apparently my new boss is supposed to be super mean but for some reason she never yells at me i wonder why y'all i am a little nervous it's been a while since i've done this but i am on my way to an interview right now i wanted to work a a job today and uh right now i heard that there was a brand new movie theater in town and uh i i applied online but i actually need to go do my actual interview so uh if i'm right guys that the movie theater is right over here i'm i'm a little nervous because guys look at this place this theater looks absolutely amazing okay this has to be one of the most beautiful movie theaters i have seen in all of bloxburg okay if you guys have seen better let me know down in the comments but i am a little nervous haven't done an interview in a while it should be fine though cause i don't know i am normally good at just getting through stuff okay so uh real quick i don't want to just like waltz in and like start looking for stuff so uh it looks like this guy right here danny gessler uh works at ticketing uh he just said hello how may i help you today i have an interview my name is dylan all right i'm gonna go ahead and be as professional as a possible that way you know uh i'm assuming if i work here me and this dandy guy will probably become bros or something i don't know oh dylan okay okay what i'll go alert the manager all right cool well thank you very much all right so i'm just going to go ahead and uh stand out here again i don't want to just you know send it and like walk right inside it looks like danny is over there and uh looks like that's where the manager's office is uh he just knocked on the door uh i'm a little nervous i kind of want to see how this manager uh you know kinda is uh it looks like though her name is rachel hackett she just said come in good afternoon ma'am someone by the name of dylan has showed up guys i'm gonna be real with y'all i don't know why he's talking so like professional to her it sounds a little odd but it's fine ah i received his application earlier tell them to come in okay guys i think it's uh it's almost time for me to uh to meet the manager all right my palms are definitely sweaty but it's fine looks like uh danny is uh is over there right this way sir okay let me just go ahead and walk past the velvet rope and i'll just go ahead and follow him obviously i know that the uh the manager's office is over here but okay he knocked for me i was gonna knock okay that that that's fine oh danny daddy danny we're gonna be friends but you just you got off on the wrong foot with me i mean guys she does seem a little nice um definitely a different vibe when talking to me than talking to uh to danny earlier but that's fine uh i'm gonna say uh nice to meet you so we're gonna do a quick in-person interview okay that's that's why i'm here oh why am i nervous why am i nervous pleasure is mine okay i just got out i just gotta focus up i gotta answer these questions we're good okay i can do this uh so what made you wanna work here uh i like the movies was that a good answer all right all right okay guys she did not seem too sure about that one um okay now have you ever been in customer service i got to tell the truth on this one no i just do youtube that's uh uh should i have elaborated or something okay all righty guys see her tone of voice is changing she does not seem that confident in me right now one more would you leave if you got a better job that's a trick question that's gotta be a trick question i'm gonna say yes because that way she knows i'm honest right i see okay guys now looking back on this um i did not answer these good or well at all um i sound like kind of an idiot right now you have the job what wait what you will start in concessions wait how did how did i get the job was it the honesty is that what we're basing it off of here what what just happened go to the bathroom and change your shift starts today okay um well i i guess i'll be going now that's um how did that happen okay finally changed i am ready to get to work okay now uh before i actually start my shift uh i want to actually go over and talk to uh to my boy danny uh because he actually helped me you know earlier and i want to be i want to be thankful oh wait what the uh it looks like he is uh he's in a different room hold on let me let me let me i'll talk to him through here okay uh i'm gonna say uh yo man i got the job your boy did it i don't know how but he got the job oh hey man congrats i'm gonna say thanks for the help earlier okay i'm actually really really appreciative guys uh i was a little nervous and the fact that i actually got to saw how danny and rachel hackett kind of like interacted before definitely helped out a ton no problem glad i get to work with you man i'mma say uh me too honestly this guy very very nice guy so where are you stationed i'm working concessions okay i've never actually worked at a movie theater before so i don't actually know how difficult ticketing is versus concessions but concessions does seem a little difficult since uh you're gonna be you know like taking orders from guests and whatnot but i should be able to figure it out oh man you got so lucky huh i never get to work in sessions i kind of feel bad that i got like such a good spot in the beginning i'm gonna say um i'm gonna say maybe i can put in a good word or something i don't know i'll i'll joke around with this guy maybe i'll talk to rachel or