How to Transfer Pictures from PC to iOS

if you store your photos all on your computer you might find yourself wishing you could get them on your iPhone or iPad to be able to easily share them when you meet up with your friends and family the easiest way to move photos from PC to iOS isn't super obvious but we're here to help you through the process I'm Jessica from tech boomers comm in this video I'll be showing you how to transfer pictures from PC to iPhone or iPad now let's get started the easiest way to move photos from PC to iOS devices is using the iCloud software for Windows it's free to use and makes it easy to wirelessly transfer photos to your iPhone or iPad while there are other software options available we'd recommend sticking to this one made by Apple to avoid any risk of compromising your privacy or personal information the first step to transferring photos from PC to iOS with iCloud is to enable iCloud photo library on your iOS device open your iOS settings scroll down and tap photos then tap the switch labeled iCloud photo library to enable the feature when the switch is green the feature has been enabled now you can download the iCloud software on your PC to do this open your web browser and search download iCloud for Windows then click the link to the iCloud download page click the blue download button to begin downloading the software when the download is complete click on it to run the Installer once you've installed iCloud click the start button in the bottom left corner then click iCloud to launch the software sign into the same Apple ID account you use on your iOS device in the photo section of the iCloud window click options click the checkbox beside iCloud photo library and my photo stream to enable the features click done then click apply to confirm now you can upload photos from your computer to iCloud and they will be automatically synced to your iOS device to do this click the upwards arrow icon at the bottom of your screen then click the iCloud icon click upload photos in the small window that pops up find the folder where you store pictures on your computer select the photos you'd like to transfer to select multiple images hold down the control button on your keyboard then click each photo to select it when you're done selecting photos click open wait a few minutes for the photos to be uploaded to iCloud and be synced to your iOS device then open up the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad to see the photos you transferred that's all it takes to transfer photos from PC to iOS devices thanks for watching if you found this video helpful we'd love it if you'd hit the thumbs up button below check out Tec boomers comm for over a hundred free courses on all of today's most popular websites and apps
