How to Solo vs Trio in Hunt: Showdown (Episode #1 - Shotgun)

hello everyone this video is going to be about solo gameplay and it's gonna be pure full video where I'm playing and trying to explain the things I do and what inside my mind so hopefully this can help you understand some things when I'm playing because sometimes I don't say them out loud but there is a lot of stuff to think about when you play and especially when you are Solo you need to be way more careful than if you play in a team videos like this might have multiple series because there is multiply that you can play the solo but I think there is two best loadouts to play the solo is either play with the shotgun or play with a sniper you can play with rifles as well but if you don't have great aim you really cannot out time everyone but with a shotgun or a sniper well you can get yourself through a huge advantage against enemy players and probably win so today it's gonna be about the shotgun and let's use the shotgun Loadout that I think is probably the best in a Solo against Trio okay so let me get the hunter I'm gonna get the reaper because why not and I got lucky I got Necromancer well honestly if you play solo Necromancer is must have but you should play like you don't have it you know you should never rely on it so for a Loadout honestly you can play any shotgun except Romero Romero is nice and all but it's only one shot right and if you're gonna play sword against Rios you need something faster could play Alamo but if they all push you you're still going to do anything so this match I think I'll go classic and just take a rival you don't want to take any special honestly arrival as it is pretty good and secondary would be probably uppercut it's a pocket rifle and probably the best secondary to shotgun but to make this Loadout accessible to more people I'll choose something cheaper so bags with FMJ it's like pocket uppercut honestly so for tools I got knuckle knife medkit those are must-have no matter what loaded you play and I decided to take Deco fuses to show you how to play them because not many people play them and Consulting a bombed it can help in certain situations where you can put traps under window people build inside them and you're gonna kill them easily with shot as a last resort regen shot for a constant heal stamina shot for being fast which is very important if you are a solo and Flash bump for also Last Resort if I get pushed and 9 to 57 it should be guaranteed win so do you want to play against dual sir Trails I recommend playing trios if you play against Duos like this yes it's probably easier to clutch 1v2 but you need to keep in mind there is more teams on the map right so there is high chance to get Ambush hurricanes to get third party and if you extract with the Bounty from a Duo game your bonus is 250. but if you do it in Trio game your bonus is 500 so videos are probably easier because there is overall less teams and you can third party them and also the reward is way bigger so let's play trios okay so I loaded in it's double bus which is probably the best if you play solo because you know you can take Bounty and you know which other teams behind and this one in godart which is good as you can see extractions are here you should also always play based on the extractions for example if you spawn here and there is no extractions around and the boss is here well I would really ignore it and go for other bosses see if that you know need to do this location because if I had a solo and you pick up the Bounty you can see on the map so you are easy target two three okay let's take the first glue and my playstyle is based on radiation movement and speed I would say that number one thing that's making me like win solo games is being fast and unexpected so um it's fine it's fine okay no team here a small battery so I'm gonna go there okay it doesn't matter we are fast doesn't matter we are losing health you need to be careful so I don't get sniped about should be fine I'm not sure if someone is there well just keep running always remember that defending is easier than attacking especially when you are Solo so if someone if someone vanishes in a buzz lighter that's gonna be a very hard time for you even even a shotgun it's gonna be a hard time so you want to try to find the boss first gonna kill the boss fast and defend okay I'm assuming if the team spawned here they probably took the clue and moved on to Iron Works so that's why I'm not healing it's a risk but honestly I don't even remember last time when something like this happened and I just died you know and usually you can see people or repeat them before they shoot you soon just keep looking keep listening okay it's not taken so let's continue there was some shooting in Iron Works though so I'll need to find a medpit there is usually a couple of spawns like this [Applause] can they run and that's good foreign if you see the boss banishing far away that's good because it splits the server all right so if you are gonna go for another boss there is the last teams to fight for you and as a solo you always want to extract with a single token don't risk it honestly because the bonus is Plus 500. you don't want to do much noise when you're running but well that's unfortunate okay the Bounty bonus is 500. which is basically I think it's very similar to extracting with four bounties as a trail honestly Bradley okay so we heard level or something longer rifle keep that in mind we are moving around Sparks you know remember about the weapons people use and it can help you a lot I got Necromancer but I'm not pledged I don't have any pledge marks so I need to keep in mind that if I die I'm just that you know I have only one life empty Beetle that could help us one they're underrated honestly huh there is two horses I don't oh this one is dead when we are close to the bustler you don't want to scare anything because then the people will look at your oh is there you could try to shoot her is healing so probably in the fight okay if they are fighting I got someone there as well I think that the guy saw me well I wanted to rotate around sneak inside the bustler but I don't know if those guys fighting or what are they doing let's try to go around then Rose there I guess I'll just cross okay that's inside the bustler what's the level honestly I think I could use the beetle here to see if someone's in the red house because that's where I wanna go oh I lost my video today well I wasn't sure if that was at me so so I guess it's two teams are some solo guy I don't know where's my Beetle did it fall like here oh I did nice okay let's check the house there is someone I don't think so okay this didn't pick up the bounty those guys will