something and be like hey let me let my buddy danny work with me in concession i don't know how many employees we got that'd be dope man i'mma say but the funny thing is dude i bombed my interview questions okay uh i don't know guys i kind of want to start by you know like getting a little comfortable with this dude so i feel like i'll crack a couple of jokes okay i mean dude i'm looking right now and the parking lot's literally empty so like it's no big deal what do you mean my answers were so bad absolute garbage the trashiest answers i could have answered any question uh danny oh they'd hire danny uh danny what are you doing yes ma'am you shouldn't be slacking on the job just just having a chat talking on work hours what if someone showed up sorry ma'am uh guys i feel a little bad i feel like i caused this it won't happen again ma'am i'll take a cut from your pay you won't make what type of what what food can i get you for your three o'clock movie uh i won't lie y'all i i've not had the best time working here it's been a little slow and kind of boring if i'm being honest with y'all can i get a popcorn ice cream and a chocolate milkshake uh yes sir coming right up okay uh awful lot to eat at three uh cool okay so he wants uh he wants a popcorn let me go ahead and grab him a popcorn and then he wants ice cream uh okay we don't have an ice cream machine okay i don't know how the heck i'm gonna pull that one off but uh can you hurry up man sorry for the weight sir and just blend this real quick oh okay get started for this i didn't expect to wait 30 minutes for three items bro why is this guy being a jerk right now okay let me okay i have to remake the popcorn oh where did the okay the the milkshake is there um okay you know it's fine i'm gonna say uh let me let let me give you uh let me give you both of these items here uh i'm gonna say uh here you go sir bro i don't have all day sir i just i just handed you the items where's the ice cream sir we don't have an ice cream machine i don't really know how to how to break it to you chief but we uh i asked for ice cream what's going on out here ma'am we don't have an ice cream machine i don't what am i supposed to do about this your employee isn't doing his job uh what do i say i'm so sorry and if he's doing it he's not doing it right bro is this like the guy version of a karen or something well we don't serve ice cream we will compensate you fine for your troubles here's your ticket wait is this didn't even say a word to me oh okay bro this guy earlier was literally insane okay he came in at three oh not not not at 23 at three and ordered the most ridiculous things and i just couldn't get it for him like i don't even i don't even know i'm gonna say total karen okay that guy was literally a complete carrot honestly y'all uh it's it's a little late my shift is almost over but i'm glad danny kessler came in uh to work today because uh i want to tell him this story okay he and i have actually gotten pretty close over the past few days which is really nice some people be wilding low i'm gonna say they really do okay i'm gonna say i can't believe that happened earlier like literally y'all bro i hope i never see that guy for as long as i live because dude i will never ever want to interact with with someone like that ever again next thing you know you'll be joining me in ticketing wait what was that a joke gur something what why would i be joining you in ticketing bro uh-huh the same thing happened to me on my first day same thing what are you talking about my guy so basically i messed up an order and rachel never let me step footing concessions again so i've been stuck in ticketing ever since okay so that makes sense uh guys when i first started working here i do remember danny saying something about how he would like to work in you know concessions so that's why i mean it seems a little bit extreme though to never let him like step foot in concessions again i'm curious if he's being like a little dramatic yeah man i bet you got so scared when rachel chewed you out she's something else huh i didn't get chewed out though rachel just dealt with it for me and like left i didn't get yelled at or like chewed out or anything like that at all what she's been super nice wait uh yes she didn't even yell at you the other day when we were talking now that you mention it she literally yelled at danny like hardcore the other day and she didn't even say a word to me dot dot dot why why do you just go quiet you're getting special treatment man what what do you mean i'm getting special treatment why would i be getting special treatment i just started working here huh what is this guy on about i'm confused you know when the other employees find out you're gonna get beat up after work what excuse me you should probably take it up with the manager will do um you know i'm gonna i'm gonna do that right now actually i didn't know there were other people that worked here and i don't why would they beat me up good luck dude what y'all okay you know what i just i can't wrap my head around this okay there's no possible way i'm actually getting special treatment i know when the situations have been a little bit weird but come in oh okay you know what it's fine i'm just gonna go ahead and explain myself to uh to the manager over here and uh we'll just go ahead and solve all of this once and for all hello dylan what's up hi uh i have something to talk to you
