I Played the BEST Pokémon GO Event of 2024… but was it good?

today I'm in Los Angeles at the most anticipated event of the year the c tour there's new shinies new features in so many amazing spawns it is about to be an epic adventure it's 8:59 spawn start in 1 minute all right it begins cool we've got the confetti falling we're actually going to go ahead and drop the incense immediately and a star piece because if we're going to be using these new features we're going to need this and the first shiny of the day walking out of the car is a Diaga from a raid because we're not really getting any spawns here so this is going to be huge and I Mis interpreted the information according to Gilly there's no unlimited rides this weekend that's next weekend I'm sad so that means we can focus a lot more on the spawns today including all of the amazing new pokemon new spawns in new shinies while also taking as much raids as possible because I need thousands of Diaga Candy by the time this weekend's over we'll have spawns soon the park is just ahead and finally we are in the spawns are here we've got the party going because there's some exclusive things happening on Party play today which sounds funny cuz this feature has been useless since today which I guess is fun and check it out all of the spawns so the goal right now is basically just to go around and do a big lap and see what is all going down and then we'll pick certain habitats to hunt specifically also look at this look at the Poké stop there's like a little palm tree on it that's so cool okay first cluster maybe yeah there we go our first shiny is a shiny por guy okay a little bit less exciting because there's like Shellos spawning which is the big hunt today but that's super duper fun also super fun I paid a million doll extra in order to hatch 10 km I spun a 2 km I spun another 2 kmg what's happening I pay extra for this no oh and check it it's our first aelf in the wild arain now we do all want to take a snapshot of all of these elf that we get cuz there's exclusive research so check this out on anything over here wow and then of course you guys can hang out outside catch the view where everybody's playing as well no way wait this is sick this is so cool I've never been in a suite in the Rose Bowl before this is this is fun so this is what being rich is look in my sweet okay all sweet Jokes Aside we have some legendaries in the wild to catch and if you remember Las Vegas H tour the lattos and lidios in the wild were impossible so I'm expecting the same from the iself let's see how long this takes to never mind oh wait Billy hi yo another huge thing happening are these 10 km eggs with brand new shiny Regional Pachirisu catat and carnivine these are some of the hardest regionals to find in the world and in the Wild aka the Alaska adventure with this guy right here yo so ring as many 10 km eggs and getting as many shinies as possible today will be the biggest goal yo straight up shout out Niantic we got oh that's raisin I didn't tellou got Chate cookies little Gummy Bear little Gummy bar action we're waiting the stash we're waiting the stash put in the backpack check it check it check it check it check it check it check it yeah right oh let's go we got a bonley okay listen Safari Zone couple years back we ended up getting a shiny bonsy walking into the event at the start of the day we did it again today which means it's about to be a crazy freaking hunt let's go we are now walking into the mountain hot spring which actually is full of gyms right now all the raids that were happening are now gone but we will be taking some origin form raids here maybe getting some shinies but the important thing is to maximize our candy because we got our Pia here with spatial Ren and we will be using this because obviously we want more spawns so here's what the spawns look like right now in the event and when we use spatial Ren which we'll use for we're going to use for 2 hours which gives us which will cost 60,000 dust in 60 candy let's use that for 2 hours fantastic and now we're really going to maximize our experience here at the event because we have a 2 km egg what is going on 2 km eggs are cracked by the way but now oh my God look at all the spawns we have now this is this is yeah this is the way to play and all the raids are ready it's time for the go plus to go crazy look at all these raids bro this is crazy this is well there's four it's not that crazy but it is crazy and we absolutely will be doing the alates Because we need this for the daily incense oh God one thing I forgot to do oh I'm going to squat hatch bonley we're going to get so many bonley shinies today can't wait one thing I forgot to do is this the road to CNO event the reason why this is important to claim is because we are going to get a little bonus from bedf that's iconic that it's bof is the encounter we're going to get a little bit of a bonus and a little bit of a decision right here Diamond version or Pearl version I will be using Diamond because it is dagga that I need the most for candy and there we go get three D candies feed your buddy super easy stuff and then I think I get we get bonuses from that I don't know but what I do know is that we're definitely taking all of these raids so we officially 1 hour into the event and if we look at our shinies and age zero we've got three the bonley which we hatched Porygon and dagga off to a bit of a slow start oh shins oh and this right here stunky is one of the new shinies today and this is one that we're definitely looking for so this is absolutely by the way the habitat will probably spend the most time in just because the spawns are usually the coolest that we've seen so far we've got the new stunky there's stun Fisk we've got Crow Gunk and scorpy there's shins and Gligar wait this habitat's cracked okay we will be hanging here jro which one did you get jny kro we're going to be here for a while dude this habitat's crazy what too far from JT Gilly get him out of here look at this dude we have one glyer in the wild two glyer in the wild and these can be shiny that is crazy oh we just completed a party play Challenge and as a part of this there's actually some reggi rock candy there's some big rewards in this oh I think we have to go in here into the uh Party play yeah right here when we complete these challenges I'll show you what we get it's kind of crazy oh wait first ever first ever that's a shiny spear tomb let's