I Became A Pro Keeper For 7 Days

for the next 7 days I'll be living like a professional goalkeeper and at the end of the week I must play in a real life football match in goal so I needed to gain experience quick for day one I hired the best goalkeeper on YouTube Big John now I brought out Big John as I have seen him make some amazing saves all over YouTube and if I was going in goal I needed to learn how to become a professional goalkeeper in literally 7 days so Dr was going to help me with this how are you bro I'm BL man how you you did you ready you ready to get this working I will turn you Pro in one day you don't even need the other days one day that's all you did say swear swear all where how old are you me um I'm 18 okay about make a week so big John was about to run me through an elite goalkeeper session now guys I had no clue that goalkeepers actually warmed up properly I thought all they did was just jumping goal and save a few shots but John showed me a different perspective of goalkeepers first up we did a few warmup drills just to help loosen up the legs and the arms all right coach what we working on today man listen let's be honest when you're going to good goal yeah everybody knows you're not a goalkeeper so they're going to be taking shots from a distance against you and who's who's the best guy to teach you about how to save some long shots it's right exactly so I'll show you exactly how it's done and then I need you to recreate that basically so I was going to take six shots against Big John and I needed to learn his saving technique as a lot of people are going to be taking long shots against me I need to work out the the best way to save it now after my first shot I knew this wasn't going to be easy right great stop oh like work a hey Eman come on man I need one top bins like I need to actually challenge myself just giving me easy shots right now perfect so that's not what you do that's what it is you don't do that now out of six shots Big John managed to save five of was completed now that session my friends was horrible now for day two I had a rest and for day three it is time to improve on our fundamentals today I'll be going up against kayn Martin right ladies jump that was a very very high jump it's going to take a lot for kin to try and beat that and here we go it is kin's attempt to do the jump he jumps up and oh it's all right now after comparing both of our jump tests it was clear to see that that I had the higher vertical which is very great as I'm not a goalkeeper now for challenge two both me and Caleb will go in goal for shots against Sava and for me now that my third day is complete we went to the gym for day four and for day five I hired a brand new goalkeeper coach he is Melvin Melvin is a brilliant goalkeeper who has featured on soccer am before he's also played to a super high standard level in football and he's going to help me with my close range shooting I'm going up against kin and kid Ronaldo if kid Ronaldo can score more 1 V
