click ok after follow direction follow accumulation okay full accumulation has done and then uh go to conditional and then condition so input conditional raster as follow accumulation then input to raster or constant value set as dem and then expression value then greater than 500 then click ok ok and then stream order input stream raster as conditional flag emulation that i have done and then and put follow direction raster as follow direction and then click ok so stream order has done then stream to feature then input stream raster stream order as input stream restart then input follow direction raster as per direction then click okay and you will get a stream to feature uh go to properties then symbology and then categories and value field uh grid code then add all values you can see here grid coat then line density from density then input polyline features stream to uh stream feature as a librarian density the environment processing extent set as same as layer study area and then raster analysis mask data will be your start area boundary then click ok okay you can see here our radius density has done now i will reclassify them so from reglass line density as input raster and then classify classes 5 i want to uh five classes so click ok so you can see here i have reclassified as five plus i'm renaming it drainage density so our first variables are density has done so i don't need this file so i will delete this file so you can see our data's density map you can see here uh the coordinate system atm 46 zone and for dam uh it is uh the wgs 984 so you need to uh six wall coordinate system in the same it will be better if you do this from the initial projects projection uh system for all file uh have to be same anyway now i will create alignment density so for that i will create some four hillshade maps this value will be three on five for uh 45 then okay so i'm going to rename it 315 and to 245 and then again creating another hillshade map and for this time i will keep 250 and then okay and then again i'll create another hillshade oh before that i'm renaming it 200 to 50. and again uh he'll set damn and this time i will keep this 160 and renaming it hundred to sixty uh i will create another hillset so input raster as damn then ajimoth 90 and altitude 50 then okay i'm renaming it 90 to 50. oh uh for lightning density you have to uh create a polyline shape file so for that i'm going to create a shapefile so file name linemen and then feature type will be polyline and your coordinate system will be the same for this file as well 46 then okay okay now create feature so editor then start editing alignment and then okay now i will uh create a different line which is visible in the hillshade map first i'll create for our first hillside map 315 to 45 [Music] and then i'll create for 250 hillshade map and then for 100 to 60 and then for 1950 map and after that go to our toolbox and then specialize tools line density alignment as input feature i mean line feature and then environments then processing extent uh extent will be same as the study area boundary and then raster analysis your cell size as a landlord cover map and their mask will be study area boundary cell size position system for all the maps should be same so you can see our light density map has been done from symbiology i just i will keep five classes and we'll change the color you can set this color as per your preference then okay uh i will reclassify input raster as line density as i already classified as five classes so just click ok so you can see here is our our reclassified lineup and density map i'm renaming it as lineman density go to properties for changing the color i'm going to keep it this color so i don't need this file i will just uh remove this file so online density linumen density and drainage density map has been done now i will create slope map from surface click on slope and dem as input raster then click ok uh our slope map has been done now i will reclassify this map so slope as input raster and then click on classify classes i will keep five classes and then click ok ok i don't need this file let me uh go to properties uh i'm changing the color and renaming it as a slope you can see here language and land cover map i have already done so uh you can check my video for land revision land cover map just go to my uh youtube channel and then you will find the android cover map using nv and also arcgis this is also server-based classification technique uh land is uh map and also uh server-based ms classification language map so uh you can find uh how to conduct language map from my youtube channel anyway now i will make soil type app so i'm adding a soil shape file of my country uh now i will intersect this uh from uh zero processing start the input feature start data boundary and uh soil shape and i just uh intersect the soil map from the overall maps so go to symbology then categories and then uh i think gst label i mean soil level you can find this from the attribute table click ok here's the soil type that comprises in my study area yeah soil type our soil type map has been done i'm just renaming it soil type uncheck this on all other values now i will uh create clear paper uh geology map so i'm adding uh zero the shape file if you don't know how to or download shapefile for your country you just check my video you will get everything from my channel or i will uh i'll give this a link that is required for this tutorial in the description section in this video you can see here projection level is uh different so i will make the same level well projection level uh for all map need to be same so geology you can see here is wjs984 uh coordinate system so i'll make it atm 46 north then okay i don't need this so now i will extract i will intersect this a geology that lies in my start area so i will add as geology as input feature and start your area boundary and then click ok go to properties and then symbology and then categories and then name and add values so this uh geological uh feature that lies in my study area just uncheck all of our values then click okay i'm going to rename it as geology so geology map has been done now i will create rainfall map so for this uh you have to arrange an excel sheet your rainfall data according to a station i will add climate station and total of this district boundary share file as i'm going to create a rainfall map for all over bangladesh and then i'll extract as per my study area share file before adding in the arc map you have to consider or you have to do uh your district shuffle fid or station code and id uh must be same as excel sheet that you will create your fid or station id must be same as this excel sheet otherwise it will not join properly so i will save this file as a csv ms device format and now i will add this file in jazz i'm going to add this rainfall data you can see my rainfall data here and now i will join it in climate station join and release then join uh it will be joined based on a station id or you can join based on fid i will check it will join or not so you can see here my rainfall data has been added in this station climate station file now i will convert this file share file i'm going to rename it as a rainfall then click save then okay i don't i don't need this file so i'm going to remove it so here is my uh rainfall data file go to especially tools and then interpolation then idw input point feature as rainfall then jet value will be rainfall processing extent will be our study area oh no uh this time it will be district boundary as i'm going to create rainfall map for whole country then i will extract according to my study area shapefile so this will be uh this time this will be according to district boundary issue file so here is my uh rainfall map for my uh country now i will extract according to my study area i just need this specific data so for that go to extraction and extract by mask and then input raster or feature max data as start area boundary then processing extent start data boundary and then raster analysis and max will be also studying a boundary and cell size will be the same as the lulc okay properties and classified i'll make this as five classes and change the color okay i'll reclassify the rainfall data i will keep five three classes for this all then okay so rainfall map has been done our soil type of map rainfall map then geology map and slope landman density drainage density and land user land cover map all map have been done uh please remember that the projection system and cell size for all of your maps need to be same otherwise you cannot perform the process uh it will not give the accurate results you just need to check for every match that the projection system and cell size are same i will recommend you to set the projection system for name or landsat image or start leadership file or any file that you will use it will save you time anyway in the next part i will show you how you will use sp asp file and weighted overlay technique and this variables map to perform identification of the potential uh grounded origin and till then stay safe and thank you for being with us
