How To Verify Validity Of Email Addresses

hey guys francis here with the brim facto and in this video i'm going to show you quickly how to verify the validity of emails so if you've been collecting the emails for your email list and you want to know um if they are valid or if they are still active this is how you go about it and it's important that you do this because you don't want to be sending emails to inactive email addresses especially if you're using a paid email marketing tool this can cause some issues in your account and even you can even get um banned from your account so i'm going to be using the software known as leo patio something like that so you want to go to the website i'll leave a link in the description to this website and once you are here you have to create an account as you can see here i have already created my account just basic um sign up process email address your username and your password and you have an account so once you have your account set up the next thing you want to do is click on the verify email tab and you will get to this page where you can now upload your email list so take note that you can only upload a csv file or a txt file if you have your email in a spreadsheet you can just copy all of the emails and copy them into a text file and save that text file i have already done that so i'm going to click on choose file so there is a txt file that i have i prefer to use txt for this purpose and now i'm going to click on validate after it's been successfully uploaded so now it says list added in queue for processing and if i scroll down you can see that the status is progressing and i can click on results to also see where it's at i just clicked on result and you can see it's still progressing it's going to take a while depending on the number of emails that you have in the list so i have about 22 emails in this list so so you could take a few minutes for this to finish running and give me back a result after a while i refresh this page and now my results are here you can see it says a valid email is 22 and there are no spam emails um no domain invalid and um role emails everything is in the green so i have a pretty solid email list here so that's exactly how you check the validity of your email addresses that's it for this video guys check out this next video to learn how to send bulk emails using gmail
