in this video I show you how to remove a green screen on cap cut if you're new to the Channel please go down below and consider subscribing and once you've done that please go down below and consider leaving a like and let's go and get straight into this guide the first thing you need to do is open up capca and the second thing you need to do is either open up an existing project or go and create a new one and it's important to note that you need to have some background footage and then you go and add the green screen on top of it because of course removing the green screen and once you remove it it's just going to be a transparent background so you want something behind it ideally so I'm going to go and create a new project and go and find some background video I want to Overlay the green screen on top of so I've just gone and create a new project and this is the clip I want to go and overlay the green screen on top of so now once you've done this all you now need to do is come to the bottom row of options and go and tap on overlay Nexus stickers just here and then go and tap add overlay just like so and your camera roll open and what you then need to do is going to select the video which you want to go and remove the green screen of so make sure you have it saved to a camera roll and here we are I've now imported it and here it is and as you can see it's a butterfly flying in and there it is but what I want to firstly do is make this slightly bigger and then what you need to do is come to the preview and then you can go and pinch it just like so and as you can see it's now zooming in and I want to be about that size and as you can see when I scroll along you can then go and see the butterfly come right in which is how I want to and then make sure the clip is selected and scroll along here until you can go into the auction for cutout which is just here then go and tap on that and as you can see you've got three different options and because we've got a green screen we can just go and use chroma key so go and tap on chroma key just like so and then you need to go and select the color of which you want to go and remove and then once you've gone and selected the color you need to go and tap on intensity and as you can see at the moment it's in zero and as I go and increase it it's going to go and remove the um green background so you probably want it pretty much all the way up and then you can also go and add a shadow if you'd like as well so you can try that and see if you like it I'm going to keep it off and out and then go and press the tick and there we go we've now gone a successfully green screen so now when I go and play it back as you can see you can see the Butterfly fly in and then it's going to do some sort of flying around on the camera and then it's going to go fly back off and that's literally it and now all I'm going to do is make sure they finish both at the same time so I'm going to go and split this top clip and go and delete it and there we go I've now finished this and we can go and save it by clicking on the export button in the top right and shirt of whoever we'd like if you found this guide useful please go down below and consider leaving a like peace
