hey y'all today I am going to show you a delicious three minute no yeast no need honey white bread okay now y'all I know some of y'all breads stay coming out dry okay you make your rolls you make your pound cakes makes you want to reach for that water okay I'm gonna show you what to do all right trust me cousins let's do this the first issue we're gonna address is that flower you need to be weighing your flour let me show you why for this recipe we need four and three-fourths of a cup of all-purpose flour that should be 600 grams if you just scoop your flour straight out of the bag like most people do okay your flour is compressed I'm gonna add four and three-fourths of a cup and I'm gonna show you what this looks like look I put in four cups and we're already over it's about three-fourths all right now we have 725 grams of flour which is way more than what you want this is why your recipes end up dry I'm going to show you how to do it with a scale all right so let me show you how to weigh your flower when you add on your bowl you want to tear it to bring the weight back to zero we're going to do 600 grams okay now I know some of y'all are saying girl I'm not gonna buy no scale now if you go over a little bit just take a little bit out but to be honest when it comes to like one gram here one gram there it's not even a big deal I want you guys to see how much excess flour you would have added to this recipe if you wanted to measure four and three-fourths of a cup straight from the bag okay this is why your bread is dry this is a ton of extra flour in your recipe we're gonna preheat the oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit honey is really important to this recipe and let me tell you why guys I learned that honey was so good for bread making 10 years ago when I was in college I took a beekeeping class and we had to do a presentation on honey and why it was important in bread now y'all this you know the internet today and what the internet was 10 years ago okay we could not figure out why so we answered all the other questions but that one and during that presentation you know how you said so long you know what it got a little awkward y'all we did not know and then all of a sudden I kid you not Lord knows I ain't lying God dropped the answer into my spirit okay and it is because honey is a humectant so it draws in moisture okay when you put this in your bread it's going to draw moisture into the bread and help it stay fresher longer and not only that it tastes delicious I'm gonna take two and a half tablespoons of baking powder a half of a tablespoon of salt this is Himalayan salt two teaspoons of brown sugar yes I know I use honey but I like sweet bread okay I'm gonna mix this together with my whisk now that my flour is mixed well I'm going to make a little whale in the middle of the flower now y'all know I do not like doing dishes okay if I don't have to I'm not going to so we're not going to have no wet and dry Bowl we're gonna make a big whale in the center then we're going to add our oil this is a fourth of a cup of grapeseed oil you can use canola any type of neutral oil I'm gonna add my tablespoon of honey comes out pretty easy because we put that oil next I have two and a fourths cup of milk now this milk has been slightly warmed in the microwave it doesn't have to be boiling certainly shouldn't be boiling about the temperature of like a baby bottle milk I used about a fourth of a cup of Buttermilk and two cups of regular whole milk you don't have to do that but I did that since I had it now I do like adding in a little bit of buttermilk because it helps it rise better but if you don't have that we use so much baking powder it's going to rise just fine all right we're gonna slowly start mixing it in what I like to do is just grab a little bit from the side and then just work it in just a little at a time so this is the end result see check the texture just like this this is a 9x5 loaf pan but I'm also going to go in with some Crisco and grease it I don't know about that Crisco I like the butter flavor add a little extra some some to the crust but for extra insurance all right we're gonna add some parchment paper because look if you let it right the Lord make your own stuff stick to the pan all right so yeah some of y'all need that extra insurance now I'm going to try to fold it so that it kind of goes to the corner and I'm just gonna press it in and actually put in the grease in here helps it stick you want that overhang just like this that's really important so that you can lift out your bread easily okay all right we have our prepared baking pan I'm gonna dump this right in be careful all right make sure I don't get this we need this to stay out and use that spatula and get the rest then I'm going to smooth out the top just a little bit okay y'all look at that it's about to go into the oven this will bake for 30 minutes at 430 degrees foreign so guys mine is getting a little too Brown I forgot okay that I usually lower my wrap for this recipe see it's getting a bit Browner than what I like no probs I'm gonna lower it now you do cover this but I forgot I used to keep my rack lower especially when baking so I'm gonna go ahead and cover this okay okay at this point it's been 30 minutes now if you didn't you know put your bread too high like me this would be the point where you're going to cover it with oil okay we're gonna put it back in we're also going to lower the temperature okay we're gonna put the temperature at 390. we're gonna do this for 20 minutes it's now done good allow this to cool for five minutes in the pan okay now guys I'm going to use the parchment paper handle I'm going to lift this out nice and easy y'all see y'all see I'm right the God okay and I'm gonna put this on my baking rack this is aluminum so it's not really that hot in here and we're gonna allow this to cool completely all right let's see these sides y'all we got a crust okay y'all the bread has fully cooled now the best thing to do is to wait overnight have I got somebody here rushing me okay so I'm gonna cut with a serrated knife a little cheapy you know you can get you a nice one all right and as you can see this is a real bread y'all okay nice thick but delicious let me cut y'all a slice come on now look at that okay put a little bit of butter a lot of bitter butter actually [Music] okay y'all now we have an easy delicious white bread see my little jelly my little butter let me go ahead and go ahead and get into this okay let me know in the comments if you are going to try this recipe this honey white bread is so good you guys know that I love you and Jesus loves you and I'll see you next time in Camilla's kitchen goodbye and God bless
