[Music] one of those why happy TGIF it is Friday and I'm showing you what I cooked on Thursday night with my family we did some it's not these are not even two streets are whole chickens I just had some whole chickens here that I'm going to seize and put in the oven I'm gonna show you guys how I make my candy ants the fresh ones I think I showed you two or three different ways way to do can yams but I'm sure how I do my fresh ones you got a pill them and dice them so before we get started Oh a big welcome to all my new subscribers I'm getting so many so many more subscribers to my channel description you get your round the holidays is coming but um yeah these are two whole chickens they're not rotisserie there's regular whole chickens that I cleaned and dried off and everything I would take some olive oil and you don't have to use olive oil you can use some um just to get the skin crispy you can use some but nothing butter but I'm going Ellison oh and this is to get the skin crispy they help the season and stick to it yes take my brush and just brush it all up there's one make sure I get that olive oil all over the skin again they'll help that arm all your season and stick to it good flavor make it brown up nice and pretty make it nice and crispy again you can use melted butter for this part yes it did and I season I'm using it's up to you guys I'm using a little bit of seasoned salt remember is your kitchen your way my kitchen my way and these not the seasons that you use hey whatever you use I'm just showing you guys how my family now hopefully you got to take some of these recipes and Pedro family got some onion powder it's how hot it is a long way from being hot guys it's chilly because all this really Sean it's Colin CNBC you hear me do you hear me now so I'm the seasonings bird up and inside I was so much flaming on his skin no it's chicken and I bought it with some garlic powder the Buell's any type of type of season City yogurt I can't tell you how much to put on here but you want enough you don't want to blend food you want your family to be like oh my god that was good yes I've got to be like it also had add some pepper white pepper black pepper let's have a cup of did you want man this is your Puyo house no family you know that they eat and I'm gonna go end this with a movement aggression the Lord is a vegetable chicken blood cuz I'm this is a baking sheet pain I'm not gonna hold back because chicken has his own water most definitely but with its water that's coming off the chicken and mixed with the broth I put down it's gonna be nice I don't put this in the oven at 350 let it bake come back guys why just cook it imma show you how to do my yam so basically the thirst is not gonna be havin yams baked chicken and broccoli and cheese and I'm back these going in the oven 350 okay guys so I had my yams here on the stove again I showed you guys how I cook candy yams three different ways by mash them on top of the stove and I make my candy circle look I started doing cameos when I start bending the head person for all the holidays helping my mom everybody wanna come to our house for Thanksgiving but Christmas and you know going to the store getting on stamps and bawling them because my Dyson I knew there had to be something better than that so that's how I was showing you guys the different versions of canyons hot even though they can yams they still come out amazing but I never showed you how I do my whole sweet potatoes so basically I peeled the skin all above them and I dice them just like this I could take a chips but thicker okay this is for for yams in here and when I tell you I had a hard time doing this pillow yams and and fax them like this why they still hard it's a tough job you need I was serrated knife a serrated knife is something like a bread knife that's why I had to use once I peeled the skin off I had to use like a serrated knife that really cut them so guys you gotta be really really careful when doing that but but that being said let's get these I'm ham start to take it started I'm going in well two cups of water that's it that's all because remember they shouldn't say that so you still got a ball a lot of cooked cinnamon all morning with my cinnamon I use brown sugar as well your ass are they gonna ball there okay I don't know other things Omega I'm gonna chop that up brown sugar cinnamon I have some white sugar now that's all going down inside my water so this is how my something's gonna ball and they're sitting there sugar syrup even water yes they don't ball just like this and so they're nice and tender then I'm gonna show you what I'm gonna do to the end when I add the vanilla then put them in a baking pan put them in the oven so I stirred it all up inside water guess what that's it are they gonna be so sweet yes they are cuz now I stirred up I served up good I stirred up up I added some more sugar so I want to make sure that the water is nice and sweet and he's gonna be something lazy lazy lazy lazy hands small brown sugar now at this point I'm not stirring up anything loving more cinnamon I'm liking the sentimental man I love to the men so as much of