How to remove the crazy clouds and fog and get better game performance in Ark Survival ASCENDED

all right guys um back with a quick video on Arc survival ascended how to get rid of the fog and the clouds and the reason why you want to do this and I'm sure if you've already played you know but I mean the game is beautiful but it's very difficult to go out and find the dinos you're looking for and sometimes it's impossible to see the metal nodes that you want on top of the mountains due to the fog and the clouds so in order to remove this it's actually really really simple and I just want to go up here so I can show you a big difference and just how the game will look with and without so up here as you can see the clouds are about level with the top of the mountain and the metal Mountain over there can actually have the clouds roll in to where you can't see anything and being that gigas spawn there there that can be a pretty dangerous situation to be in if you're up there on an anky so take a look out here and then what you'll want to do is you'll want to hit the ti button right next to the one it's to the left of the one and you want to type in R do volumetric Cloud Bas zero that's going to remove the clouds as you can see your visibility level has already gone up tremendously so the second one you're going to want to do is again with the tiling r dot volumetric fog set that to zero as well now look at that now you can see all the dinos all the metal nodes you're not going to have to worry about going into the Silent Hill fog that rolls in 98% of the map half the time um they did a phenomenal job on the clouds and the fog but whoever did it over seasoned the hell out of the map with it there are times you'll just be sitting somewhere and this death fog Will Roll in where you can't see anything around you so um those two little commands are going to make it to where you can remove those and obviously after you're done farming your metal or you know finding that casteroid that you were looking for in the swamp or whatever it may be you can go right back to building r dot volumetric cloud and instead of putting in a one or a zero you put in a one and then bam you're right back to the clouds and all the stuff like that so can be reversed if you want to go back to the original way the game was uh meant to look um I find this much crisper and uh some people say that it gives them a boost in how their game performs as well so you're looking for a small boost on your on your performance and you're wanting to have the visibility to be able to actually see a lot more clear or if you're just simply wondering hey man how is my tribemate flying up there in the middle of the in the middle of this deep fog and just rolling out like it's because they're doing this so I can see this being a uh huge benefit to those trying to find something in like the swamp or in the Redwood or something like that so all right well that's about it guys um if you didn't uh write it down it is r. volumetric cloud and r. volumetric fog and then the uh number is going to be zero on both of those to remove it and one to bring it back and I'll put that in the uh description as well all right guys uh go ahead and shoot me a follow or um subscribe if you guys want to see more Arc survival ascended tips thanks
