you guys don't know what that is it's basically you go into this room which is like an ice chamber and it is a negative 180 degrees it's supposed to like relieve your sore muscles and like you know get your mind and body right but it's freezing and the thing is you've never done it before i'm gonna vlog it we're gonna go and we're gonna vlog it i'm scared kind of but my body's a little bit sore and let's get it feeling right all right guys we are here this is the first ice chamber you're supposed to stay in here for 30 seconds to let your body adjust to like the cold and then you enter this thing which is negative 180 degrees we got a timer on the wall right there that you start on your own and the goal is three and a half minutes guys i am so scared right now like i guarantee you i'm just gonna start shaking big time though so you have to wear these gloves the thing is you have to go in just your underwear like that's the hard part like i can't just go in like this dude i'm not