pick up anyway so I don't need to be quiet anymore you wanna stay quiet but you know if they know about you with a scan it doesn't matter okay let's see more they are fighting but I'm wondering about the Sparks if it's like Soul or something not him anyway okay so shotgun bags yeah how's the time to push as well you always want to try to search party if you play solo and check for traps yeah I think they finished fighting though [Applause] need to be careful here you always want them to push you because you're a shotgun right and always try to pick from left side like I do now who they are fighting still right not good not good that need to change position again are below now what is coming up do you think when it's outside so I can use this who's this guy it's trios but those guys I don't want to anyone else outside so I use the advantage and I just push it you know where can I speak I think that's it honest yeah that's it but there must be the solo sniper somewhere which I'm scared of but as you can see I use the advantage to third party I use the advantage of being solo against solo I mean one against one because every time people separate you wanna push you know that's your time so when I heard her outside I pushed this guy inside and yeah he don't know foreign but we got one thousand a hundred dollars so that was worth it honestly so I'm gonna play the same loadout except I can you know now that I have some trades I can put up the stamina shirt because there is trade called conduit which does the same thing as stamina shot but for one clue you got five minutes of stamina and you know you can pick up three Clues so it's probably better so instead of this you can take another flash pump or you can take sticky bump if you don't want to do the bosses and you get ambushed sticky bump is very useful get my favorite trade doubtless doctor is probably very good but you can also take some quiet streets like light food technical is much neat honestly and for three points well I got the Necromancer so I should probably take resilience because if you play store on Necromancer residence is the best trade but again I'm gonna play like I don't have it because you should always play if you die you are fully dead okay you don't know if it's gonna stay in the game so if you're watching this guide months after the release it might not be in the game anymore so I'm gonna try to play without the tears oh another double boss that's perfect and yeah this is the example as you can see the extractions here if I spawn down here and there is no extractions on this bus I'll just go to other bus because as a solo you don't want to cross the map solo because you're gonna get sniped so I have good spawn I'm gonna go for the boss on desire this boss is probably useless for me but let's see Spider-Man picture as well so I can both use sticky on that's good and again I'll do the same play try to get the clues for stamina and try to be fast find the boss first and then defend of course this one here is like very common spawn fights so check the left side usually if you don't see anyone Crossing since there is no one it could be you know there could be Afghan spawn or light spawn it's always like look at the left side there seems good foreign so now based on the map out shootings we'll see where we go Lawson that's obvious I could go to Golden or Adam but in both compounds I'll get one clue and the boss is gonna shrink to this area because as you can see here it cannot shrink like this like this it couldn't be anywhere here it's gonna shrink to this corner so probably Goddard blank or more battery or it could be lost in as well so it's useless pointless to go through those compounds let's go to Blossom get the double clue and continue to Rebus oh there I scared the crows it's fine though you can scare crows on the start of the game the bad thing when you want to make noise is you don't want to make noise like after you know after someone banishes or when you're pushing the boss of people shooting there because I restart no one can catch you right if you are fast enough no one can catch you but later on people are everywhere on the map you didn't use the advantage that people spawn on the edge and you know be fast be the first and then you don't have to fight anyone until the boss but there was this black again let me just get the cruise though you wanna try to pick up the clues just for the stamina maybe it's more battery then oh this one is taken they probably went from this point straight here still could be here but I don't think so but they listen to the gunshots shotgun conversion piston or packs I think two small batteries I think it's two teams there though so I can I should use it and try to get advantage try to surpartum but now let me try to make use of the decoy physics like last night I didn't use them because I don't really use them but I'm gonna make separated Twitter on them because they are very good man no one uses them so that makes it very good because no one will expect it and they will always think it's dynamite yeah one team is outside on that side so I'm gonna go from right side that's a slate I have people in front that must be the Lawson team then I'm not sure if they know about me oh they don't honestly I would let them push and then push behind them when they fight the other team let's go hey there in the holder [Applause] okay I hope they're gonna push the bustler team I think it's like three teams there honestly this one I can kill there we go she stood still easy headshot I'm gonna go around though good loot as well see where he is I can't see him so I'm gonna push again and people are dying so when there is scales I always try to sneak inside a bustler and just wait you know no one is gonna expect that they don't have the scan so sneaking in also by the way when you hear the sound you need to know that everyone knows server here is sound as well so you should use it and like move faster you know not too many people do that but it's actually very good I think they're outside and below so what I can do just wait you know I'll just wait here and let them fight We're not gonna come back for the Bounty I can easily kill them probably I could play straps as well but I don't have the trait that makes it quiet so I'm not gonna reveal my position let's just wait here pretty sure I don't know I'm just who's left side speaking that's a very big difference but another team inside I have shotguns it's gonna be difficult foreign well right now to be game over but thanks to me I got necro which I don't want to use but if you have it just use it you know there is no way they're gonna I got killed by 166 meters guys spark sniper oh here we go there is a sparknapper