How to Share Apple Music with Family

so guys how do you share Apple music with your family and there are some things you should definitely know before we begin so let's get to that first of all the price is no longer gonna be 9.99 so it's not going to be 10 bucks instead you're gonna have to pay 15 bucks for the family plan of course you're gonna have to pay more but it includes more people so it's obviously worth it and you can get get it to work for up to six people including you so you and five others what you'll need for it is obviously an Apple ID and also you're gonna need at least a device with iOS 8 which I don't think would be really a problem since we have IOS 16 already okay to set it up is basically very simple because here in my settings you can already see that my family is right there but if not click on your name right here so you're gonna get this section and stuff and here you have your iCloud media and purchases find my and family share ink in case you do not have it available here you're going to be able to create the family sharing so you pretty much just turn it on and add the first person at least two people have to be in enough sharing system so here you add um as many people as you want for me I can still add a new members and at the button here for it is at the top right there so click on this and it's gonna allow you to add a new person in here and this are these are the options you can create an invite for others to join or create a secondary child account in case you have a child chances are that you don't want them to have their own adult Apple ID but just like in child account which you can log into a different iPhone and that iPhone can be used with that a simpler version of Apple ID let's say you most likely want to create an invite so you're going to tap on it like this and now you can share it with iCloud through messages or or airdrop email whatever you want to use there are all the regular sharing options but probably one of the best ways for me is to do it in a person because a lot of times you are in a close contact with your family members or with the per with the people you want to share it with so invited person is really simple because if you tap on it it's going to get to this page and the other person can simply log in with their Apple ID on my device so they just want to type in their email address used for Apple ID the password and stuff and they click on ADD it click on the next and after they're done they're going to be part of my family list right here so it's going to be very simple and I can add them right here the next thing you got to do is to manage the subscription so click on here as you are here in the family section still click on the subscriptions and you can see apple music shared by you so I am the organizer of the group sort of and this is the subscription which I my family can use so this is how I can use it but in my section in my own personal section I can tap on a subscription right there in the Apple ID section wait for it to load up and I have access to all of my active and past subscriptions which I use but these are my personal subscriptions these are not a family all these are not all family you can see only the Apple music is family related and those others are simply my personal ones also one very important setting which you should have enabled is in your personal section and tap on the subscriptions and once all of the active and recent inactive subscriptions pop up you need to scroll down all the way to the bottom and here is a share with the family so if I zoom it in you can see eligible subscriptions will automatically be shared with your family once you have this setup you probably want to have it enabled because that means that if you subscribe to Apple arcade or family version of pretty much any app then you're gonna to be able to share it automatically with others and all of the other members in your family will have the access to it easily without doing anything so that's also cool but back in the family section in the subscriptions you can even click on the iCloud and a show Apple subscriptions and subscriptions for a family so if you click on subscriptions for family it's going to get you to the App Store to a section where all of the apps you can see right here are available for your family and like the uh popular options you can get to awarding so this is how it works once the other person is at it in your family and they are part of the list right here of your family on the iPhone you're just gonna have to wait like you have the internet connection ready and open up the music it should like welcome you here so there should be like a welcome page you are part of the family now and all that and click on continue and all the stuff and you have like a blank account which is part of my family sharing so that means that you can use the music normally create your own a playlist create your own albums whatever you want to do if it doesn't affect the other users it doesn't affect me as long as I as the organizer pay for it you're gonna have access to Apple music family subscription you don't have to pay anything you don't have to like confirm it each month or anything like that you just use your Apple music as long as the organizer pays for it so it's really simple and that's how you can add other people that's how you can use it plus one more option I want to talk about is the Apple One subscription which also includes the uh Apple music it's included in the package and the apple one for one family costs 30 dollars a month which may seem like a lot but you also have the Apple arcade there I believe the news some iCloud subscription so you have like a one package for all the stuff you may want to use so that's
