I GOT RID OF MY OFF ROAD TRAILER!

hi I'm Marco from Overland X and in this video I get rid of my Patriot campers [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] trailer [Music] [Applause] what is up my friends on our way to an bgo I'm going to take Thomas for the first time and uh he's going to be testing his new x1n which he just got for me and uh we are going to spend uh um you know a couple days or night in up in the desert we're going to be camping there um I have my uh my X1 Gen 2 and he's got his uh x1n and uh we're just going to have uh have lots of fun it's a beautiful day the weather is incredible it's 75° it'll get a shili tonight but it's okay we'll we'll be fine uh we're going to be cooking something good and having some uh awesome breakfast tomorrow and just uh explore the area and see what what we can find Julian California is located in the beautiful kuaka mountains and it's famous for its apples and apple pie it's a tradition now that every time we go to anab bgo and we go through Julian we stop at the Julian Pine Company to get a pie and enjoy it over a [Music] fire [Music] half [Music] for [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey guys I'm pretty excited we made it to anab burgo and we were able to find the spot that I was looking for and this is one of my favorite camping spots when when we got here I uh started unloading loading everything and guess what I forgot the firewood so you can't go camping without firewood right so I I unhitched the trailer Thomas stayed here uh to save the spot and I took off to to town and went to get uh some uh firewood so we got a fire going we got food cooking and we're already set up let me show you our setup it's really really nice weather is nice it got a little cold right now but uh the all day was 75° and tonight it's going to be in the around 47 so it should be it should be okay so Tom hey what do you think about the Ana bgo this is your first time here oh that's it's fabulous I can't wait to come back spend even more time here with a new trailer Tom just took care of the uh the fire pit here and this is the new fire pit from James barud um it was given to me at SEMA so it was last month and this is the first time I use it and I I really really like it it's it's it's not that heavy and it goes in a really neat bag like James baru knows how to do that right and this firewall this is made by MC Ranch Overland in Canada this works really really good you could feel the heat bouncing off the uh walls it works really nice and especially if it's windy your fire is secure and this is uh Tom's new x1n a trailer that I love and it's really special to me and now it's his trailer I'm so happy for you man oh yeah I'm excited for the new trailer new uh places I'm going to go I've setting it up it's going to be fun figur out where to put everything now I've got a lot more space in the Jeep so I'm looking forward to it you're going to love it man oh yeah it's going to be great awesome thank you so Tom what do you think about dinner oh it looks awesome can't wait to dig in yeah let's go for it so we got some revi and some mashed potatoes built from scratch right here right in the middle of nowhere enjoy it buddy I am salt pepper no carpet just letting the butter coat my mouth and juices of the steak one up Petit buddy salute salute after the amazing dinner it was time to call it a [Music] day [Music] we had a pleasant night it was uh super quiet it's been quiet the desert since yesterday we noticed that Tom and I we were talking about it it's just quiet you can't hear any no birds no people it's super nice right now there's zero wind and um it's a bit chilly right now but working on a little coffee and uh got my sweatshirt and that's that's all you need right now it uh it's really beautiful out in the desert Tom your first day in an of burgo what do you think that was beautiful I can't believe the colors the sky a little pink this morning and blue it's it's it's outstanding how about the quietness of this place it's all yeah it's so strange cuz you can't hear anything not not a hum of an air conditioner car or plane it's just super cool quiet it's awesome yeah good to have you here buddy yep thanks for the invite I love moments like this after a good night's sleep you wake up in this beautiful place with a beautiful morning beautiful weather after a good cup of coffee now you have the time to plan a good breakfast without worrying about time or have anywhere to go is [Applause] for all right buddy breakfast is ready all right that looks amazing I can't wait to dig into that some tamali and refried beans refried beans oh that's so good so fresh that's awesome M what do you think I love it so good yeah I'm going to go buy get busy eating now it's time to go out there and explore some [Music] more well after an awesome night at the Canyon camping there it was beautiful beautiful night it was so quiet full of stars and the weather was great I think it went down to 47° wasn't that bad I did use my uh heater because I'm uh I'm not too good good with the cold weather but anyways we had an amazing night this morning we had a really good breakfast those beans were amazing we had some tamales so we've been eating good uh this couple couple of days and um today we are going uh keep on exploring I'm going to be showing Thomas just a little bit of uh ano this this place is is huge so we only one night and two days we don't have much time to uh explore the whole thing but um but yeah we're going to go and explore something [Music] else [Music] I decided to head down to Fish Creek wash and show the area to Thomas we headed down to one of my favorite places in the whole area Sandstone Canyon we did a couple of obstacles it was fun we stopped to say hi to some friends we uh spent a couple of hours there we had some lunch and uh at the end of the day I think that Sandstone Canyon became Thomas's favorite [Music] place [Music] n [Music] he [Music] we had such a good time I think it was a great idea to plan delivering the x1n to Thomas this way we ended up in the desert we had an awesome camping night and food and fun I think it was a great idea now it's time to head back out on our way out we found this guy in the middle of the the trail and we stopped just to get him get him off the road and then probably save his life so we made it out of Fish Creek and uh we are on the side of the road just airing up uh we're going to air up both the vehicle and the trailers and this is what my friend Thomas says goodbye he's going to go east and I'm GNA go west uh so he's coming back to uh Northern California that's where he lives and I'm coming back to San Diego and this is the goodbye to my awesome x1n that uh he's taking over and it's a really nice trailer I I like it a lot but I got to move on I'm going with the Gen 2 that uh this is the uh the shake run for it it's the first time I use it and I'm loving it it's it's really really nice but yeah I know know that Thomas is going to love the x1n I can't wait to see what he's going to do with it and how he's going to set it up and uh yeah it was it was awesome it was pretty it was a pretty awesome weekend lots of good food um lots of exploring and it was fun we're going to say we're going to say goodbye or ASA Pronto cuz we're going to he's planning on coming back next year so we can do at least four four to five days here at an bgo that's what you need to to see most do you know the most most important part of it so yeah buddy yeah thank you so much for visiting and uh I hope you had a good time
