I Woke up Tied Up to My Crush on an Hospital Chair

the date march 20th of 2015. the place santa monica high school the time 12 17 p.m lunch time what started as a normal school day quickly got turned into a fantasy today's lunch menu consisted of cheeseburgers with fries and a box of milk i was walking towards my usual eating spot where my friends were already waiting for me joshua over here they yelled as they waved their hands yeah yeah i'm going already i answered back i sat down and took a bite out of my cheeseburger it was there the jasmine kenyon ace approached me her golden ponytail swayed back and forth as she walked towards the table joshua she asked at that moment i was still trying to chew my food so i nodded jasmine was perhaps the cutest girl in school from the way she looked to the way she talked my friends well knew that i had a crush on jasmine but i never had the courage to ask her out oh i couldn't stop choking on my food i was not ready for such a request michael one of my friends padded me on the back and offered milk to help wash down the food once i was able to catch my breath i asked jasmine to repeat her statement i have two tickets to the movie theater i was supposed to go with my friend but she cancelled last minute so i was wondering if you would like to join me instead was this a dream i pinched myself to double check nope this was in fact real life i still couldn't believe it my crush jasmine quinones was asking me a nobody out to the movies i took a couple of seconds to regain my composure before answering i looked at her and then of my friends they all gave me a thumbs up and with a smile i said yes to the movies she smiled back and said okay see you tomorrow at 11 then i tried my best to keep my cool but the urge to jump into the air with joy was almost too much to handle tomorrow was going to be saturday a date with my crush i couldn't wait i rushed home and started to celebrate like a lunatic i didn't even care if the whole block heard me i was just so happy that i almost couldn't fall asleep when night came i woke up super extra early that day i showered got dressed and spent the next couple of hours looking in the mirror i had to make sure i looked my best i even brushed my teeth three times this was perhaps going to be the best day of my life i arrived at the meetup spot early by an hour i couldn't wait to see jasmine as i waited i started to daydream of restroom okay jasmine said oh yeah sure take your time i replied as she left i took a deep sigh of happiness oh this date was going so well i couldn't stop thinking about just how cute and beautiful jasmine was i waited and waited but there was no sign of my date for some weird reason i started to get really sleepy i struggled to keep my eyes open but it was no use and i was soon asleep joshua joshua wake up jasmine whispered huh jasmine where are we i asked i looked around but saw nothing only complete darkness i however could feel something move behind me i was tied to something and my hands were handcuffed i tried to move around but felt something warm i tried to grab but as soon as i did i heard jasmine yelp joshua help someone's grabbing at my butt help she cried you couldn't see it because of the darkness but my face was as red as a stoplight i took a minute to think before apologizing i mean how do you apologize after grabbing your crush's butt where do you even begin moments later a single light turned on directly above us jasmine and i were laying back to back on a chair how did we get who brought us why us we started wondering all of these questions although we were in the light everything else around us was an absolute darkness suddenly a door in front of us was opened the mysterious figure slowly approached us with what seemed to be some type of weapon we both started to panic for our lives and when i say we i i really just meant me stay back please don't come any closer i plead to the strangers they did not listen and just kept getting closer and closer i trembled in fear not knowing who they were what they wanted if i die at least i'm dying next to my crush i thought to myself the mysterious person was wearing a white coat and wait a minute i recognize that hairstyle well josh dear shall we get started ask the stranger but mom is that you i question shockingly mom wait you know this person asked jasmine everyone was asking questions the whole thing was pretty much shocking and confusing my stepmom was wearing a white nurse's uniform and a white hat with a red cross on it why was my step-mom here was she the one that kidnapped me if so then why would she jasmine and i tried to wiggle out of the ropes but it was no use we were trapped in the room by this evil nurse father was always working but my stepmom carla was always there for me she would cook clean and even help me with my homework i've known her for so long that i just naturally called her mom she was always there for me even at my darkest times but now we find ourselves in this mess could it be that she had enough of me and she finally decided to get rid of me no no i'm overthinking things let's take a deep breath and relax yeah this is my sweet loving mother she will never hurt there's no escape joshie dear your time for discipline has come she said with a sinister smile ah on second thought this woman isn't even my real mom we aren't even blood related oh no this really was going to be the end of me i had to escape but how my stepmom had a giant needle in her left hand was she planning to use it on me carla what is the giant needle for i gulped as i asked oh this this is truth serum i'll be asking some questions and if i feel like you're lying to me then i'll have no other choice but to use it do you understand sweetie i nodded my head it was still pretty hard to believe what was going on maybe this was one of those weird dreams where i just had to wake up and everything would go away but no this was real life okay first question why do i keep finding dog food in your room um dog food i don't know what you're talking about no lies remember tell the truth joshua dear she waved the needle back and forth threatening me to speak up i had no choice but to say that i enjoyed eating dog food what's the big deal i'm sure everyone has their own weird thing they like eating next question on top of your bookshelf there's a small green box what's in it no please don't make me say it it's so embarrassing say it or the questions are only going to keep getting worse so you know how some people collect stamps or coins well i have a collection of my own it's something i'm not proud of but for some reason i keep on doing it the small green box is my collection of fingernails yeah yeah yeah i know gross but hey you don't see me judging your weird collections can you girls please stop laughing at me it's not funny i cried sorry joshua it's just that some of these secrets sound really silly yeah i agree well next question what does jasmine mean to you uh she's a classmate my stepmom shook her head and approached my arm with the needle if i didn't speak the truth i was going to be injected and game over i panicked and started to rant about how big my crush was on jasmine before i realized it jasmine was blushing hot red i didn't know just how much more of this torture i could take okay josh dear last question i want you to answer with the utmost truth what is it what's your last question it's a very simple one what is today's date this was the last question there must be some sort of mistake after so many embarrassing and awkward questions why would this be the last one today is march the 21st i answered no the day what is today um saturday my stepmom did a face palm was i giving the wrong answer no yesterday was the 20th therefore today had to be the 21st wait a minute march 21st i gave a real deep gasp as i figured out what today was i was so hyped about today's date since yesterday that i forgot what today was today is my 18th birthday correct just as my stepmom said correct all the lights turned on and confetti started to shower down on us as it turns out all of this was just a birthday prank my stepmom untied us and we were finally free now that the lights were on i could see that there was a camera in front of us with the red blinking light if this was all a prank then why is there a camera recording us the camera oh that's for our viewers in the other room viewers what viewers the door open and my friends from school were all there my stepmom explained that they were all in for the prank even jasmine but what about the needle with the truth serum were you really planning on using it on me silly joshua of course not and even if i were to use it on you i wouldn't inject it into you instead i would feed it to you feed it to me i asked my stepmom to squeeze the trigger of the syringe and some of the liquid got squirted into my mouth kool-aid i couldn't believe it all of this was really just some prank we shared many laughs and had cake what a crazy way to remember your 18th birthday
