How to Send a recurring Email in Outlook 2023

hey what is up YouTube thank you very much for tuning in to my channel Lando Tech and boy have I got some interesting news for you do you find yourself sending the same email over and over again maybe you have to send monthly deadline reminders to your team yearly happy birthday emails to your co-workers or quarterly emails informing people that you're a rich Nigerian prince who just needs one Bitcoin to unlock his massive wealth whatever the reason I'll show you a way to automatically send a reoccur emails and free up some extra time for yourself for this you'll only need Microsoft Outlook and you won't need to download any additional apps or plugins to start open your web browser and navigate to outlook.com and sign in please note if you're an Outlook desktop user the initial setup still needs to be done in Outlook web once the setup is complete you can go back to using Outlook desktop and the reoccurring emails will still work click the app launcher at the top left and then then click all apps click power automate click create click schedule Cloud flow name it select the starting date then specify how often you'd like the email to be sent out I'm sending mine out once a month then click create and click new step in the choos an operation search box type Outlook then select outlook.com and under actions scroll down and select send an email and sign in if prompted now go into the two field and type Who You'd like the email to be sent to then enter the subject of your email and finally fill out the body if you click on the advanced options it gives you the option to add a CC BCC or an attachment when everything is filled out to your liking go ahead and hit save to make sure it works you can click on test to have the email sent out immediately to the recipient you specified earlier if you do want to test it click on test then click on run flow you'll receive a message that tells you whether or not the email was a success if you're happy with the results go ahead and click done now if you want to delete or modify the flow click my flows on the left hand side you'll now see the reoccurring email flow that you just set up if you click on the ellipses you have the option to either edit or delete the flow Al together and there you have it you now know how to set up reoccurring emails in Outlook thank you very much for watching my video guys if you found this helpful please click the like button if you want to see more videos like this subscribe by clicking my logo at the bottom right of this video don't forget to click the notification Bell to be notified when I drop a new video