okay there is no way they know I'm solo because they killed two guys from the enemy team so they think we are true so just wait get outside foreign foreign oh my God let's go nice nice so the guy disconnected I think yeah he disconnected now downstairs foreign use of the decoy I found a one shot let's save it you know there we go there we go well the solo necro just clutched the game for me now but yeah that is the solo sniper so I'm gonna try to find someone with some longer more rifle regular weapon yeah that's my own trip like apricot Crown just for the money he's on the bridge I think I could go for a guy in the tower because that one had Martini or something so I could take that also could be Spike sniper and Tower as well I could probably just extract but if that's the last planet alive and there is you know double bounty it's maybe worth the risk honestly it's only one player okay let's try I see her unlucky well now there is no point to risk it anymore as well so let me just go extract missing two bar seconds longer is pointless you're just gonna die you're gonna get one hit at 150 meters good body shot seven kills actually good game this was the solo snapper this is the oh that's the trio that I saw behind like the one with the tower yeah this is the random team cool nice game I could do one more because I'm gonna show you how to play when you defending the boss I'm gonna get more massive trades like those doctor and one trade point I could actually get poacher place and his arm traps quietly so I could place the traps inside the bustler without them heating let me get sticky as well fire and again double boss small boss big boss I'm gonna go for a big boss I guess it was in a small and there is no extractions see where the big one is and yeah I'm playing the same loadout same trades just some new ones we'll do it of course let's do the same thing Rush the cruise try to rush the boss and see what happens in the spawn attack no one I have four clutch marks so I could get the shadow trade or I have to ignore me but I'm pretty sure this one is not gonna stay in the game maybe the song Necromancer could stay in the game but the death cheat and Shadow perk that one there are two game changing and I don't think they fit any game anyways so let me just get a Clues Saturday solo but it's fine no need some time I can RS I have to go prison because there's gonna be double clue two crews in one location oh I can make almost I want but I just need to keep moving if you're making noise and you are slow you will hundred percent get ambushed people like to follow sounds oh they're the boss could be winderm it could be Lumber could be suitable pork treadle and more it can be it's on the edge of the cutout thing so it's gonna be one of those three compounds I'm pretty sure yeah it's right here Mercury just for the extra stamina then I can stick it the boss and yeah you'll see some defending finally oh okay try to listen from where problem from that side oh okay Lumber Lumber side prison is actually very good for a shotgun so foreign there could be Bellow here you know or that that side as well every time you play solo you don't want them to hit you first you know because then they can wait and Ambush you I'm just playing slowly to try and listen ER on the location of enemies number one thing play solo so I'm sure they'll come from here probably this side or could use the new way here I do two teams as well actually it's coming here just scan the boss either foreign she has access to the bustler and one is still inside here and the third one I have no idea I could try to do this where is she okay everyone is pushing here so let's play with Combat X oh my God foreign placement and listening to the sounds knowing where they're coming from I lost everyone though yeah foreign [Music] [Music] again time to finish now just wait listen for the sounds so it should be fine here for now come on waiting for the poison I vanished so I should get full HP I think I got the buck with Panama poison oh no oh the game is bucked and I have permanent poison now can I heal somehow well I think that's GG I could try to kill myself and revive see if that helps but uh I think to fix this I need to get poisoned again so okay there are some hives here I hope that's gonna fix it [Applause] and I wouldn't wear the saw I hope it's gonna be fixed please oh it's gonna stay even longer right with the worst effect oh my God I made it even worse okay I guess I'll kill myself in game okay let's say I was in the fight and enemy is hellfire so I'm missing a bar so now I wanted to play very careful because when you're missing a bar some wrestler when you're missing about you are the one tab to all long armor rifles except better you are one type to medium ammo at close range battle and Springfield and of course shotguns can one tap you way easier so I need to play way more safe you lose the bar but they didn't pick up yet so I'm gonna push in it's always better to fight inside a compound pretty shotgun yeah now this happened would be nice okay I don't think they are inside a compound like bustler they are playing it very safe yeah just the Sparks if I need go replace those sneaky traps here once they're starting to push okay they have Sparks which is the best weapon for one tapping people if they're missing bar let's go okay you wanna try to make enemies shoot make them reveal their weapons so you know what you're against both of my concertinas are destroyed I solo here we go I don't know what was he doing they're pushing now good evening to this I don't really want to pick I could just Nate randomly they're still in dress so now that I have light food I can reposition I can jump quietly so they probably won't even know I'm here because I'm you know I have the silent jumps look simple as that lightweight moment let me just do this I think I'll push through the fire he pushed and he's burning look yeah awesome mistake I started the flash so if they don't dress it should be over GG is rising now [Music] if I just do this yeah it's over is always like GG you know if you can Flash someone in 1v1 you 90 of time you you're gonna win but yeah this was a good example of using the decoys using the plates that you have the light food and the flash bomb and this is exactly how you should play with the shotguns play it safe you know if you are missing a bar do not pick them unless you know you are safe to pick okay again good game a good single bounty which is gonna be another one thousand something dollars level 49. almost Now 50 hunter in three games which is very nice also again 7 kills let me see in three team one errors the first team and those guys extracted well that was a good example of how to play
