I Jailbroke my OLED SWITCH

there's a very high chance that this video gets striked so I'm going to be walking on eggshells throughout the entire duration of this this is one of the greatest handheld devices out right now a jailbroken OLED switch but honestly I'd even consider this thing a switch anymore it's more of like an OLED personal computer every single retro game you can think of GameCube emulation remote desktop Linux and it all fits into my pocket but getting this thing jailbroken is one of the hardest tasks possible let me explain what happened and also try to not get sued at the same time to jailbreak the regular switch all you would need is this it's a little payload injector called an RCM loader and every time this turns off you just plug it back in press the button and it's back into jailbreak mode for a really low cost plus it comes with this little jig you slide this in to get access to a secret menu it's a crazy process but it's actually pretty cheap and easy to jailbreak the OLED switch is a different animal you need to find someone that has like a PhD in micro soldering a hundred dollar mod chip from China that may or may not work and 250 dollars just to install the chip into the switch total that's the same exact price as I paid for the switch to begin with nobody online claims to install mod chips into your switch because it will get really really mad and some things might happen to you possibly so you have to start asking random people to have a Microsoft living experience until you find somebody within like a 30 mile radius of you which is what I did and I had to drive like an hour away give my switch to some random guy I never met before plus 200 and then wait for three hours he calls me back and he's like yo look I installed it but it's not turning on anymore and I'm like no no it's Lucid cross so I take this switch back home it's not turning on and it's practically dead so I start asking random people all over the Internet hey bro do you know anybody that knows how to like install a mod chip into a switch and I found one guy on the whole world wide web that was okay I send it over to me I live in New York and I'll see what I can do so I gave it to him and he's like look the install looks good I don't know why it's not working maybe he used too much heat and he like burned a part of the motherboard of the CPU or something so I'm not sure how to fix it so I asked somebody else online and then he's like okay send it to this guy in Texas so now my switch is bouncing around the whole country to random people and then this guy is like yo to fix this I have to do a whole CPU swap it's gonna cost the extra hundred dollars like look I'm already 300 in might as well take the extra hundred so then he texts me the very next day saying actually I fixed it in like five minutes all he had to do was re-ball the emmc I don't know what that even means but it's like all right it worked so I get my switch back and I get in contact with you from better gaming he basically makes switch jailbreaking videos that all get copyright striked but he helped me out on a one-on-one call on Discord and now we have a fully working switch we were talking about jailbreaking or something like this they directly will shut down your video they will copyright you you have no idea they shut it down like four times my channel if it's like an exclusive or they're local with their name on it then they will definitely get it out so really true fans of it what we call them ninjas and they watch the whole video so with every detail on it just to see and find like a fail from you they don't even need to uh send it to me oh it's enough if they send it to YouTube because uh pays YouTube per year because of advertisement Etc YouTube thinks oh my God this could disturb and they do it for on their own you know what I mean yeah because they want to keep the relationship with their business exactly is matter of fact in this video I can't even show you me playing any Nintendo games on this device because this happened to another YouTuber I received a copyright claim and this was claimed by oh for Super Mario 64. now Super Mario 64 features in my video for about maybe four to five seconds tops now I can choose to boot into the custom firmware Os or the genuine OS this means that I can still play online with the console or I can go into hacker mode and have a fully customizable experience with no online mode I can switch between the two to not get banned on the jailbroken firmware we have blocked a list of so IP addresses at a DNS level which makes it impossible for your switch to contact their servers while your switch is in the custom firmware mode a friend of mine tried doing this but didn't set it up properly and he actually got his entire switch banned from servers permanently if you accidentally go online for even one second with a jailbroken switch your entire console gets banned forever that switch will never be able to play Smash online ever again I'm not realizing that because I'm making this video I'm never going to be able to work with or collaborate with them ever in my life so I'm making the sacrifice for my boys if want it you can fully customize any part of your switch wallpapers logos placements of app icons you can do anything with this and it's so much more beautiful than the stock firmware the cool thing about this is that I can finally take advantage of the OLED panel by using a black background it's just so much easier on my eyes emulation was the reason I even jailbroked to begin with look how beautiful retroarc looks on my switch OLED bro you can do anything on this thing now I no longer have to carry my switch plus my laptop as I'm traveling or taking a flight or even going to my friend's house because it's all in one so Compact and beautiful bro GameCube emulation it does work but only on a fork or retro Arc called lekka you also have to overclock the CPU to get higher frames which people said was safe so I'll take the word for it until my switch turns into an air fryer yes you are looking at Call of Duty being played on my switch but I'm not playing it on the switch Hardware obviously I'm actually streaming my computer screen to my switch and technically cloud gaming to this device no let's go I can edit videos if I somehow made a mouse and keyboard work on this thing or even play any graphic demanding game that the switch normally couldn't handle alone all from my PC at home while Android still isn't ready for the OLED switch yet people actually made a version of Ubuntu Linux that you can run on your switch and have it do literally anything that you want it's no longer a switch now it's a personal computer this is the Dark Side of jailbreaking the switch people theoretically can and realistically do illegal stuff on their switch but I do not condone take part in or encourage anyone to follow illegal activity so people actually do is they have a app on their switch called tin foil which is not bad of itself it's like the Cydia of a jailbroken iPhone but with this app they connect their switch to a server that has every single game for free with their DLCs and a shared save file but I didn't do this so I can't show you visually on screen and rather not get a call from a lawyer so if you shared saves option actually lets you take somebody else's a save fellow from across the web and import it into your switch for any game that you want this means you can instantly skip from Level 1 to the Sans boss battle in undertale or get the master sword and or even unlock every single character in Smash without playing a single second of the game you're just taking somebody else's save and putting it onto your device this is so useful for so many games especially the ones that make you grind to unlock all the mini games which nobody actually has time for in my humble opinion right now the only thing that comes close for being the best travel companion all-in-one retro switch Linux everything device is the steam deck would you rather have a steam deck or a jailbroken OLED switch let me know in the comments and if you like the steam
