Quick and easy butter croissants. 1/3 cup of warm water (80-90 ml). 1 tbsp sugar (10g). 1 tbsp dry yeast or instant yeast (8g). Mix the ingredients. Hello friends! Mixing dough by hands. 5 tbsp soft butter (50g). Kneading for 6 minutes by hand. It calms me. I really enjoy kneading dough. Do you like kneading dough? Kneading helps smooth the dough out. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1 hour. If it appears to be twice the original size, it's ready. Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Take one piece and form a ball. Roll out the dough into a circle. Transfer the one circle to a well-floured dish. Grease with soft butter. Put on top a circle of dough. Grease with soft butter.
