all right guys check this stuff out for the all-wheel drive system we went with the hub city performance kit comes with this rear billet bracket diff mount the trailing arms and 4x100 with their spherical rear trailing arm bushings right there um for the tow stuff we went with the pro car innovations rear toe link kit all spherical as well and we went with their spherical camber adjustment parts here as well for axles we did the 500 horsepower insane shaft axles they are both equal length since this centers the differential in the car and is what is what makes the axles equal length basically these are their lower control arms from hub city they're offset so that the axle stays away from the shock these are their street arms look really nice really beefy throw a nice powder coated black [Music] they real real good and last but not least the beautiful differential done by trustful i'm on instagram at trustlab he rebuilds these i sent this to him it was in really bad condition he rebuilt it using all new seals oem seals bearings set the preload on on everything how it's supposed to be powder coated it uh to match the car on this side powder coated it on this side as well you do the erp hardware magnetic fill and drain plugs so that's super nice and a dash 4 vent on the top so you can run the line wherever you would like so you could vent the top of the differential out to whatever you'd like all this stuff should fit in the car really nice in the back um everything back here doesn't have rubber bushings at all it's all spherical just like in the front so the car should handle very very nice and all this stuff is it's all top of the line really nice stuff so it should be real nice so let's get to installing it [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] all right so we got the trillion arms in on both sides and both of the struts in on both sides but now i got a cut here in the center right here from here to here to get the differential to fit i have to cut a little bit on the top as well just to get the differential to go to tuck up in there i'm kind of i'm going to mock up the rear brace right now just to see where i need to cut and then i'm going to cut that section out and try to get the differential up in there [Music] [Music] so i just kind of had to cut this huge hole in the car right here in order to get the dip to tuck up in there right here right here i think i'm gonna have to cut farther along here [Music] yeah there's a bar that goes across right here that you have to weld a bracket to the top and then it's got these two brackets we go through the factory holes right here it's not really in place right now but we go through there go through here and then there's a spacer that sits inside here so when you tighten it it doesn't crush the subframe on the top there [Music] something like that and they send you brand new oem honda bolts that go all the way through the plate to the lower control arm and to the back here so you can get this all [Music] all right so another cool thing about these mounts is six mounting points and i go through oem bolt holes this guy right here this guy and the lower control arm bolt hole so and then you can just put the nuts on in the back that top one's kind of hard to see everything lined up grab we've got a light real quick put the nuts on that it's got really nice spacers that go in the back that space it out real nice that's kind of how it looks when it's all installed all right so we got the diff up in here cut all that stuff probably gonna cut right there a little bit just to make a little bit more clearance that's how it's looking pound it up in there there is a plate that goes here bar that goes across goes well into the frame here and on this side looks like that'll work it's kind of what it looks like all mounted up i still got to do the bolts that go through the bottom here so there's already a hole in the bottom you just have to drill through the top to put the bolt nut and bolt in like that without the exhaust without the exhaust she's a giggler all right so we got this whole cut so we can fit this bracket up here it's going to go up quite a bit kind of like that just so we can fit the bar right here and next we're going to drill these holes through put the spacers in between the frame subframe there on both sides get everything snugged up push the differential up so it sits as high as we can get it just so the axle alignment is the best and the diff is highest from the ground and then after that we will weld the bar get the bar up in here weld the plates onto the frame rail on both sides and and then the different will be finished up we can put the axles in and then hopefully get an engine in it soon so we can measure from here to the viscous and then from the biscuits to the trans so we can get a measurement and send the draft shaft out to be made [Music] um [Music] [Applause] got him let me show you a little bit just roll it one again yeah [Music] all right let's see what this thing can do [Music] [Music] so that was a little better yeah here let me let me try it again uphill all right you got all the hooks [Music] [Applause] [Music] to get it to slide up in there [Music] but i have to put these plates in the side right here i'm gonna weld these plates inside there on the frame just to strengthen it up a little bit so i got to take maybe an eighth of an inch off each side to get these plates to slide in there get these in there mark it for so i can clean around it so i can weld well well the plate to this this side hold the plate to that side and then we can load the bar to the bracket i won't get a [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] all right so we got the plates tacked to the barb right there got attacked to the mount right there and this side got a pretty good one and on this side and i'm going to pull this whole bar out weld it weld this completely this all the way around this all the way around and then we'll get it back in here and get it welded to the car and that pretty much completes it for the diff mount i'm probably going to hit all this with some rust-oleum undercoating just to make it all nice and making that rust and then we'll make a cap for the top so it's covered back up and we can throw the axles in and continue with the driveline [Music] [Applause] [Music] uh [Music] you guys are about to street race you gonna leave on three honks or whatever i think i think the pole but if you go all the way back to the pole yeah but scoot all the way back to the dirt now you don't believe in me all right they're going to rerun it it was a tie go burn out this time got this bar welded up did three stitches on this side four stitches on this side and got both sides fully welded [Music] and i also got these sides get it back in the car [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] so all right so this is my template for the differential cover that we're going to build a 14 gauge steel in the back we're gonna weld it in uh i'm gonna drill two holes in the top right here here and here to get to the two bolts that are on the top of the diff just in case if we have to service it you can get to those two bolts right there i was thinking about putting it on a like a hinge system um we might still do that we'll see but in order to make it look clean and factory we're just going to weld it in and uh and then paint all this with under coating to make it look clean um yeah i got this big four by four piece of 14 gauge mild steel so we could make it for it and i have to plasma cut it yeah after that should look pretty factory all right so i got this thing all marked out on here kind of looks like a chicken um i think i'm gonna mark it all right here and then i'm gonna try to bend it right here along these two lines to try to make it one solid piece and then right here all the way across to see if i can make it all in one piece if not i'll just cut them off and i'll weld it no big deal and then i'll weld it all up in the car and coat it up see what it looks like [Music] me [Music] me [Music] all right so i got this plate cut out right here we just gotta bend it here here and here and then we go test fit and see if it fits anything freddy think it'll fit oh yeah hopefully oh yeah i'm gonna go put this on the vice and bend it real quick and see give it a quick test fit and see how it'll fit it wasn't really that hard to cut with the grinder honestly um it's only a 14 gauge so it's not super thick see if that works [Music] three [Music] yeah i got her all welded up and now he's got to clean up around it and hold it to the car and drill a couple holes paint it and that'll be it it's pretty good [Music] all right we've got those access holes cut and it's kind of hard to see the bolts down in there but there and cut you can see there's the bolt there and there's a bolt there you can see them both right there time to clean this up and get it all welded in [Music] all right guys just got this thing fully welded [Music] inside the bottom it's looking pretty good now we just got to paint all this uh so it looks nice and nice and uniform uh paint the bottom of the car with the same undercoating and tighten up the diff mount and tighten up the diff and all the rear stuff will be done put the axles in and all that will be done [Music] oh is they might just got this all undercoated it's looking good just to keep that i made for it that's nice it's time to get all this stuff back in here [Music] all right so that's going to be it for this video guys and we will be building the engine and possibly some roll cage stuff so stay tuned like and subscribe if you want to see more content on this all wheel drive build and follow boost by gear performance on facebook too we have a facebook page so check that out and we'll see you guys next time thanks for watching bye
