I Bought an INSANELY Fast Jet Boat From New Zealand... Carbon Fiber, Aluminum, and A LOT of Power!!!

foreign [Music] YouTube channel all right guys we have made it back to Washington State all the way up here the farthest place from Florida possible because this year we're gonna be doing some more Sprint boat racing we did last year with the Jolly Roger screw and it was amazing it was a little tough you know using a borrowed boat I didn't want to mess up whoever's boat I was borrowing and you know sharing and all that and stuff so I finally bought a Sprint boat it was not easy to find we bought this boat from Sprint tech in New Zealand used put it in a container and shipped it all the way to the United States so we're gonna do a race about a month ago the boat didn't come in in time luckily it just got here our good friends from Rogers racing you know Ryan Rogers that we just did the jet boat trip with he went to the Seattle Port got our boat pulled it out of the container ran it fired it up that's all that he's done so we haven't ripped this thing so we're about to see it for the first time we just walked up I got a Mountain Dew rat put on it already you got a Mountain Dew look up here we got Rogers Motors you know McFarland racing we got our numbers we got spicy Spence navigating and then we got Zach here too as crew chief get to work on a new boat yeah you never worked on a boat with a V8 yeah all right let's pull this cover off see how tall the cage is that's because it's custom yeah Us giraffe people did you just look back here dude look at this pump oh my God that's the size of a pump for a big old that looks like the ones we went through we're gonna get it unbuttoned and we're gonna do a quick lift off that light nice oh look at the carbon dude [Music] holy crap you see the seats brother holy cow you're laying down in those things golly holy smokes dude look at my foot holster oh you do have a foot holster dude look at your pedal your pedal style so the other boat we were borrowing it was a little sketch how close our head was to the bar in case we do roll over so when I got in touch with sprintec I was like hey guys we need a really tall roll cage they said no problem they built a custom roll cage you know normally they put the same cages all the Sprint deck boats they built us a custom one so that when we're in here we should have enough Headroom which I've been really worried about oh these are tight oh brother dude oh dude still is is like pretty tight but that's definitely good I think that's actually perfect with your helmet on let's just started that way hips in there bud we should have started that way we are laying in here this is such a seating change look at how long they made this too okay so I got uh electronic reverse bucket forward starter that probably shuts it off and then this is ignition and then you guys oh is there a scramble button look at my feet restraint yeah that way you don't kick his pedal dude and then I've got a little thing too for mine you've got a hot foot that is crazy oh so you can yank it back yeah I probably just shot oh that hurts [Laughter] her fuel spray in there I hope it's got some 99s in it dude back here we got uh yeah I know Carbon Fiber this is a super light boat you know this boat was fully set up like I said we bought a used this thing was already a race boat and a guy kind of bought a new boat and had it as a secondary that's kind of how we ended up with it we got 408 Dart Block naturally aspirated carbureted deal and you know that's per the rules for the class we're gonna be running it's a dry sump so you know you got no oil starvation obviously you pull a lot of G's making turns out here here's our pump look at that carbon dude look at that a lot of carbon brother a lot of carbon got it nice dude that's crazy that's a nice bucket dude big upgrade this thing is going to be fast well it's gonna start it up she is ready to rip up this is what lets it grip in the water you know our dead boats are smooth our our riverboats this thing literally has knives yeah it is look down here straight up knives brother cutting into the water oh here's the company logo Sprint tech all right so we're gonna hook up to the side by side now big thanks to Ryan Rogers for bringing it out here for us and uh he's gonna be kind of helping us get this thing to races because obviously we don't live here in Washington or Idaho so we're gonna just uh put some fuel in it go over the ramp right now and fire it up for the first time see what it sounds like cause we got a race you know tomorrow for the first time and we don't get any practice for us leave all this snazzy stuff on here Zach I think so right I think let's just cover the electronics yeah it's got an MSD mag under there I need the mag to get soaking wet yeah you guys know what you're doing yeah is it fit dude look at this look at the Quality on the trailer oh wow bro oh she's clean brother dude I think we got C7 Wheels on the trailer the trailer is coolest thing about this thing guys hope you're amped up it's worked out perfect we found a used boat that fits our needs and we actually made it happen so we'll be Sprint boat racing All Year brother check out the track dude what do you it's all said and done you have like a little burnout pit over there for when you're done but there we go yeah yeah you're good hey Zach you know I just noticed pre-dented oh yeah we had a couple on the other side pre-dense brother that's what I like to see they said it's a dent in scratch unit you know just like everything else we have not too bad but you pour some fuel down there I'm gonna pull it off just in case we have to so we're ready to do it let's put a little splash down there you know yeah [Music] hey [Music] brother that is so Snappy dude that thing is choppy food right it'll take this whole side by side it's super Snappy super Snappy this thing definitely got down it's got the hell yeah bro behind it you know it's just she's ready to shoot dude sounds good we're either gonna crash or win damn what are you doing what a unit accomplishing I'm so glad we fit dude that's what I was worried about oh yeah we do have to put some seat belts in it no big deal in wrist restraints we gotta just do a couple things yeah yeah we'll get it dialed in not too bad to check everything over we'll switch out the seat belts we'll check out some brand new ones with us we gotta go grab some fuel other than that we're freaking uh ready to rip yeah it sounds like it was ready to give you guys reference how low the seat is with a normal human in it there's Zach feeling low in there bud yeah team meeting bring it in if something happens and it's that final day we need to spice it up I brought us something all right down here checking out the track we don't have the rotation yet but as you can see it's looking dialed here at extreme sports park let me jump up here you go see the track goes all the way down there this is gonna be sick boys stopping by the Jolly Rogers set up got a freaking unit dude new boat yes holy crap it's a that's a unit right there and you're doing unlimited now unlimited class back in the unlimited class okay all right just over a thousand horsepower and I am excited to see this boat run brother also guys I want to give a shout out to Project prime for reason the rap but the boys at Dynamic designs which is a Wrap Shop up in Idaho by the Roger shop they did the wrap and it turned out pretty killer and I love the hell yeah brother on the wing she looks good all right so for this weekend we'll be running number two the whole weekend you come out and start One Two Eleven around here nine eight around here six five then up to 14 10 4 14 9 12 2 3 10 9 13 5 4 10 9 8 out the finish what can go wrong [Music]