it as you want I can't tell you and to top it all a whole step a margarine now if you got unsalted butter okay oh well you can use that but I like butter my submit I really don't don't ask me why that's gonna go on a medium heat I'm gonna put my top on it leather ball my chicken is still cooking guys we come back hopefully chicken to be done then we go to the next step put these in the oven I'll put the broccoli one good first night gonna in the house goodbye skimming make a super semen okay guys just y'all got my top of my hands let's look at her and see I saw are they cooking oh yeah they're getting salt guys look at them they're getting soft they're not soft enough but they get in there again by level ten minutes maybe nice nice nice and so so what I am gonna do is then I wanna dump some of this water off here I made a put a little bit too much water I should get a cup the only I have a whole thing full again fill to the top I could've did maybe just maybe a cup of oil I did too but imma dump some of this water off so that it can really ball down to like a little glaze because of the sugar and everything yeah but that's okay boo this is what still safe safe fill something you just can't go wrong with certain things you just can't and you can't go wrong with this recipe they're gonna come out so amazing again I also usually had this a whole pan of potatoes but that's okay they're doing what they need to do the chicken is cooking the broccoli is on yeah so they gonna eat good thirsty my guys would be back okay guys my broccoli is ready look at his think I love lemon my kids want some cheese you know they can't eat broccoli about cheese I'm gonna second so reckless likes cheese just spoke down in there it's whatever it's well then turn it on let the steam go look at my chickens they came out so so good and look at that chickens ready to eat yeah okay man look at the games the best food is so forgiving you know like I told you I added too much water so cuz I only did like four things or yams so so I'm used to having my hands piled to the ceiling so you know honey I'll be thinking habits have it is what it is I guess what is forgiving forgiving I jump off some of that juices I let it cook and look how to cook down so good a soul Peter cinnamon and all that stuff we made this for all of this evening I let it cook down through that little surfeit glaze you see that surgery glaze and I can't see nothing the other could look at that oh my goodness look at all that certainly the sir came out of that me yes can't tell me hmm look a look at it dad looks so mean it's like so amazing it's at me it takes me high - oh this cat some pure vanilla it'll take some vanilla make me pass my hey I like that coke dragon jump table be nice to them I know y'all say girl misty just like people on the food y'all I mix they'll take away as opposed to us taste this a little bit in the oven 350 about 15 minutes guys we don't come back are you gonna cut the chicken click this in me I don't look good mmm okay I decide to make some gravy I have two tablespoons of butter know that I'm a colon and about properly two tablespoons of flour get your clients local tea flavor bomb great and when you baby you wanted to cook at least on a good two to five minutes to the three minutes right so I get that that I'm ready you don't want that flour taste you want to let it cook yeah this do this and I my dad's ooh my gravy I always like smash you know changing color because all the season that comes from my flour like I'm going with something a little hey they're gonna make gravy you ever did watch this that break it down and that's Matt and I'm it gets a little bit of my own chicken broth okay see how I'm getting it and I'm smashing it down you're not using water you don't have to use me chicken broth because it's flour so good see the parsley is in it and all the things are you but I'm gonna add a little bit of chicken block this again fill it up a little bit and I'm just gonna let this get nice and thick I'm gonna let it sit let it marinate and then it gets thick I don't need that much that's all I'm making not a whole lot I'm gonna let it get fit you know make sure you get all your anyway besides I mean boundary and I'll tell you if you don't know how to make gravy you use my pliable it's gonna take you there okay I might just do a video on making just gravy cuz I'm gas is coming out in like two seconds let this get thick I'm gonna cut that chicken so about time we make that plate cut that chicken this is great is going through my old ahead move okay we can't get thick in a matter of seconds in a matter of seconds the way I wanted leave out the plate this food we got plate now evening okay guys let's pick this thirsty plate together we gonna start off what some broccoli they like cheesy broccoli but don't tell me oh my god misty that's too cheap that's what they like they like that cheese exactly okay but the sickness to the side I'm not them assistant to the side okay now look at this the ants they came out good they got though using is shining er hmm cuz I'm I said Thanksgiving good yam recipe guys good man yeah yes yes opee