go man easy and another thing happening is there's these spiritomb stops spawning around Los Angeles that was a lot of s's and here they go we've got all these encounters we'll do one now the rest later when we're not focused on spawns all right don't get the shiny this is probably the rarest thing that you can get throughout the event week this weekend is the shiny Spirit TB because it's just such a hard one to get and you can only get it through research that is another pretty cool kind of like if you're super lucky hunt we'll be looking forward to get in the ball oh my gosh and in what feels like forever we finally get another shiny it's an AAL in this habitat again this is probably where we're going to spend the most time today oh my God wait lovely we got it to 8.96 cool this is cool amb be pom by the way aom's evolution is also spawning in the wild and can also be shiny this is this is a good one man this is a good event my gosh and I just got easily one of the coolest shinies of the day it's a wild shiny Mesprit and we want to snapshot this because we do get some things from doing that we had like another encounter this is so sick wild shiny mprint bro that's so awesome okay well what we're going to do is we're going to Silver pinea B this because although it's going to be really hard to catch uh it will not run which is fantastic just like how the ludos and lidios worked last year at the hoen tour so let me see how long this takes for us to catch this oh we got it wow that was so much I think last year it took like 20 minutes to catch a shiny l in the wild which was crazy but look at that dude wild the shiny mesh that's so so sick oh and check this out we finally did it we have 9 10 km eggs we're going to hatch one batch in this video and then we'll do a separate video hatching one 100 of these exclusive 10 km Regional shiny eggs so make sure you're subscribed if you're I could see that Gilly is straight ahead of us right now and that is so helpful like tracking them down in game yes Shiny Pikachu yes dude off of the incense there are two different Pikachu hats spawning throughout this event and I mean you already know how this works anything costume shiny is a super rare and worth finding grab especially if it's tied to an event like this because this weekend and next weekend will be the only times this specific shiny will spawn so catching as many as possible very important also wait I don't know if you saw that dude check this out we got have a wild R perior that's crazy 3 two 1 let's go we both got whatever shinies got a sneez Brandon got a bronzor I got a shiny sneez nice how are you doing right now let's touch phones what um and the spawn after shiny eye unknown yes bro the unknown AR spotting during this event I think they're just so I don't think we're getting any special like exclamation point unknowns or anything but we're for sure for these unknown in the wild and the second shiny unknown is an unknown s this is an S this looks like an S let's go this is going great it is 11:19 we are 2 hours in and we currently have 12 shinies maybe 30 if we got lucky dude we're going for 50 today going for 50 big fiveo this is going fantastic and we critical caught it lovely let's go dude comi it's so sick huge dusal shiny okay listen we need to do including research that will give us eventually the shiny mythical from this event starts we got to get this blve speed through this we've got the road to CNO we'll complete this as well which will give us an encounter with aedf and then this will unlock brand new research Team Rocket research that we do to complete Catch 10 different species use an incense which honestly let's see if we can get ourselves a Garian bird today we're going to drop our daily incense and then we've got Roar of time we're going to use our Roar of Time and let's go for an hour I don't want to use too much candy because we really need it for a 24-hour daily incense which we're doing soon so make sure you subscribe to see that but we're going to run the daily incense and actually our star piece for a whole hour and see if we get ourselves a g bird to spawn fantastic oh also we have all of this research in here too including some speit tomb let's see if we can get ourselves a shiny spe tomb right spawns during this event are amazing there are so many like evolutions and uh just kind of like random stuff to catch this has been super fun that is that is a crazy grab and right after that we got our first shiny Shellos this is one of the big ones I'm looking for today it's one of the regional wild shiny spawns that is crazy now we just need the the blue one and then we're set let's go just took a nice little break we've got a shiny pory going on the way out on the daily incense yes freaking 2 hours later we still have the daily incense going this feature is sick but it's about a run out we're about to put spatial Ren back on so we can maximize spawns for the final 2 hours here in the c tour Los Angeles and our daily incense is finally up we're here on the field right now and we got a couple of shinies in here I don't oh I see the mous I think the shield on we got a and a shield on too that's cool okay I got spatial Ren back on so we can get more spawns we have an hour and a half hippus is going in 4:00 1 hour to go it's coming down to the wire but we're getting so this one's cool we have a huge shiny Burmy sick and we caught that that's great I are bad XXL though fun dang transfer and the inventory there it is a 544 shiny Riolu from a 2 km egg dude the egg hatches from this event are sick this is a banger catch shiny yuie in the wild let's freaking go absolutely using silver pinea berries again it's not going to run which is great I'm glad they did that but it will take a while to catch either way I dude that's another shiny legendary in the wild boom let's go dude anomaly the SpaceTime anomaly we've got 15 minutes left and the event is over for day one and it is 5:00 p.m. here in Los Angeles at the c tour and we went off today along with getting a bunch of new shinies and exclusive costumes we ended with 35 shiny Pokémon today yeah I we kind of kind of we cracked today we got the voltor Myst this we got three unknown Reggie Rock brand new stunky and one of the Shellos we still need the blue Shellos but we always have tomorrow got lucky with a mime junr a haini and a rolu all from the eggs I can't believe the m junor and a bonley and some other amazing
