Hello everyone. Welcome back to Tasty Tamerry We all love hamburger but you gotta agree with me that it's way better to eat a hamburger made with brioche buns These brioche buns are super soft and fluffy, buttery and it can stay soft for days Pour 150ml warm milk to a large bowl Crack 1 large egg (room temperature) 30g sugar Add 5g instant yeast to the same bowl Stir until sugar and yeast are fully dissolved 330g bread flour 1/2 tsp salt Use a spatula to roughly mix all of the dry ingredients to wet ingredients Gently knead by hands for 2-3 minutes Just knead until the dough is formed Cover and let the dough rest for 20 minutes After 20 minutes you can see gluten has started to form So it's easy to knead by now Add in 70g butter to the bowl It's brioche burger buns so this recipe has more butter than regular buns Our brioche burger buns will be so soft and buttery Knead until all of the butter is melted to the dough Transfer to a clean surface, knead for another 10 -12 minutes You can also slap the dough like this If you use stand mixer, knead the dough for 12-15 minutes in total until the dough is smooth After the dough is smooth and elastic, you can check if the dough has passed the windowpane test When the gluten is strong enough to stretch the dough without tearing it, form the dough into a round smooth ball Cover the dough and let it proof for 1 to 1,5 hours or until double in size After 1 hour, the dough has doubled in size Let's poke it, the dough is ready Gently flatten the dough to get all of the air bubbles out Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces Turn the smooth size down to the bottom Gently flatten the dough again Bring all of the edges of the dough into the middle Pinch the edges together and turn the smooth side up Use your palm to round it up Put the finished buns to a large baking tray Cover and let them ferment for 50 minutes - 1 hour or until they get double in size Brush with egg wash all around the buns If you want the brioche buns have darker golden colour, just brush them with egg wash twice Sprinkle seasame seeds on top of the buns Bake in preheated oven at 375F( 190C) for 13 - 15 minutes Take the brioche buns out of oven and put them on a cooling rack to cool down These brioche burger buns are super soft Look how fast the top of the buns spring back It's extremely soft, airy and fluffy The most fluffy burger buns I've ever seen It's soft as cloud melt in your mouth I can't wait to make a cheese burger soon If you think this video is helpful and you like it Please Like, Subscribe and hit the Bell button to my channel It's super soft and fluffy inside It's buttery and smell so delicious too Thank you for watching !
