How To Make Trap Beats (Everything Explained)

all right so earlier I took a l I tried to make a video and it just didn't work out it ended up coming out just really not how I wanted to but instead of the tutorial I was going to do earlier now I want to jump into making something for future I want to make a future type beat for this and that's really about it let's go all right first things first let's bring this BPM up to like 140 something like maybe like 147 148 just a little bit faster we're going to be inside analog labs for this I'm going to go into my eternal analog lab Bank we'll just stay in here for this whole video because I want to use a lot of these sounds for it I want to go with like pads and sents and stuff like that so I chose Bell 4 from Eternal and I have some processing going on it's just a little bit of EQ and then some Reverb all right so we're in c minor I'm going to go ahead and just lay down a C minor chord so let's bring this out to like two bars skip a note right here Place skip a note right here and place but I'm going to take out the third right here so I'm going to just utilize the root and the fifth so we got root third and fifth we'll just delete that and run root and fifth and let's duplicate this over but for this G right here let's go ahead and sharpen this that's going to be our repeating pattern I like that maybe we can add in another note a sharp we got a sharp skip a note Place skip a note place this would be an a sharp major chord right but I'm just kind of building out backwards and then we have this right here and we're just utilizing the root and the third but we also have this G playing here but if it was shortened you can kind of see the chord right there right and let's add in a c but down here and bring this out like [Music] that yeah let's do F have it played twice [Music] I like what this is sounded like and I think we can create something cool with this so let's go to Eternal and if you do want to try the light version of this Bank there is a light version as well so you can try out some of the sounds for free ooh that's kind of Fire yeah yeah yeah let's duplicate it again I'm going to get one more pad in here something a little bit like just play it out like a chord maybe we could yeah let's play the chord version of it that'll actually work perfectly then have it delayed hold on bro that's hard wait hold on bro this going crazy this is just the beginning stage to we can still pitch this and change it up bro this is sounded crazy I want to get some vocals in here for the vocals I'm going to go into the doomed multi-kit if you want 100% royaltyfree vocals this is where you could get them we are in c minor for this so I have a bunch of C minor vocals here so I'm going to just drag some of these in um I can use the ones that are in a minor and Pitch them too but some are already in c minor so let's just see which ones might sound cool I'm just going to throw them in I don't even know what I want to do for the vocal yet and I'm kind of going to use these more for like Melody type of Vibes cuz I don't want the vocal like like fully up front I kind of want to just use it as like a lead so I'm probably going to process it a lot that might be it what I'm going to do is just a quick export of this control alt and c and this is the part where I'm just going to see if I could get some ideas as far as pitching it slowing it down all that so I'm just double click right here do this quickly to get some ideas and what I'm going to use is this scrub feature right here and all you got to do is click it and move your mouse uh Mouse wheel to the right either slow or fast and if you pay attention to the top Corner up here we're going to get like percentage multipliers so we can kind of remember so that was 1.3 that's 0.5 0.7 stuff like that so you can kind of remember uh you can record it in another Edison or whatever to remember it but regardless let me just hear and see if I could find I don't know something that just like catches my attention oh that's that's future Vibes bro that's like old future right there that's crazy especially that lead if you need high quality presets for your Melody and want to make the [Music] this clean but it's too slow so we are going to go ahead and bring this back up I'm going to go into the doomed multi-kit and get some drums for this yep just like that [Music] open Hat real simple oh let's go to the 808 [Music] that's crazy I don't know bro I feel like it needs to be a little faster [Music] kind of like [Music] that and then let's try the original oh there's so much more
