I Stay In A Beach Hut Hotel! - I Wasn't expecting this!

I'm up here hi everyone welcome back these are Beach Huts that people have to spend the day at the beach you can't stay in them overnight they are pretty small these have been specially built so you can actually stay in these overnight or many nights and the crazy thing about them is is that they're on two floors as well you've got an upstairs which has unbelievably two small bedrooms a downstairs with a bathroom a kitchen a living room these these are pretty impressive let's go and check them out and the weather is a bit rubbish today hence why you won't see too many people sitting out on their balconies but uh there's about 22 of these Beach Huts in total there's some more that go along there that's the reception which is now shut cuz it's just after 5:00 and my beach hut is unlucky for some number 13 which is just over there which we get to by going up to number 14 and here is my beach hut just shut this gate so there's a nice couple of deck chairs to Lounge on a nice table as well but listen is't that amazing the sound of the sea so so loud as well right it's hard to believe that there is bedrooms up there I mean just look how small it is let's go in I'm going to use the word cozy a lot because this is such a small little space yet it has everything you need including a dining table which is pretty nice hello Tim we hope you have an enjoyable stay with us the beach lodges team and also they've given me some nice orange biscuits with chocolate chips that is very thoughtful there's also a resort guide here about what to do in Bournemouth what's this uh oh Wi-Fi voucher when checkout is important information all very important stuff nice couple of cushions love the seaside theme there's even lights like a little reading light there that's nice and obviously the use of mirrors in small spaces is always a good idea you can see the stairs that are going up we'll check that out in just a little bit but we've got a nice little couch here once again some nice seagull theming cushions all my towels are here yes that's my bag by the way also got a TV another little reading light the coziness of it feels like a caravan but come and have a look in the kitchen Wonder know what that is don't know but under the stairs we've got a little bit of storage here to put bags and cases actually that's quite big now I'm guessing this is the hairir dryer I could be wrong no it's Jenga there you go on wet rainy days we can play Jenga just before we go in the kitchen actually here is your wardrobe there is the head Air Dryer it's quite big actually you get quite a few hanging clothes in there that's my parasol for outside there's also a brush in here if I need it and this thing opens that window if I want a little bit more air because there's no air conditioning so look at this little kitchenet it comes with a heated tow rail which is quite nice touch especially for your tea towels but everything you would want in a modern kitchen including a huge big sink comes with complimentary washing up Liquid a sponge love this drying rack very Amazon a four burner hob a kettle and look at this we're getting very Posh now a cafer is that what you call it nice and clean as well comes with complimentary tea and coffee Dorset tea which is nice we got a fridge well there's the bin I guess these are the utensils yeah all the knives there everything you need look got those sauce pins and here is the fridge that's actually quite a big fridge little mini freezer so if you're here for a week you've got enough stuff enough room guess these are the cups some wine glasses very nice oh that's EXT caor fan handy to have in such a small space there's the toaster I guess I'll move it out of there before using we have plastic Cutlery though love the beach hut type of plates here obviously for little kids I guess adults there with the bigger plates and the microwave look at that oh by the way before you ask this video is not sponsored by upstairs in a moment cuz if I stand back you can see all the upstairs it's it's amazing what you can fit in this small little beach house beach hut but here is the bathroom and obviously it's quite small but everything you need including a toilet there's also a heated Tower R in here that's quite nice there is a mirror tiny little sink and the shower the kind of shower that you'd probably have in your on Suite one of these electrical showers this actually looks like a brand new shower like it hasn't been used before how many people can you get in here well I'm not ever going to exaggerate but I think you can get two people in here quite comfortably I mean if you really sandwich people in like this you could get four you so over exaggerate how many people can get in the shower now I live in a little cottage so I'm used to stairs like this but a lot of people probably won't be these are very Steep and I doubt very much if you could come down these comfortably if you've had a glass of wine I'm not going to lie it's not overly a hot day today I think the temperature outside is a rather cool 17° and it's pretty warm up here so I can only imagine what these are like if we have a heat wave or temperatures are above 25° cuz I'm sweating already but here is the first bedroom and you're going to hear that word again cozy it's even got a window so actually although as far as it goes you can let in a little bit of air Cuzo it is quite warm up here check out the bed though this is really comfy and you'll be very surprised what the mattress is like cuz I of course had to check it out the mattress is basically a couple of mattress toppers thrown on this uh rubber Cush C the same cushion that actually downstairs but I guess that's all you need is quite comfy some plugs to charge your phone couple of reading lights either side of the bed as well and there is more space up here for your clothes but you probably think to yourself you said two bedrooms how on Earth can you get two bedrooms up here well you can because that's the other one behind me amazing use of space you have to pretty much crawl into it but it's actually any kids that you have would absolutely love this up here how cozy I thought it was hot over there but being right here it's blooming warm like most parts of the world we have a problem with affordable housing in the UK If I was younger and didn't have a family this as my first little home I would absolutely love because it's got absolutely everything and I really love the upstairs it is very cozy how many times have I said cozy in this video oh yeah so if I want to shut the blinds just do that it's the only downside is the Great British weather it's never great in the summer is it well it's actually late May it's June what next week but yeah you can get this in July anyway cheers no alcohol this is just a black coffee cuz I haven't got any milk yet so this is actually just up the road from Bournemouth um it's got an amazing Beach to enjoy but when the weather's a little bit pants I guess you can just play Jenga um cozy up in your Beach Lodge so I'm going to grab some food probably a takeaway meal uh watch a bit of Telly off to bed I'll see you in the morning morning that has got to be one of the best night sleeps I've had in a long time look rubish it wasn't too hot I didn't hear the sea in fact you can't hear the sea at all up here I thought I would I should have left a window open actually but I kind of woke up and was like have you ever had that when you wake up and you're like where where am I I panicked a little bit cuz I was like uh um but yeah that was the best night sleep I've ever had so the weather is like a carbon copy of yesterday I might actually go for a swim cuz I've seen some people swimming this morning I might go and join them in just a little bit I know the water on the south coast is that little bit warmer than it is where I'm from in great y in the North Sea so you can't book these per night cuz I did try uh you have to book them as a weekend's day or as a week's day so the weekend day is Friday to Monday and the weekday is Monday to Friday cost me £580 it is still early season So that obviously comes to a little bit over £100 and obviously that's not per person so that's per Lodge so if you got three people in here in fact you could probably even sleep someone on one of these couches in a sleeping bag although I don't know whether you're supposed to do now I know there might be some comments saying well You' stayed in a beach up before now I know there might be some comments saying well you've actually stayed in a beach Hut before well I haven't really they were beach hut style chalets where this is literally like a beach hut a little bit taller and maybe a little bit wider but the dimensions are still pretty much the same as they were when these were actually Beach Huts just that little bit bigger when I saw the bed I thought that's probably not going to be very comfortable and had the best night sleep I've ever had in my life in that bed it wasn't too hot I should have opened the window so I could hear the sea but um I completely forgot got to be honest cuz that's actually quite a difficult window to open and obviously I didn't want to sleep with the door open all night but would you stay here tell me your thoughts in the comments please give
