How to Reduce PDF Size Manually on Windows | PDFelement 8

[Music] hi everyone welcome back to my channel in this tutorial i am going to demonstrate how to reduce pdf size manually using pdf element on windows here we go start by removing unwanted text and reducing the font size click the edit icon to enter edit mode you can choose from line mode and paragraph mode by clicking here the first one allows you to edit the text line by line and the second by whole paragraph remove unwanted text it is now time to turn to images right click on any image in the pdf and click delete you can also edit other aspects of the image to reduce pdf size manually next you need to take a look at the pages of your pdf do you need them all or you can delete some of them to delete pages from the document go to the pages section in the page view select the unwanted pages and click on the trash icon last you can compress pdf file size using the optimize tool this process helps reduce the file by optimizing it navigate to the tool tab and from the menu bar select optimize pdf choose from low medium or high compression hit apply to preview the reduced size you can choose either to start over or to open the optimized file and that's all for today's video if you found this video helpful please don't forget to like the video and subscribe to our channel click the link in the description to try pdf element free today plus check the rest of my videos for other useful tutorials thanks and see you next time
