Hi guys, welcome back to the channel In today's video I'll be building the world's smallest v8 engine look at that tiny block crankshaft cylinder head piston exhaust header installing main bearings adding assembly lube in goes the crank now the bearing caps torque to 1.2 Nm installing piston rings installing the pistons installing the crankcase cover "oil pan" installing head gasket now the cylinder head torque to 1.4 Nm repeat on the other side camshaft installing the camshafts assembling the rocker arms lube the tappets installing the rocker arms torque to 1.2 Nm lubricate the valvetrain install the valve covers assembling the water pump install the starter motor install the starter gear / flywheel combo torque to 2 Nm install the intake plenum install the carburetors install the air filter install the exhaust headers install the timing belt pulleys synchronize the pulleys install the timing belt torque everything down to spec recheck the timing install the glow plugs hey come back ran out of fuel
